I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
Worst mistake I ever made was ordering from
NewChic. First of all, nowhere on the order form did it say that the company
was outside the U.S. and that it would cost a fortune ($14.50) to return
something that cost 16.99. Ridiculous! Plus my order took more than a month to
arrive and when it arrived, it was poorly made, ill-fitting and two sizes too
small. Can't afford to return it. Will probably use it as a dust rag. What a
scam! Never again!
This company is NOT Amazon. They won't pay for return shipping. It happened to me - I ordered a double XL shirt - which was still too small for me and I wear a Large or maybe XL American shirt. When I tried to return the item, it was unbelievable how difficult it was. The company suggested they would give me 20% off or "maybe I could sell it to a friend or relative." Their clothes and shoes look cool. Just be ready - if things don't fit perfect - you're paying big costs to return the item.

Saw an ad online, showing NewChic's men's loafers, which appeared quite attractive to me, so I ordered 3 pairs. Not being able to deliver these shoes quickly, NewChic e-mailed me, asking if I wanted to cancel the order. I said no, and allowed that I ;d wait a little longer. Then later, realizing that nothing was happening, I gave NewChic an additional 2 weeks to deliver or I'd cancel. They then took it upon themselves to cancel the order. This process lasted almost 2 months, and the real irony is that all during that time, I kept seeing NewChic ads online, for the same shoes!

I had a question about delivery on my product. They immediately responded to me and made me aware that they were out of stock. They asked me if I wanted to wait 2 weeks for more products to come in or be refunded. I asked for my money back. They refunded my money with no problems. I will try buying from then again after the holidays when every thing is not so busy. Thank you.
I ordered some things from this site, is not my first time, other orders were just fine. But this time, I received half of the order and the other half just lost somewhere in the post offices in Germany. NewChic explained to me that I must wait for a while, but nothing happened, I think that the order finished again in the NewChic, coz the post office turn back to them. After 2 months they send me back the money on my bank account. I am very satisfied from custom service and their collaboration with me. Thank you!
I contacted NewChic prior to buying this item as there were many reviews regarding the quality fo the fabric. I am a dress maker and asked very specific questions about the fabric, however was given generic answers. The fabric the top is made of is definitely not the fabric in the photo. That said I still love the top but will need to adjust my expectations on usage.

I've had to constantly ask where my order was! Placed it more than a week prior to contacting the chat line only to see the order dispatch date was done a week later. Also NO courtesy to inform me of an out of stock item. Just spoke to another agent earlier AGAIN... He was named Morris... Who didn't even have the courtesy to extend a common greet in his reply. I actually took a pic of his profile as he continued again in his next response even when I mentioned it was only common respect & courtesy to greet a customer... He still responded to the query without greeting. It was clear the manner was ignorant & couldn't be bothered about his unprofessional behavior. When you're experiencing bad customer service you don't need the added arrogance of an agent with a disrespectful & unprofessional behaviour

I have never experienced with any company online that i purchased from. Before i found out about this place, i thought WISH was the worst,, but now? This place takes the cake... i have ordered an item in first week of March. Til this day 4/15/2000 i still haven't seen it. I called Customer service and they told me to wait and it will come. So i waited and still nothing happened. So i called them back again. She had the nerve to ask me" what is the reason i want it so bad?" first of all. I dont think thats none of your business second i ordered this hoping i can wear it while its still cold here, and seeming we are into summer, which i have no use for it in the summer.

I was a little hesitant to place an order through this site because of the reviews. I placed a small test order on 6/26. I live in the USA. It arrived today - much quicker than expected. The scarf is beautiful. It seems to be well made. I am pleased, and plan to follow up with my bigger order.
After ordering many pairs of shoes for myself and friends, the product was just as advertised and fit was perfect. Now for service one pair went astray they were in contact with me and answered all my emails strait away. And the shoes were found. I will deal with this company for many Moore products. I feel as though I am buying directly from the source, no middle man, and I love not paying a lot for fashion items that I only want for a season or two. This is not not lifetime clothing, it is great value for low-priced fashion. I feel the Euro shoe sizing (in cm) is very accurate, and sure the shipping takes about 3 weeks, but they tell you that up front.

I placed an order and was eventually emailed to say that the item would not be despatched until 3 weeks later. The day before the imagined despatch I received another email to say that they do not even have the shoes to despatch.
This company is a complete sham. It is almost impossible to contact them. There is no properly active email and their online site is the most user unfriendly system imaginable. Do not touch them with a barge-pole!

They are happy to take your money and offer a speedier delivery for an increased fee but do not deliver and expect you to just keep on waiting even though you've paid extra for shipping. A complete SCAM. Do not even bother.

My order is more than 1 month over of the planed shipping date. I didn't receive any info why this is taking so long or if it is even shipped, all the website says is order received, planed shipping date... (and that's over a month ago, ordering about 2 months). After a hell of a research on their website I found out that it seems to be one product from my order that is still missing (out if stock) but still no information about that.
All I can say that I put two orders in first one arrived and perfect in every way.
The second I was quite surprised with the quality, then I found the sandals were to big, after contacting new chic.com this was settled and the services I ran into was very polite and was resolved very quickly, so in my this type of service required a score of 10/10 this is an honest view of actual events.
Can't get help in finding out if the FEET LENGTH is the inches of my foot or the inches of the sandal.
I immediately received a response answering my question after commenting on my experience. You measure your actual foot--not the shoe. I put one pair of shoes in the washer and dyer (I have two pairs) and they held up beautifully. The sizes tend to run larger than at most USA shoe stores, so I just now ordered 1 1/2 size smaller than I did the first two times. I've been stopped on city streets by men asking me where I got my beautiful shoes. Have never received so many compliments.
