I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
I'd ordered two pair of shoes, both size 8. One pair doesn't fit although the size of my feet matched with the size. In several mails we agreed to refund the money. Within a couple of days, I get my money back. Good job, NewChic and thank you very much for your good service.
I ordered two items from New Chic. They came quickly, and are made of very nice material. They seem to be very flattering with a great fit but unfortunately I mis measured and ordered the wrong size. I contacted New Chic about them not fitting. They have been wonderful, answered all of my questions and are sending me a new one free of charge. Highly recommend!
They delivered lingerie which was smaller than the ordered size and refused to take responsibility and compensate damages even though this was reported within 48 hrs, tags are intact and a photo sent to them. They did not even bother to answer till I persisted. Refused outright. Do not order. Quality of other ordered products was also not good.

I order a pair of leather flops and I got some high heels boots. I sent them 5 emails with images of the shoes and the package labels. Everytime they asked me to send an email to a new email address which was quite annoying. At the end of the day I didn't even get my refund. Very pathetic...

I on an impulse bought a pair of shoes from the site NewChic which I became familiar with from pop up ads on Facebook. I was really disappointed to see that they were being shipped from China, not because I don't like China just that I thought it would take forever. I then looked up reviews for the site and was horrified to read all of the negative reviews on this site. Particularly I read that the shoes either do not come at all or when they do they don't fit. After several weeks my order arrived today. The fit is true to size and they are the cutest shoes! The quality of the leather is top notch, they feel like butter! I did not experience any problems so I can not speak to the customer service aspect but I am so pleasantly surprised by this company I thought I would share!
My parcel arrived and the communication was acceptable. Unfortunately I received 2 x green dresses whereas I ordered 1 x blue dress. It is really difficult to communicate issues such as these, well I found it difficult and nothing has happened since I queried this.

I am trying to return an order because the clothes doesn't look it all like the picture material it very cheap look. I contact them by mail, which is taking forever to get their address for return she is trying to make keep the items. Ordered 4 different shoe styles. One was a woman's style that I didn't notice and when it came the size was of course in lady's not men's. Emailed company and they fixed my mistake. Thanks! No problem! Great styles and they look and feel great.
Took a long time to get items and when they arrived I was disappointed in the quality. Shirts were short in front, not as they were shown in photos. Made very cheaply but I suppose that's what you get. Definitely would not order anything else.

One of my three parcels was lost. After contacting customer service, they updated my tracking info. After a little more patience, my parcel was delivered. It took a long time, but you buy something that is shipped from the other side of the world, so it really could take a while.
6/25/2018 I still have not received the product that i purchased in February 2017 that this company said shipped and even provided tracking numbers. Which were fake and would not provide any shipping details.

I placed my order on 3/18/2017, today is 5/25/2017 and I still have not received my order. I have contacted customer service 4 times. Each time I get the same response, the tracking number saying that my order has been shipped and should arrive any time. It is painfully obvious that a computer is responding instead of a human. I have requested a full refund, only to receive in response that my order has shipped and I should be receiving any time. So I had no other choice but to retrieve my money back thru my credit card company. I would advise NO ONE to buy from this company.
I love the customer service and quickness in response. I am also very much satisfied with my product. However, the shipping was an issue, for which they compensated via refunding of the shipping fees.
All the clothes I ordered arrived in the wrong sizes not UK or US sizing. Returns were fobbed off with false web sites, huge rip off! Eventually returns were dealt with through paypal who did help but did not refund expensive return shipping to China.

The shoes arrived size 45. They went about an inch longer than my foot. Asked to return them and was informed they would send a smaller size and i could keep the bigger size as it would be too expensive to have me return them.
The shoes are great and very low cost and different designs you do not see everyday.

I ordered a Safari jacket from them, and when the confirmation invoice arrived, it had a slightly incorrect address. I immediately advised them. Their response was to blame me, and offer a refund less shipping costs which I was to pay. They refused to accept that the post code in U. K. I recently ordered an item from New Chic which was not available. I was contacted by customer service who explained the situation to me and offered a range of options. I had multiple contacts with customer service to identify another item and in every instance the staff I dealt with were helpful and polite and accommodating. Tip for consumers:
I am ordering from Australia and shipping can be a bit slow but if you aren't in a rush there is no problem.
The wallet I ordered is exactly as described and pictured, and was considerably less in cost than similar items in other stores. My only issue is with the shipping. It took more than 20 days to arrive; however, the shipping was free, it has to come from China, and I am willing to accept the lengthy wait in exchange for the quality of the merchandise at a very low price.
