I have been doing shopping in NEWCHIC several times and always with great pleasure. Above all, a cool, intuitive shop menu. Shopping is straightforward, even knowing a little English. Delivery of packages quite fast as for foreign shipment. Trace tracking is very useful. And things are always well protected. I like this shop and recommend to friends. I've never been disappointed in shopping!

Newchic has stolen several of my T-shirt designs and is selling them on T-shirts and hoodies. Copyright infringement reports have gone unanswered. This company shamelessly steals and profits from it. Disgusting!

Delivery took about 6 weeks which I think is ok considering the shipping price. The photo background is, however, unusable due to the bad resolution and creases on the material, so it was a complete waste of money.

I order shoes for my mother for Christmas. I was unaware they would be shipped from China. It took from 11/29/15 to 1/4/16 to receive them. They were as represented and I had no problem with size or quality. I was not provided with a shipping number (but could pay for one if I wanted to) so I contacted the company. Carrie Li worked hard and kept me advised along the way. I was very disappointed in their Shipping Arrangements and time, but finally got my product after Christmas.

Incredibly inept / bordering on scam company
Ordered 14 items
2 months later received 5 items in 2 packages
This is after 12 messages to them berating thier service

All they state in thier messages is> "we are busy busy busy... sorry"

Then it took 20 more emails demanding a refund over a 14 day period before they refunded my money

This company should be serious if they want to engage in the American market. I ordered some shoes, they were small sizes (good for little Chinese men) but not for an average American. If you wear size 9, order size 11 or 12. The shoes were so light that you can lift it up with one finger. The so called leather was fake. I am done with these Chinese basement products

Ordered 4 pairs shoes and paid with PayPal. After months received an email informing me they were unable to send my complete order. Did I want partial order? Never answered this email. One pair shoes arrived. No updates again months later. Guess I have to assume they have no intention of completing my order. As long as people keep sending them money, they'll keep their web site up and empty promises.

Don't order from these scammers, I ordered a pair of sandals and 2 tops on June 3rd, still nothing. The tracking has it stuck somewhere and they just keep saying, dont worry its coming, just track it, as you can see its in transit stuck there for a month. I always purchase with PayPal, they got me a full refund.

The product was cheap and did not fit. The return policy is a rip off. Mailing it back to China cost more than the item itself. They know this and offer a 50% discount. My poor daughter spent her money on this and got a real hard lesson in quality.

Refunds and customer service are obviously not in their Customer Relations code of practice. Dresses did not arrive at all. They wanted me to say they had been received in order for me to obtain my refund - have no idea why. I shall not be dealing with this company again.

Having had a size problem with an item I ordered, this was resolved very quickly by a very helpful lady called Nicole. E-mails were answered right away and she organised a refund without me having to send the item back to China at my own expense. Very good customer service.

I see a lot of negative reviews regarding arrival for purchased products. I hope that I have a better experience. I've notice that the reviews once you sign in with your Google account uses account user pics. Seems like a security risk. Probably will be first and last time ordering.

The site isn't always easy to navigate.
Categories are too general, would be nice to be able to look for wide blouses, for instance, or short pants, without getting a lot of other items.
And the delivery times can be very long. Also, often products appear as available and then you get afterwards the message that it is not, that is a disappointment. But on the whole, this is a good place to buy original clothing for a good price.

This company claimed to have delivered my item on a Sunday but no one turned up at my door as I was home all day, also nothing was left with my neighbours!

I emailed 3 times asking who received/signed for the parcel but they never replied, they even disabled my login in details so I could not even check the details and the reviews I left there...

This company is a big time scam/fraud, stay the hell away from them!

I am revising my review of June 16. I had given NewChic a very negative review, saying that they were a scam and inept in customer service because I had never received my items even though my account had been charged. However, I was wrong. I received my shoes yesterday afternoon and they are very nice, very comfortable and they look exactly like what I had seen in the photograph. As it turns out the shipping is longer than typical because evidently this company does not have any distributors in the USA. This means that the items are shipped directly from China, which means that you must be willing to wait oftentimes two to three weeks for delivery. Their customer service needs a little work, but, overall, their products are good and they do deliver. Just setting the record straight. I was wrong. NewChic is a good company. Not a scam at all. :)

I have used NewChic quite a few times over the last months and always find them extremely helpful it things are not quite right. The packaging and post is as they state a few weeks but they generally keep you notified by tracking.
When I have had a faulty or other problem with an item they respond to my e-mails quickly and efficiently. I have had refunds without any quibble from them.
Will continue to use them as a very satisfied customer

I ordered size 12 pants and received XL. I figure XL could fit anyone from size 14-20. The crotch is 15 inches long and there's enough fabric to encase an elephant. Why list sizes if you have no intention of trying to fit them even remotely.

Why all the negative reviews? I have been waiting two months for item I ordered and keep getting new shipping deadlines. If I don't hear back today I will file a claim with PayPal.

You will get nothing for your money but excuses and lame responses!

I think the quality is very good! But, I notified them that they ran smaller then our normal size. They replaced both the bra and sent an extender for the other one, and another pair of camo shorts for my son. They were prompt and took care of it all, without me having to send back the other products at an additional shipping charge.

It was a pleasure to do business with this company. I had some issues with the tracking but customer service was very prompt in returning my emails within 24 hours. All issues worked out and my packages came within 2 1/2 weeks

Ordered boots. Description said they were leather clearly they are not. And they smell. Horrible people on the chat line. Want to return but shipping cost to China is outrageous and its not my fault they smell like paint. I thought this was a UK company. Please beware. Ive learned my lesson and will go on e every website I can find to earn others.

Lesson learned.
I order online very often and this is the worst experience I've ever had.
Half of the items I received looked nothing like the pictures, the material is not cotton like it says online but mostly polyester.
And the customer service is absolutely terrible. After several emails exchanged they still need more information and pictures of the items and would not provide me with a return form. Obviously if the exchange last long enough it'll be over the 14 days delay and I won't be able to return the parcel.

These people are common criminals. They carefully hide information about returns & size accuracy. 2 pair of shoes are over an inch too large, & they will not do anything to rectify this situation. They will not answer the phone when I call & some email take 2-3 days to return email. Its like they want me to give up or run out of time.

I ordered "suede" boots - I waited a few months, they eventually came and the smell of chemicals when I opened the plastic bag nearly knocked me out. Cheap and nasty material badly glued on to a plastic sole... awful! I threw them straight in the garbage!
Stay away from this rip off site!

I recently purchased a pair of indoor/outdoor shoes after they advertised a "large price reduction." They claim they are normally around $70.00 and the price was reduced by 46% I ordered the shoes on November 21 and they arrived about two and a half weeks later, which isn't bad for shipment from Hong Kong - I didn't realize the company was Chinese until after I placed the order. The shoes are okay but they're no way worth even the $39.90 or whatever it was I paid for them. They are leather, but it's very thin, nothing close to what I expected. So, bear in mind when you order from them that what you get is not what you expect.
