Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
I was contemplating a purchase from NewChic (as some of their clothes look really attractive in the pictures) so I registered with them as they promised a £60 voucher for the first purchase - they even sent me the number of the "voucher". So far so good... I had about £140 worth of items in my shopping basket, went to the checkout and - surprise surprise, not only it was a pain to find out how to redeem vouchers, my number wasn't recognized (and I only received the "voucher" on the day before the purchase so there's no way it could have expired). Then I went back to my basket and saw that I "saved" almost exactly £60 on the purchase as the items were "reduced" from insanely high prices to more or less standard ones. In other words, everything about this shop screams "scam" very, very loudly. Steer well clear.
If you order something, be prepared for it to go out of fashion by the time you receive it! Honestly, my first order took one month to receive. This is my second order and it's going on two months. I guarantee that there will be no third order.

All things considered, not bad for the price, but certainly not something that will last. The material feels very cheap and the delivery was a long wait. That aside, the shirts are still fun in their designs/patterns and I do like them for the most part, but you get what you pay for.
I love the shoes, fun and cute. And I did not pay close attention to the sizing chart (you need to measure carefully!) and the shoes came slightly too small. I figured that was that, but customer service reached out to me, wanted to try and figure out what was wrong and how it happened, and then fully refunded the purchase price!
I will definitely order from them again!

If you are ordering from the US, you need to be patient. They are on the other side of the world, and they will respond!
I loved the style and quality of this beautiful item.
The sizing is all wrong, however, and I had to send the first one back and get a 2XL. I am normally an Australian size 12, but I wanted to wear this item as a coat rather than a close fitting dress.
The company was really efficient at managing the exchange and even though it cost me a little bit in postage, I was pleased to pay it because this item would have cost at least a couple of hundred dollars locally.
I ordered a pair of shoes which did not fit at all. Alis, the customer service rep who worked with me, helped me to figure out what would be the proper size and offered a great deal for getting the proper size to me. They haven't come yet, so I am hoping that we came up with the right answer.
I will give you the clothes look cute. The descriptions of the fabric is dodgy, they never quite say what the fabric is made of, but still I dropped 62 dollars for some clothes in April. It i now July 15th and not one thing has arrived. The bar showing progress took 45 days to get the product shipped, and now it has been 45 days while it is supposedly SHIPPING from China. It could walk and get here faster than that.
Do not EVER buy from this company as they collect your money and then forget all about your order. Those Chinese must be getting rich. Tomorrow I am going to try to stop the charge on my credit card.

All they are saying is a pure lie. They did not do anything for me. Do not believe this company! I am spending my time on 10 letters back and force with a customer service. Only getting generic answers back. No actions. Nothing resolved. This NewChic answer not for me (they not dying anything to replace defective items) - they trying to keep reputation for a customers who did not buy it from them.

I have previously purchased shoes from Socofy which are beautiful, comfortable and I have worn them forever. My latest purchase however is not so good. One pair is crooked, and does not have enough strap to securely attach the shoe. The other pair are passable but I do not think they will become favourites as their predecessors were. Quite disappointed in the drop in quality and finish of these shoes

Finally, my order arrived. The shoe is fine. But the dress and top... disappointed. They run 2-4 inches smaller than the measurements provided on their site. Contacted customer services. To get a refund, I'll have to return the merchandise to China, pay the shipping cost and provide a tracking number. The shipping cost from US to China via USPS is $32 which is more than 50% of the merchandise cost. They put up the wrong information on their site, and now I have to pay for their mistakes? Not sure what to do...
Ordered product March 2020. Its now the end of June 2020 and the product never arrived. Scam artists ripping people off. Their customer service states its on its way. Yeah right. I placed an order on January 29th and STILL have not received it! On original order delivery was "guaranteed" within 14 days. Then the web site stated that all orders were delayed because of the Chinese new year! I still have not received anything and am now going to contact my credit card company to reverse payment

I found here some very beautiful products, of a good quality. I am very satisfied with them, the shipping was really fast and the support is efficient. The products looks like in the picture! I love this site! I will come back to order again!
The coat is very good quality and well made, it has a nice weight to it and should keep you warm even in the coolest of weather. Allow a couple of weeks for delivery, customer service was very helpful.
This is the place to come for well made leather shoes the clothing i ordered was way smaller than the indicated sizes. Very disappointed. But overall i gave it a 4 star because what did fit was made well
I have ordered a hat on 18/7/19. The tracking said that it was shipped on 20/7/19.
I did not get it until 31/7/19. The tracker says some one tried delivering on 25/7/19 and no one was at home. This is incorrect because me and my wife were working at the front garden with a Handiman all day on 25/7.
The big surprise is tracker says to contact collection point. There is no phone number on address of the collection point. It is blank.
I am sure this business is scam. Do not lose your money by ordering and paying.

I ordered 2 dresses, having checked my measurements against their size chart. One dress was much too long, dragged on the floor, at least 10 inches longer than their description, and the bust was 3 inches wider. The other's sleeves were so long they ended around my knuckles. Their size charts are ridiculous - no way is an "XXL" equivalent to a European size 46. I wasn't happy with the fabric either. I had to send them photos of the dresses with a tape measure to prove their sizes were wrong, and told it's too expensive and lengthy to return them to China, so they offered me a 50% refund and advised me to give the dresses to a friend. I don't have any tall, wide friends with very long arms, so I'll give them to a charity shop and have to write off the 29 euros it has cost me (the other 50% plus postage). I will not be ordering from Newchic again. To be fair, the after-sales service has been good and I have now received the 50% refund.

It was easy to order online and confirmation emails were great. I was a bit worried because there were some bad reviews but I bought on sale and crossed my fingers. I received within the allotted time and everything was exactly as I expected - I am still waiting for a part of my order though.

Even though I had some issues with product sizes, my Customer Service Representative (Alis) was pleasant, well-spoken, extremely efficient, and surprisingly accommodating. I haven't experienced customer service like this in the states in over a decade. I will definitely be a repeat, loyal client.

I ordered a handbag on the 5th September and it finally arrived yesterday on 6th October. It took me two weeks to get hold of customer service to start with. When I did get a reply I was told to be patient and wait another week etc. I then requested a refund. The bag is not suitable and I would have to return it to China at cost to me and no doubt wait another 4 weeks. For the refund. I have decided to give it as a gift now but will never be using this company again. Totally unacceptable. I rated service as 1 but would prefer to give a Zero if it were possible

Hello New chic I am a loyal customer who has bought dozens of dresses. I live in Kenya and I am really happy with the dresses that I receive. The only issue I have is the customs fees I have to pay when the dresses are sent through DHL or Fed ex. It is really a lot. Please could you use only Aramex to post the items as they don't charge any customs fees. Thank you
I brought a pair of shoes, due to the fact they come from Asia it's going to take a few weeks. The shoes were nice, but too big. I had to send pics of my foot with a tape measure to assure them it was their mistake. Which I did and a picture of front of package with address they also asked for. Did all that and then nothing no answer to email or site or live chat, so I adviced them I was going to inform the Trade commission, guess it worked they told me they would refund half the price and I am waiting for the correct size which I paid for, adviced the correct size is now supposed to be on it's way. When this pair arrives I will not be using them again ever. Guess one has to be pro-active as I am sure from reading the reviews people just give up in the end.
