I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Delivery of packages quite fast as for foreign shipment. Trace tracking is very useful. And things are always well protected. I like this shop and recommend to friends. I've never been disappointed in shopping!

Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!

I recently order 6 Pairs of shoes for a total of $214.04 / $28.00 shipping charge.
2 Weeks later I got a message from them informing that the items were out of stock.
They gave the option to cancel or wait. I cancelled my entire order and 6 days later I got a refund for only $164.00. When I contacted the company they said they were sending one a pair of shoes (obviously the one they had in stock and the one with the lowest price of all) with a shipping charge of 6 pairs. They just manage things at their convenience. For that kind of money I can buy a pair a shoes from a local store and not having to wait a whole month to get a $27.00 one. I am blocking their e-mails now.

The bras I purchased are really nice quality and style, and the price can't be beat. The site recommends to order up one size, but even so, the first order came in still way too small. The customer service was very nice, tho, and sent the correct size right away. Check the size charts!

I ordered suede shoes. Very cheap and all the reviews on their site were that the shoes were great quality and fit.
I measured my foot before ordering to make sure they would fit.
They were sent. The suede looks and feels fake. The shoes are uncomfortable! They have cardboard in the toes!
The email fight that I had to go through for a partial refund was ridiculous.
Avoid at all cost.

I like NewChic clothes. But their customer service is awful. They take your money when they cannot fulfill the order - everything seems to be on 'back order' and then they eventually tell you they cannot fulfill the order. They have £54 of mine which they swear has been refunded, but it has not. I have given up the fight. It is a shame, because their clothes are cute.

Order placed 12/6/20 for two items, a top and earrings. The top arrived on or about 1/5/21. I still do not have the earrings as of today 1/14/21.
I place a second order with NewChic on 12/12/20 for two tops. I paid $32.44 for expedited shipping because the items were Christmas gifts. The items finally arrived on 1/13/21 almost 3 weeks after Christmas. It is apparent that NewChic has shipping problems. My wife did not care for the the two tops so I am now in the process of trying to return them for a refund. Their refund process could take a lesson or two from Amazon.com. It is doubtful that I would order from them again.

3 pairs of boots ordered, and 2 that I was delighted with. The third pair I was not as pleased with, so would have sent back. However, I had not realised that they had to be sent to China, so after looking at the postage, I have decided not to return them. This, sadly puts me off ordering again, which is a shame, as I love the footwear.

Alot of the items on the site are really cheap which is great but do keep in mind they will get you for the shipping and i also recommend spending the extra I think it was $0.64 For tracking numbers but like I said you get what you pay for, I only ordered squishies... basically toys and out of the 3 I have received so far (still waiting for 2 more) only one was not what it was suppose to be, but I got in contact with them (linda) immediately and let them know that my item was not what it was they responded pretty fast and apologized and even gave me my money back on that item which was back in my account (paypal) within 24 hours and didn't ask me to return it. Definitely recommend this website but only if you have alot if patience waiting for your packages because they are coming from China.

I ordered shoes, storage bin made of cloth and a wall sticker. All of poor quality. However, I did order a pair of sandals that were actually very nice and comfortable. I probably won't order from this site again and caution anyone who does.

I ordered a product but unfortunately it got lost somewhere during shipping. I am pretty sure it happened due to some issue on the shipping vendor. I reached out to New chic team and absolutely no issues in getting the money back.
The refund policy is excellent and I got my money back in 2-3 days.

I ordered a cap 3 months ago and am still waiting for it. Everytime I call in I get the same agent, Sky, and she repeats the same thing over and over. I asked for a refund and was told that it would be done in 72 hours at the latest. It has been over a week now and I have not received credit back on my account.
"Keep the money if you need it that bad!" It was worth it to worn others. I would give a zero star but cannot do that unfortunately.

Ordered the items I wanted. Paid for items, shipping and import fees. A week or so later receive an email saying 2 or the 3 items ordered were out of stock. All while still advertising in stock. Canceled items not available and received refund very quickly. No reduction of shipping or import taxes, so items became greatly overpriced. 2 months and still waiting for the one item they say was available. Will never order from them again. May not actually be a scam, but certainly feels like one.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, all a size bigger than we wear and they were still too small. It's been a nightmare to try and get them returned and a refund. You have to send pics and jump thru hoops and still pay to have them shipped back. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

First of all, the sizes are all over the place. I ordered based on their size chart. The pants were so huge that they looked like clown pants, so I am stuck with five pairs of pants that I can't use. The shirts are narrow across the upper back so of course they're too tight. The bra looks like Madonna, so pointy in the front, that I can't wear it. The coat is cool but the hood looks 4x too big. Some items haven't even arrived. Out of 15 garments, only four fit. I can't send them back to China because it's not worth it. Customer service said that they'd send me ONE pair of pants in a smaller size, free, but I haven't received those either. I wish I had my money back. What a waste of money. I would have been better off ordering online from Macy's and having clothes that fit and have a decent quality than spending a small fortune on only four items that fit.

I bought an item they claimed to be 'original' but it turned out to be a counterfeit Chinese product. When I tried to rate the item as '1 Star' on their website, I got a message that said the '1 star rating was too low and not allowed'. Garbage

I am very satisfied with the purchase of shoes at Newchic. Only the clothes went a bit wrong because the sizes are incorrect. I am, however, aided by the excellent customer service and I will be more careful to choose the right size for a next order of clothes. The clothes are beautiful, well finished and fairly priced.

I ordered a shoe. After four weeks, It came from China. The picture of the shoe on the site looked three pieces sow together. Looking very much like leather but when it came it was one piece of plastic no leather. Very cheap looking. The company is very good at fooling the people. Make you think you are buying shoe

They charged my credit card although the item was out of stock and they did not know when it would be back in stock. I was given the choice to wait for as long as a month out, and offered a 25% discount in return. But no credit was forthcoming. When I complained, Newchic cancelled my entire order.

Very bad service. I ordered two shirts the 2nd of January, because I really liked the products. Not only did they not arrive, (its the 4th of February now) but they refuse to refund my money, always saying someone will contact me in 24-48 hours, which they never do. My order number
Is *******. I strongly recommend not to order from this site. I was very polite through the process, but the service they offer is just horrible.
