I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Delivery of packages quite fast as for foreign shipment. Trace tracking is very useful. And things are always well protected. I like this shop and recommend to friends. I've never been disappointed in shopping!

Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!

My boots finally arrived. They were about 2 weeks over due the initial expected arrival date, but I was kept informed that there was a delay and to expect them to be about 2 weeks late. When they arrived and I tried them on, oh wow, how comfy and easy to put on, that I wished I had ordered another colour at the same time. I suffer with a bad back and can't bend down as easy to put shoes and boots on, but these just slip on.

I have no complaints about this site. So there was a delay in getting my boots, so what, their communication in letting me know was great, and just goes to show, their are lots of people out there with great taste ordering the same boots as myself ;)

Sent me the same order twice and charged my card twice. I refused the second item when it arrived and it was sent back to the company. I am still waiting for a refund. I was literally told 'don't worry about it' by customer service. Products are mediocre at best on top of it.

I ordered the sneakers using the size guide on Newchic's site, and ordered a size 39 (European). The price was very good including international shipping. The site was easy to use. They took almost 2 months to arrive. I was very pleased with their appearance. They are a shade darker than they appear in the photos buy still look awesome. Unfortunatly, they were too small for me so it appears the sizing chart is not dependable enough.

I will not order from this company again. The sizing on the shoes was way off. They came with no return information or forms. When I disputed it thru paypal I was told I could mail them back to "China". Right. That would have cost more than the shoes. And they know that. What a rip off company. Do not order thru them.

When an item is showing as in stock and a customer pays the extra to have order expedited, there is NO excuse NOT to have the items delivered in that time period. Very poor customer service when I tried to cancel the order and/or resolve the problem. Will never deal with this company again.

I purchased a coat and when I received it, it was too small. I had a good experience with their customer support who helped me with the exchange process. The only reason I did not award 5 stars, was because return fees were not included with the product like for some other online stores.

I bought 2 different Hats, the morons packaged the hats in plastic, gee i wonder how many boxes were laid on top of them. Seriously, if i could give -5 stars I would. Where is the picture insert? Love to show the crappy packaging and the crappy hats i might as well toss away

I have been dealing with a lady by the name of Alis, there were issues with the delivery of the handbag and after many attempts to pay an additional fee for delivery Alis has eventually agreed to re-deliver at no cost - good customer service. I would also like to make the comment that NewChic website is not all that user friendly with regards to additional payments that maybe required - suggest you look at this.

Cat blouse had two manufacturing faults and was polyester fabric and not cotton as advertised, the Scenic T-Shirt was round necked and not V shaped as advertised. Also money came out of my account for another scenic t-shirt which I did not order. NewChic refunded this when they were aware of what had happened.

The advertised items looked interesting and quite unique. However the quality of the materials used was disappointing in reality which is a pity.

The 2 pair of shoes are nicely made, fit well and are just like the photos - cute. I did have to write to ask about the delivery status as there id no tracking # provided - received a prompt reply and the shoes arrived 2 days later.

They sent completely wrong item, I opened a PayPal case because they wouldn't refund me. Telling me to close the case then they'll refund me. They lied about destination also, so took almost a month to get to me. PayPal is dealing with it now. So don't waste your time or money with this shady company. The pictures show the difference…. And they tried to say it's the same.

I am amazed they stay in business. I ordered a pair of men's shoes. Size ten. Finally (after back order) they arrived and were way too small. Not close to a size ten as compared to my other shoes. I sent an email requesting return and refund.
They OFFERED me a 50% refund and told me I could keep the shoes and give them to someone that could use them. WHAT? STAY AWAY! Awful..

I ordered two pair of sandals, received them in a timely manner but they were too small. When I ordered them there was not a size chart for their sizing. I ordered my size but the sandals were a bit short. Also did not know that shipping would be from China so return and exchange would have been too costly. The company is giving me a small refund (may actually just cover the shipping costs that I have not yet been billed for). I wish the website were more comprehensive as the product is very good and I'm sorry that I won't get to wear them as they are. Very pretty and look to be well made. I will either give mine to a friend or donate them.

I ordered shoes, even got a size larger, and they did not fit right. They said they were out of stock and would credit me 4 lousy dollars and I could keep the shoes. They said it would cost too much for me to ship the shoes back. I told them I'd be crazy to buy any of their crappy merchandise. Save your money and don't buy from them.

1) This company has a nice presentation of its products in its web site.
2) The shoes look great in the web site, but are horrible when I got them. There are bunch of plastic shoes that are not wearable. Similar shoes are available on the streets in China for $10 or less.
3) Shipping cost is fairly high and products are mailed from China.

This business is in China. If you don't like the product -- and you likely won't given the cheap labour -- you cannot afford to return it since they make you pay to send it back.

Do NOT buy from them. They are not legitimate on line sellers.

I saw a "Trench Coats" ad from NewChick on Facebook and ordered for my husband. New Chick does not deduct money from my credit card. And immediately mail me the details of my order and they say that I will get it in 3 to 7 days. I got it on the 5th days. Thanks to NewChick for keeping them talking. I will recommended with NewChic.

I ordered two items, received one quickly, never received the second one. Live chat gave me three different shipping dates, it was obvious they never shipped. I filed a claim with PayPal, they refunded the entire charge. I would not recommend this company, they are crooks.

I ordered "Menico Men Hand Stitching Zipper Slip-ons Leather Shoes". I was very much attracted by the picture in their website but on receiving the actual product I am very upset.The quality of sole is poor, The product does not meet basic quality standards. Although the company offers a 30 day return policy the product is not worth shipping back for a refund or replacement! Never again...

In women's dresses I ordered 2 of the same item, but in two different colors.
I took the option of waiting for the second one on back order. I was having difficulty on the website in establishing a "wait until" date. I contacted by email and received a reply that it was "on clearance." I understood this to mean "discontinued and no longer available." I opted for a refund. Warning! If you buy something from New Chic be aware you will not get a refund if your purchase is not what you thought it would be, in my case, two pairs of shoes that are definitely too small (the largest size they offer). After two emails to customer service, they keep giving me the runaround telling me to measure my feet and that I would have to send them back to China and pay the freight. I finally got the message. I will donate them to Good Will and take the hit.

.. Newchic sucks. They are a business based upon shoddy products and a flim-flam customer service process. Give your money to a worthwhile charity and save the headache of purchasing anything from them. A ridiculously terrible company.

The delivery time depends on the countries and the shipping methods. Please check here. http://www.newchic.com/shipping-methods-hc13.html. Business days means that weekends and holidays are not included. When you placed the order, you can get the estimated delivery time on checkout page. Besides, you can track your order if you have chosen the shipping methods with the tracking number.

If you can't receive the item in the estimated delivery time, the reasons are that the item may be delayed because of customs clearance, holidays or bad weather.
