Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!
After waiting 5-6 weeks to receive my sandals, they told me that their shoe size chart is totally different than the US size chart (even tho it says US size 7). I don't believe I ever saw any of this information previously, as I ordered on my cell phone through Facebook, and it just gave the option to choose a size. Well, apparently their "US size 7" fits about a size 5 1/2-6 here. So my toes hang way over. On top of that, they want me to send them nearly the original amount of money in order to get the correct size.
Spray painted boots not leather a number of white vinyl spots exposed. Many times attempting to get a hold of customer service for a refund, they have completely ignored me. Im stuck with the garbage they call boots and still in the shipping bag. Never order from this company, all they do is take your money and ignore you. I dont order online very often. Very shortly after ordering their bra's (which like all other reviews run very small) I started getting phone calls from international numbers at all hours in the night. 3, 4, 5, 6 am calls. I know it was them because Its the only over seas company I have ever used.

The order took 1 month to get delivered, and it was a really Bad fit and bad quality on most of the items (3 out of 4). You even have to pay for the return shipping fees. I will never order from them again.

An ad popped up on my facebook for credit card/cash wallets that lie flat. Sounded like great idea as I have my c crds in a holder but no place for cash. I ordered two. Arrived quickly which was good. When I put my credit cards in it... only one to a slot... it was tight to load, but when done, it was unbelievable! It was all bent up at the end... it looked like a shark with his mouth opened wide. I was able to snap it, but the snap will break before too long. It's embarrassing if I am a register and go for a credit card... the wallet looks so out of shape... horrible. There is NO WAY I can give the other for a gift as planned. I've asked for a complete refund and they want to give me "points" instead. Not interested... want my money back Very disappointed.

Too bad there isn't a negative star rating. Coming up on the three month mark and still no shoes, even paid to have priority processing and shipping because I needed them for a wedding. Customer service is non existent. Not even sure at this point if this isn't a scam company. Save yourselves and find a legitimate reliable company.

The quality is absolutely awful. It is nothing like advertised. The items delivered near no similarity to the clothes online. They are a genuine disgrace, please don't buy and save yourself the hassle. I requested a return and been given a load of excuses - probably never see my money again! Rip off.
I had ordered a sun hat on line - no confirmation email sent of order - sent email to customer service after my account was debited and discovered that it was out of stock - after several more emails with Beatrice (who by the way was extremely helpful in resolving this problem) another hat was ordered - it took 21 days for it to be delivered - new chic has lovely items but the communication between customer and company should include an email to verify that the order has been received and shipped. I am very happy with the item I ordered - just wish there was better communication follow with the customer

My orders have not arrived up to this date and it's been more than a month already. They do not answer to FB messages and their chat function in their app is a joke! You will be told that you are number 2 or so on queue and waiting time is 18 mins. 18 mins later, app says you have poor internet connection! Really? Everytime? When I have superb data connection?! Followed up thru email and was told to pick up the items in the local post office! Why do they ask for my shipping address if shipping is not door to door? Seriously, are you scammers?!

Ordered from Canada on Feb 1st 2017 and still has not arrived over a month later. I have tracked the package and it has been in Canada for quite some time. I got in touch with Newchic who told me to get in touch with my local post office. I live downtown Toronto and have several post offices in my locality. I explained this but Newchic said that because I didn't pay extra for tracking (I paid $15 standard shipping), there is no way to find it.

So many cute items to choose from, but nothing in stock. I didn't know until over 2 weeks after ordering that every single item was back ordered... why even list it if you don't have it? I found out when I checked my credit card list and had been charged $116 TWICE, but only one order number and only one receipt in my email. The order confirmation email had no indication of the back order situation. I had to find out when I logged in online at NewChic to see what was going on. No ETA, no explanation of the dual charge. I cancelled the order and told them I wanted a refund. They refunded the money, but didn't send an email to let me know. I had to look it up on my credit card site to see. I don't know how an online company can stay in business without communicating with their customers, or having any products in stock. I guess I am just spoiled by Amazon Prime.

Ordered a dress & when it arrived I could use it as a tent it's that huge. The sewing was incomplete actually not even sewn around the neckline. Will never use this 'company' again... ever. This just sums it up, don't buy overseas stuff, support your own country.

For anyone used to next day delivery - NewChic's long (one month) delivery time is exasperating.
+ I am infuriated that, having ordered something, almost every website I now go on has ads offering me the same NewChic products. I am highly unlikely to want them having just bought something!
+ I am angry about the quantity of emails I get from NewChic. I have asked to unsubscribe from their list but they have apparently ignored my request.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts and a pair of sweatpants - all size L. One sweatshirt is fine. The other sweatshirt is 3 inches shorter and 5 inches less in width (pictures and measuring tape). I wrote to them about the size discrepancy and was told that I could purchase them again... I am not sure how this fixes the problem or why I should be responsible for the cost of buying them again. I have reached out to their customer service 3 additional times with no response. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them. Grossly overpriced for the quality, no consistency in sizing and zero customer service.

I'm a tall lanky North American. Was skeptical about the fit bit if you read the size chart for each item, you'll be fine. I placed a large order of shirts shorts and summer long trousers. Two of the trousers were a little tight in the thigh for me, returned them for refund with no fuss.

Ordered a lovely warm looking coat that didn't arrive. Each time I emailed the company referencing this I was immediately sent apologetic and polite email. After waiting the agreed extra time, as soon as I said that I wanted refund I was told it would be through in 72 hours. In fact it was refunded within only 24. I'd have no hesitation in using New Chic again and cannot fault their customer service.

I ordered two pair of shoes, same size. One pair of shoes is a good inch longer than the second pair and now I cannot find a way to return or even chat with anyone. Tried sending email but it keeps telling me that Ive not entered the phone number correctly.

The site seemed sketchy, but I ordered shoes according to their sizing, and they fit just right. My shoes were out of stock, but I was told immediately. There were follow up emails, a prompt, polite response with each of my questions, and I got my shoes in about 22 days, not bad. I'm thrilled for the price and have gotten dozens of compliments. Would definitely give them another shot!
Due to silly sizing charts, my shorts arrived to fit 2 people. But new chic have sent me some replacement which does fit well. Its a shame we have to take a chance on the size. British clothes have been made in china for 40 years and now they sell us clothes that dont fit.
I have just received two delightful overalls, which go to me perfectly, and arrived in very good delays. I really don't understand how it is possible to put negative comments! Nicole is very listening to our questions and try rapidly to help us, for example by changing order at the last minute. I am very happy with this experience and want to renew it!

I have bought a few items from this company and usually only 1 thing at a time, however approx 4/5 months ago I sent for 6 items of clothing. 3 of the items we're good but needed to return other 3 due to size problems. They first suggested me keeping them and they would reimburse 10/15%. No thanks I don't want clothing that doesn't fit. I returned the items approx a week later which cost me £11.20 and they are still refusing a refund. Be very careful.
