Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
The company's return policy is a joke. First, I tried every outlet to reach them -- live chat (30 minute wait), email (no answer) Facebook messenger (finally got a response). I asked for a mailing label to return three dresses that didn't fit (sizes are weird). They kept directing me to the customer service web page, which DOESN'T HAVE a section on returns! Then I was told I had to take a picture of the dresses, supply the codes from my package's mailing label and pay for the return shipment to China. I'm so over this experience I'm going to donate the dresses to Goodwill and just take the $140 loss. Cheap comes at a high price with this company,
I ordered a pair of shoes there was a bit of a wait but they did come looked lovely only thing wrong they were far too small. I did email but no answer. Then I noticed chat on their site. The customer service was very helpful they gave me back my money within two days. I would shop again but would order larger size shoes
Never buy from this company! I ordered a face mask from newchic over 5 weeks ago and I still haven't received it. I even talked to newchic customer service asking when it would arrive, however all they said was after shipment it would take 7-20 days to arrive. It has been way past that. If I could rate newchic 0 out of 10 I would!

So firstly because I know the typical Chinese sizes are way off I ordered XXL as I normally wear Medium or Large. I ordered 2 shirts, for some mysterious reason one of the shirts came in Large so I knew from the time I saw it that was a lost cause. The XXL was still too tight. So off to the website I go and I challenge you to find "Exchange Item" as an option anywhere! I sent multiple requests on all the other options, e.g. "cancel order, issues with quality, "other after sale inquiry". Frustrated, I decided to try the live chat option. In summary you will be left eating that purchase. Your only option is usually a discount on your next purchase. And there is no guarantee that will come. I am still waiting for my link with the discounted order. As you can see from the other reviews on this site you will be taking a risk. I suggest using another trusted site to be safe.

Items are cheap but quality is so poor that even one use is out of question. Sizing is inaccurate (runs small). Return experience is ridiculous! You have to prove the size is small by taking pictures of measurements. Products from China! Another reason to buy American!

Ordered boots middle of December. They took money from my account but no boots as of Christmas day. Email said error on shipping on their end and unfortunately no tracking number available. Tried email back no response. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering again from them.

This company sent me shoes I ordered. When I received them the arch in one foot felt lower. They were so awesome! They aim to please! They trusted my word, didn't want me to return them and are sending me another pair no charge! They even agreed to send a different color!
I've been a loyal customer when an order came defective. It was kind of hard to get to their CS, but once I did, they offered to replace the item at no charge. It has arrived and it has arrived. I will continue purchasing from them and have recommended to many friends.
Customs duties must be included in price if not you put your customers at risk. What is a use to pay for my orders using PayPal than pay for custom duties with my bank accounts or banking details. I feel not safe provide my banking details on internet. Thanks

I ordered green shorts here. They fit me in the right size. Good quality. I will use them. Given my past experience with online shopping, I was surprised. I've ordered shoes several times before but the size never fits me. I was very disappointed in the store, but then I was very happy when these shorts fit me. But for now, I don't risk ordering shoes!
I ordered some shoes and paid for them then I read reviews which were awful about not getting items or a refund so I honestly thought I'd made a mistake. Doorbell just rang, signed for parcel racking my brains to think what I'd ordered and it was my shoes. Only took about a week to come and they are so comfy. Will definitely buy from them again.
I have ordered a bra and although I received the wrong size the first time, the customer service department was very kind and made sure they had my correct measurements and sent the right size out for free without any trouble. I was also able to keep the wrong size, which I gave to someone that it would fit, so now they like New Chic as well.
Terrible company.
I ordered some trousers which arrived and were faulty. Everytime you speak with their customer services team you get someone new, meaning you have to go back and forth an infuriating amount of times to get any answers.
After first asking for a photo of the damaged item, they then asked me to return it. They only refunded me after I persistently chased them. Now they're refusing to refund the return postage cost even though the item was faulty. It even states on their own website that they cover the return postage cost of faulty items. Refusing to do this is also against the law.
I seriously advise you to stay away from this company.

I would like to say Thank You for the types of sandals that were on sale on the online shopping page. We have nothing like these sandals in Canada. I myself being disabled love the elastic backings that are designed on the backing of the sandals. They never fall off my feet, they fit so nice and the most important the fit is so comfortable. Yes it took 1 month for delivery but the wait was worth it. Thank you again...
I ordered a coat as a Christmas gift. It didn't arrive until the first week of January. As it happened the coat was the wrong size. Trying to return the item was difficult. You had to make contact with New Chic first by email. When I got the return address it was in China. The cost of returning the item was nearly half it's total cost. They should maybe have a sales hub in the UK or at least Europe. I ended up giving the coat away, not to the person who it was meant as a gift for. NewChic have offered me 30% off my next order. I will not be taking them up on the offer.

Having placed a couple of orders from this site I must say that I have never had any problems. The shoes are lovely and are very well made and are so light and comfy. If an item is out of stock, they give you the choice of your money back or give you an estimate as to when the item will be in stock again.
