Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
Ordered a mini mouse phone case/lanyard for my Disney trip about two months ahead of time and I never got it. The customer service is crap. I tried to get a hold of them two weeks before my visit and they told me they were out of stock but when I ordered it they were in stock. You can't call them or text them you can only use a live chat to get a hold of them that hardly even works once you exit out of the app or shut your phone off the app closes and you have to restart the conversation all over again. Never got my order and it's been nine months, never got a refund either.

Bought men's dual bucket bag. The nice thing about it is that you can carry it as a shoulder carry, back back, and as a brief case. The shoulder strap broke within hours of use. I then had to use the back pack function, one back pack strap is almost completely torn, 2 days later. It's a matter of time before that breaks as well. I'm getting my money back. Do not shop here. Fraud company!

I ordered a couple items for christmas presents. It took almost a month to get here. Then the items didn't fit. So i try to return them because the top of their website says "Return or Refund Guaranteed within 14 days." The guy tells me I have to prove they didn't fit by taking a photo with the item and a ruler showing it doesn't fit in order to return the item. WHAT?!? They do not stand by the policies stated right there on their website. Good thing i didn't order a bra.

My first experience with NewChic turned out to be one of the best. These trousers are irresistible. I cannot take them off. They are slightly longer than my actual size but otherwise are perfect in every aspect.
Sadly I returned to buy some 10 or 15 white o-neck t-shirts, 100% cotton, but there aren't any. I am still looking elsewhere.
The website is user friendly, and prices are below average, so I'll keep returning whenever I need something.
I was looking for a pair of waterproof trousers, I stumbled on this site, the price looked unbeatable, and here we are!
It met all the criteria I was after: waterproof, durable, warm, elastic, with lots of pockets.
Cheap fabrics, advertised as linen, more like tissue paper, keep away.
All sizes are wierd, reading reviews I gave my stuff to charity shop, rather than go through the pain of customer service.
China does not play by the rules!

Goods did not arrive, after 2weeks contacted customer service they were extremely helpful. They looked into the situation and within a few days gave me a full refund. Very impressed will certainly order again.

I'm waiting to here back from them since it seems impossible to contact them. Number is out of service. No email. My order ******* says it's on back order. Expected ship date December 31st but after reading all the reviews at this point I just want a refund. I sent messages through their site. No response. They should not take money out of peoples accounts until an item has been shipped like most normal shopping sites.

Wondering if I've been scammed although good to hear that others like this company. If I had known the products were coming from overseas, I would have researched them more before placing my order. Package was delivered in timely manner, considering distance.
Ordered two pairs of shoe in mid May which arrived in early August. The shoes were cheaply built and the incorrect size. Couldn't bother to engage these folks anymore - my puppy still likes new leather...

My order took a month to arrive. That wasn't horrible considering the shipping issues these days. But extremely disappointed with the sweater I ordered. Sizing ran very small, and quality was very poor.
