I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Delivery of packages quite fast as for foreign shipment. Trace tracking is very useful. And things are always well protected. I like this shop and recommend to friends. I've never been disappointed in shopping!
Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
The item I ordered 1 month ago was showing in stock when I ordered it and 15 days later they finally sent me an email saying that was being ship and not even a tracking number was provided. You have to wait for more than a month to get your item delivered. I am just getting a tracking number now that I had to reach the company by the costumer service. They dont even give you a refund of your money. So take these aspects into account before buying something here.
So this company is a scam. Has anybody figured out how to get refunded for an order that was never shipped. Let's stop complaining and find a way to take this company down. Nicole was so helpful when I had a non delivery of part of an order. Immediate action was taken to resend a replacement, no quibble about it. She kept me in the loop as to when it was posted and expected delivery date. Brilliant help, kind and understanding and efficient. I'd has no problem with ordering from New Chic again. Already ordered lots from them before and will do again. 5 stars from me.
I read the response from NewChick and tried again to exchange for a larger size. There is nothing but a run around. You never get to a single person to talk or message with. They ask the same questions over and over. They ignore your answers. I would not give them even 1 star if I could. This company is a great big 0.

I ordered the braless tank tops set in all 5 colors. I carefully measured myself so that the cut would be correct. After a month they arrived. I loved the feel of them but they were too small. The bust and the length was correct but around the middle was cut for a very skinny girl (not woman). I asked to exchange them for a larger size and was denied. So I now have these wonderful tops that I will never be able to fit into. A waste of $100.
I ordered 13 items, and was disappointed, when the customer service informed me about several missing items that had been sold out in my color and size. I was very annoyed about the long, over a few weeks lasting process of finding items to replace the missing ones. But the customer service person, "Alis", saved the situation totally by genuine friendliness, and at the end I feel happy, and would order again from NewChic. Beautiful clothes!

I ordered three dresses. One fit and the other two were frumpy on me - maybe a little big. Customer service was responsive but the company policy is such that I will never order from them again. I was advised that I would be responsible for postage TO CHINA - so between the amount of money it would take to return and the time it would take to get there - I should consider giving them to someone as a gift.

I planned on buying around 3-4 items but because the shipping is so expensive it doubled my cost and it's unreasonable to pay that much. My total ended up around $120 with shipping which I simply can't afford, it is a shame because I know my brother would absolutely adore the hoodies and t-shirts for Christmas. I wish free shipping was offered or a maximum of $15 shipping would even be better than doubling my price.

This company is located in China and is total rip off. I ordered 6 items only to 5 are no longer available. Worse is I placed order in September and now it is November and I have still not received the one item and NewChic is claiming that it was delivered! Stay away from this vendor!

Beware of this company. They state order should be delivered within 25days, which is fine, but after this time you will find they are reluctant to send replacement for lost orders. I have been waiting almost 7 weeks for an order and have emailed over 7 times to get a replacement which always get the response please wait another 7 days. This is pretty shoddy customer service and they should find a more reliable shipping method if orders are getting lost or taking this long to arrive. Also no agreement to send a replacement yet.

I ordered red shoes size 10 and got brown shoes size 7. Told them so in an email. First they want me to send a pic/video of shoes!?! I don't own a camera and even if I did, why do they need a pic? Now they want me to eat the return charges for the shoes that they made the mistake on... which will cost more than the original shoes... waiting to hear back from them... to be continued

I had never used Newchic before but was keen to give them a go as I like the style of a lot of their clothing. I ordered 2 items from Newchic in early September, I was told via email a few days after that they were on back order- which I was fine with and said I was happy for them to restock. Last week, a month and a half after I made the order I emailed to ask if they had an estimated time of restocking for the items I ordered, to which they replied 1-2 weeks. Today 2 months after I first made the order I received an email advising they have cancelled my order... With no explanation or advice on how I can receive a refund. Dreading the worst I then read reviews and thought I'd lost my money. Then I contacted them thro Facebook messenger and to my surprise got a response! I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering. I ordered a pair of boots and only after my order did I realize that they were being shipped from China. The shipment took over two weeks. The boots are way too small - although they are the size that I ordered, the size is MUCH smaller than a standard US brand of the same size. I contacted "customer service" via chat. The service agent was not skilled in English - and kept answering in a repetitive and 'robotic' manner. I was not offered a refund (unless I ship them back to China and who knows when I would hear back from them) nor a replacement. All that was offered to me is 'points' in their system for re-ordering another product. I paid over $30. For the boots and the 'points' offered (not yet delivered to my account) are valued at $4.00. This is NOT a company that I would deal with again and I hope that my review can save someone else the time, trouble and money lost.

I have purchased several pair of shoes. All except one arrived in excellent condition. The shoes are of great quality. Size and color perfect. On the pair of shoes with the damage they are replacing them at no cost to me. I will let all my friends know about this site.

I had trouble with sizing, my items were way smaller than I thought they would be. But Tiny in customer service helped me with cancel of a order with Full refund in no time! Tiny was very responsive and very polite and friendly. Because of Tinys service I will definitely continue to use this company for other shopping!
They charged my paypal account on 1-7-19 and paypal does not have much information except for an email. I would like to know where my items are. I ordered a coat and some boots and have not rec'd either.

So I paid to get my package in 10-15 days, nope, didn't happen. Do not pay for New Chic shipping, it's a rip off to get your money, if it wasn't I would be getting my package on time instead of nearly 30 days later.

Ordered product as per their size chart, items recieved not even close to correct size, definitely not up to US sizes or European sizes, way too small. On a positive not the product did appear to be well made, just meant for children not adults. Contacted customer service they initially offered to refund 50% of the total cost, second time the offer went up to 70%!
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from New Chic! Their sizing is way off. I ordered oversize just in case and even that didn't fit

I ordered 2 pairs of cool lounge pants and they came in too small. After a back and forth, I was able to receive 2 new pairs in a size bigger.
