Do not buy from this company. Purchased 2 sweaters, they finally came after a month of waiting. I am 56 years old and slender. I ordered 2 pairs of boots from NewChic on 12/2/2020. Was told it would be 15-35 days for delivery. I received a confirmation on 12/14/2020 that the items were in Cantbury NJ, ready to go with a tracking number, pending FedEx to pick them up. It is now 1/6/21, the status has not changed nor have I received my items. Tried emailing customer service 4 days ago and was told I would get a response within 72hours. Well... still haven't heard anything. Extremely frustrating... now I have to get on the phone with credit card company to refund payment. Do not order from this company!

Last year I ordered a pair of loafers, which arrived with no delay and which is perfect: good quality and as soft as a pair of gloves. I ordered a similar pair this year (different colour though), which turned to be out of stock for ages. My only consolation was that every time I enquired about the possible shipping date Cornelia from customer service replied immediately, always offering me to cancel my order and either buy something else or ask for refund. Eventually I opted for a different pair, which originally cost more than my original choice but they gave me refund. I wouldn't have wanted to pay more anyway, but I quite liked the fact that they also thought it would be unfair after making me wait for two months or so in vain. I hope this one will arrive soon and it'll be ok in every respect.

Ordered something from them in mid May. It supposedly was shipped on 5/25/20. No tracking available, nothing comes up after this entry. Tried to contact without response. Your system failed both of us by not allowing me to go back in and correct the shopping cart... so I got two Black scarfs when all I wanted was 1 Black, 1 Blue and 1 Tan. Despite several attempts to rectify the situation, some algorithm decides that's not going to happen but takes my money anyway, leaving me thinking " This is not good enough".

I prepared an order for three items but after reading reviews of too small sizes, bad customer service and no delivery, I have changed my mind. I assume this is a Chinese site and all five times I have ordered goods from a Chinese site - I had to return because the products are fake, bad quality or something totally different to what I ordered. I ordered four pairs of shoes/sandals from this company. They came in a reasonable amount of time but were sized completely wrong. I went to return them and get the right size when I saw that there was no paperwork in the package. Went to the website and they said not to return anything until they had authorized the return. After several weeks of waiting for a response from them, they informed me that the return (TO CHINA) would cost as much as the product. At one point, they offered to send me one pair of the "right" size and I could sell the others. I have spent so much time emailing back and forth and I still have the wrong size shoes. It has now been several weeks since our last communication and they have gone silent. At one point, they suggested ordering a size 12... up from my "US 9" and I am pretty sure that will be too big. Then I'll have 5 pairs that I can't use. This is WAY too much hassle to go through to get some shoes. Too bad I liked the product.

I think many have noticed the explosion of mail-order clothing companies advertising on Facebook. I've had medium luck--nice clothes, unreliable fit--so have had to consign some nice items. I think NewChic has sensible, trustable sizing, and I speak as a non-obese but full-figured woman whose blouses/dresses tend to span over the bust. Perhaps it is the "flowing" type of garment they offer, but my luck has been good. Some of these things are definitely cheaply and quickly made, but good for a couple of summers.
I received my dress which was perfect until I washed it as per the instructions and it shrank a dress size, which was disappointing. Not a problem as New Chic without question after receiving my concerns said they are shipping me a brand new dress a larger size. I offered to re ship back the original dress but they have said for me to keep. I will find someone to pass it onto. What wonderful service. I would recommend using this online company and will use them again myself. 5 stars for sure. And refreshing to know if their is an issue you dont have to fight your way to get a positive resolve. Again 5 stars...
I bought 2 pair of shoes after received them I found they were not suitable for me, I contacted the NewChic, staff was very patience & helpful sort out my problem. I am a very satisfied customer, next time on line shopping, Newchic definitely is one of the best choice.
We ordered a bunch of stuff (worth 135 euros) on October 5,2020. Only Friday October 30, one item (a baseball cap) was DROPPED OFF at the entrance of our office building and we were lucky (?) that someone didn't steal it. The quality of the cap was cheap at least. Our contacts with Newchic produced a stunning detail: Our October 5 order was shipped... 20 days later and shipping could take 15-35 days. Plus the fact that in all communications, the seller had wrong used a wrong email, they didn't show all the items on the order page and all those signs that they may spend a lot of money advertising but they're terrible in customer service. Terrible, think not just twice but many times before you lock your money in that shame of a seller.

I've read a lot of reviews complaining of various problems which is inevitable for such a big company sending out thousands upon thousands of stock items.
My experience, for what it's worth is as follows:-
The boots I ordrered arrived pretty much on time give or take.
However, there was a little problem with the item I received and without hesitation they refunded my money, no problem!
I have purchased several items from them with zero problem and so I can only commend this company for its professionalism.
I'll have no hesitation to continue going to them for items I might need in the future.

I ordered a wallet 4 weeks ago and it has not arrived. According to the tracking website, it has departed China shortly after they received the order. This is not acceptable and this company should not be able to do business in Canada under these conditions. This is ridiculous. I wanted to cancel my order but you can't if it has shipped. Chat with a customer service agent that could not help. I will never order anything from this company again and will do my best to discourage anyone to do so.

I'm very happy with the product and the ordering and delivery process. But I get more and more annoyed about their commercials being forced on me and continuously playing on my laptop with busy moving images. It seems "I won't lose them anymore", which makes me (almost) regret my purchase.
By chance I came into contact with their website and their products appealed to me.
The product seemed to be original, was something different from the ordinary things
Bought a size 2 dress that was really more like an 18. Contacted customer service, took two days for them to respond. The email was sent to me, but it was not my name nor was it my order. The instructions were literally undecipherable. Finally got info and I have to pay for return shipping - $16, no tracking #. First class would be $33 - more than the cost of the dress. DO NOT BUY!

Ordered 2 pair of shoes for my Mom & I, unfortunately they were to small when we got them. Got a second set delivered to us for the price of shipping. The emails back & forth with the company were always very friendly & helpful. This was a wonderful experience & will be buying more super cute shoes very soon!

So. I order the dress (to come to Australia) then read the reviews, after which I am sure it will never arrive/not fit/be crap quality. But guess what? It did arrive (2 weeks which is quite ok), it does fit and the quality's fine!
DO NOT order from this company! They will screw you over when you attempt to return items. I have been dealing with them for over 3 months to refund my order, and they just give unacceptable excuses "as claiming they STILL haven't received the order back" when it has been OVER 3 months since it was shipped back to them!
OH... it was also shipped the same day for an order I refused, but they got that one back! Just not the orders where they have to refund my money! Save your money and shop somewhere else!

I couldn`t recommend this company at all. I ordered my item on the 11-th of December 2017. It was promised that it would be shipped during two weeks. One month and a half has already gone, but it hasn`t still come. I contact the customer service in order to get my money back. But I have received a refusal, although I sent to them a copy of my bank account as a confirmation that the payment via PayPal had taken place.
