Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
I purchased a shoe that looked good in the pictures, and was described as leather, but when received it was some plastic rubbish. Returning it to China would cost a lot and based on previous reviews they wouldn't refund even after returning the item.
I have to throw it in the bin and consider it a lesson learned.

Two months later still waiting for a refund. After reaching out to them regarding the refund, they answer is: dresses were delivered.
My money is lost for the dresses plus the coast of shipping.

My gripe is trying to order shoes and my size is always sold out. Plenty of size 7 and 8. I wish you would keep all the sizes in stock. Hint. If you run out of a size that means you are selling a lot of them. Reorder and make yourself some money.

I've ordered quite a few item from New Chic, and I love their clothing. Styles are interesting and unique, and the workmanship is very good. This company's customer service is excellent. They always respond to my inquiries promptly and personally. They keep me informed if there is a delay. They refund quickly if i choose not to wait for a backorder. I could not ask for more, and I would not hesitate to recommend buying from them.
I saw a pair of shoes I liked on Pinterest really cheap. I always check the reviews online to make sure the company is legit and free from negative reviews. Stock need to updated every time, don't ask customer to wait until the new stock arrived. Especially after payment had made. Website not friendly, ask to wait and cant made complaint. If possible I would give this site zero stars. I had already read bad reviews about the length of time it took from order date, to the time it took for the customer to receive the product. Being as their products are so cute, I thought I would give them a chance anyway. Wrong choice. I bought numerous items from NewChic. My problem is, I keep getting notifications the items I ordered are out of stock. As of this morning I'm up to either 3 or 4 items that are out of stock. I get e-mails daily. Why give an option to order the product, charge me, only to have to order out of stock? If it's out of stock, it shouldn't be on the website at all. Now I don't even know if I'll get anything I ordered. It's not looking good. I won't be shopping here again. Too bad. Their clothes are super cute.

Rough fabrics and cheap dyes of the two products I ordered (my first order from them) were of the worst possible quality. In order to return them I would have to pay both my shipping cost TO CHINA! And any refund would be less their original shipping cost to me (unknown). And from their shipping statement it would seem that the actual cost of these items was extremely low, suggesting a typical Asian sweat shop (can't confirm this).

Don't use it! There has to be better out there. Suggest not dealing with a company in China and one with a return policy consistent with 2018 marketing.

I do acrylic nails, i ordered a huge kit a month ago! UPS says the tracking number is invalid and i havent heard the first word about my order! I recently recieve an email where they wanted me to do a survey! Of course i all but said it was horrible! Terrible customer service! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! Why would my order arrive soaking wet inside the packing container? I ordered boots in Dec. And I knew it would take weeks to get it since they came from China but did not expect to get wet when I cut the package open. The boots were soaked clear through when I opened the package and took 24 hrs to dry.

I had a good experience buy a women clothing from NewChic. Even though it took almost one month to receive the product, the product was satisfying my expectations. When I sent emails to report the delay in delivery, NewChic team responded me and inform the tracking status. I experience a good service from these people.
After being subjected to relentless advertising every time I used the internet, I ordered some garments from New Chic. They looked really attractive in the ads, but the reality was a lot different! They are extremely poor qulaity fabric, a very bad fit and dreary colours. In addition, the company offers no easy way to return the garments or obtain a refund. They ask for proof of a complaint (photos!) and finally gave me an address to return the garments to -- in China -- and told me I would be responsible for paying for the postage. I consider this company chancers and advise others to beware of their attractive and beguiling adverts.

Garbage company. Never buy from! Shirts are never the right size! You can not get in touch with customer service. I manage to once and that required me to take a bunch of the photos of the shirt. I never heard back from the them. Finally just sent the shirts back and they never refunded them. Complete rip off.

At first really liked the clothes and prices as seen on line. After multiple attempts to order they were unable to process my order. And than the prices on the items were jacked up. Finally got ahold of a live person who was of no help. Got off the phone got back on line and the same items I had ordered were shown again at the sale price. What a scam! Glad my guardian angel was looking after me and this company did NOT process my order.

This company ships from China and appears to have no USA based distribution centers. This means long delays in receiving merchandise, especially with the current Covid import restrictions. The only tracking data you'll get from the company is the date it was shipped and that's about it. No updates provided. My order was shipped in two packages. I received the first package 2-1/2 months after placing my order. I'm still waiting for the second package and have no idea if and when it will arrive. The merchandise I have received is of pretty low quality. If you like poor service, substandard merchandise and are willing to wait forever to get your stuff, this is the company for you.

Newchic is a Rip Off! Do not purchase anything from this dishonorable company! They took payment and NEVER delivered a simple order for N95 masks that would fit in a medium sized envelop in almost 3 months! At order they stated 2 weeks delivery. ... you need to be aware that sizes are a little smaller than North American sizes. Otherwise the products are as described and shown, and delivery delays are reasonable considering the distance. I recommend!

I ordered a pair of sandals which looked really nice on the website. I received them within about 10 days, which was better than I had expected. I wore the sandals one time and absolutely hated them. Looks can be deceiving. The sandals were absolutely uncomfortable. Customer service contacted me a day or two after I wrote a review for the sandals and asked me what the problem was. After a couple of emails back and forth, they offered me a refund. I received the refund two days later. The sandals may not have been great, but the customer service definitely was!
What impressed me was the after sales service. Although, i was under the impression that this is a huge site and my email will be lost among others, i received an extraordinary personalized after sales service and i am very happy about it.
