I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Delivery of packages quite fast as for foreign shipment. Trace tracking is very useful. And things are always well protected. I like this shop and recommend to friends. Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
I ordered ice blue leggings in May. About 4 weeks later I received black. I contacted customer service was told to send photos of the black ones-- I did. I was told my order was shipped. It's been 7 weeks now and customer service is telling me to check my local post office but can't confirm if the ice blue ones were shipped, no tracking info and won't refund me.
The package arrived in a terrible state. The package was ripped and damaged, it almost looked beaten. Clearly not taken well care of during shipping/delivery. THANKFULLY, the item itself did not sustain damage

I ordered blue denim shoes and found when they arrived that their size 38 is a little large for my size 7 feet, after I left the review I received an immediate response from Carry. I do expect that when I'm waiting for a shipment from China that it will take at least a month to 6 weeks to arrive. I love the shoes and their quality and the fact that they responded to my review right away. I have dealt with them before and have always received my orders. I will not hesitate to order again.

Just realize that unless you pay extra for shipping, goods from China don't come overnight, usually 4-8 weeks

I was very upset when my newly ordered dermapen unit arrived with the actual dermapen unit missing. I had not dealt with NewChic before and gave them an unsatisfactory review on 7/12/17. Although I had my doubts about being able to get this resolved, I emailed NewChic with my complaint. The next day I received a response from Summer who is on the customer service team. She kept constant contact with me when I needed answers, usually responding to me the same day. After several emails between us, Summer had a new order shipped to me, along with tracking number and delivery date info. I was so pleased with her attentiveness and willingness to help me. I received my replacement order in perfect condition and the derma pen works great. Thank you to Summer for renewing my faith in NewChic!
I emailed customer service today regarding a derma pen stamp unit which I paid for upon placing my order. It arrived in 10-12 days. When I opened the parcel, the only items in the box were the plug to the unit and the additional needles... the main item. The actual derma pen unit, was missing from the indentation in the box where it was supposed to be placed... I mean how could anyone not see that the unit was not there before shipping. I am currently awaiting to hear back from them with a resolution to this problem.
This is a racket. The website says you can return within 30 days, but what they DON'T tell you is that you have to return your items, at your expense, TO CHINA! Let's see, how much will the original purchase cost now? They did everything to get me to exchange rather than return, but the items were so mis-sized that I couldn't possibly re-order. A small was oceans too big and the shoes had such a stench I couldn't stand being near them (they advised I put lemons in them for awhile!). I was given the option of exchanging (still would cost me as much as my order) or getting a half-the-amount refund. Of course, I had to take that as there was no choice. What a racket they have going. They are virtually not taking any returns and can get away with that by refunding SOMETHING. I told them I'd never order from them again. I wonder what my recourse is if I don't get refunded. Please be forewarned... even though the clothes are cute, it's NOT WORTH the aggravation.

I ordered these shirts for summer; the first order was delivered in a month later and 2nd order never made it because they didn't have a stock available. The shirts are nice, good fabric, size pretty accurate, good Customer Service but don't count on them for summer as they will not be delivered on time unfortunately!

I ordered my item way back March 20 now is May 8 and no item yet. Called them more than 3 times to follow up and agent said wait few more days. Today I asked for refund and they said wait till next week. Donw't take chances you will never get your item and money back.

I have placed three orders with Newchic. When I placed the order I was not aware that it would take 45 days or longer to receive the items. Then I was told when I inquired that I should receive them by May 10,2020. Well, I am still waiting. Newchic makes a bad name for online ordering. I advise before ordering online to get all the details by calling the company and getting their information and place your order with live personnel. Weeks after ordering a JeepRich jacket, Newchic informed me it would be delayed by a month. Three months later and after the usable season, it arrived. I measured according to their directions, but it was at least 2 sizes too small. They said the return postage was my responsibility. Postage to China is the same price as the jacket, so I cut my losses and gave the jacket away. Bad service, Bad sizing. Stay Away!

My parcel went missing, but New Chick was very quick to send a new load wich I received after a few days, and I'm pleased with the quality of my items.
Every time I have contacted New Chick by mail they have been very quick to respond. So all in all I am a satisfied customer and would shop there again. Of course one has to be realistic about shipping time it will take a long time.
So at least others received a response from customer service. I have been waiting over a month and still no shoes and no response to my inquiries. 3 pair ordered a month ago all at the same time and nothing. This site is a scam. Please avoid!

Such a waste of time! I order a present for my brother in low. They except my order, they send me an email that I have to wait around 12 days for the things I order. Anyway, nothing arrive. I chat with someone over life chat, (probably by some kind of luck), anyway they text me that the things I order have been out of stock, so if I want I can wait in till Christmas. I did not agree are they mad.

I ordered four pairs of shoes, and received all four pairs. It took a while to receive them but they did arrive. The are comfortable and they all fit appropriately. They're not Italian leather but nice for what you pay. I like them enough to order additional shoes for my mom. Satisfied!
I did order 2 cover ups. I received them 2 months after I returned from my summer vacation. They were so tiny that I had to throw them away! The web claims that they are one size fits all. Maybe tiny tiny Chinese size! Customer service really sucks. They hardly understand English!

I ordered 3 bras a size up from what I needed because the site said they ran small. The ended up still being to small. I contacted customer service they were pretty good to deal with and answered back everyday (because of the time difference it isn't instant & usually was the next day when I got a response). They tried to be helpful & were very polite. They helped me reorder based off my measurements. I just had to pay shipping and they had me keep the original items. The second set of replacement bras were to big. I was disappointed they had pointed me in an incorrect direction. They refunded me half the money of my order. Not exactly a win, I didn't get the items I ordered to fit, and I didn't get my money back but they were helpful and easy to work with. It could have been worse though at least I got some money back and I can donate the items to someone who can hopefully use them.
Have been buying for some time now great products good quality and price had an order in but out of stock was told immediately and offered replacement or refund immediately didn't have to chase them like many others excellent company to deal with very happy client
