I recently purchased a refurbished video card from Newegg. After getting the rest of the parts for my computer and assembling it, I soon discovered it was not functioning correctly and crashing when I tried to run videogames. After some troubleshooting, I verified that the problem was the graphics card. I contacted Newegg and they refused to refund my purchase because it was outside of their 30 day return policy period.
I did not receive the product I paid for (a functioning graphics card) and yet they refuse to allow me to return the product. Terrible customer service and policies. I am now out $180 and I plan on warning everyone away from using Newegg. 0/10 would not recommend to a friend.

I spent over an hour on the phone trying to figure out the right parts to buy to get my two Microsoft Surface Pro 3 laptops to be able to read SIM cards and get online.

The rep convinced me that he had figured out the right parts to buy. So, I spent $126 on two SIM card adapters and two PCIE cards only to get them and find out they don't work together.

Newegg will not honor returns and directed me to the companies in China. They want to charge me $17.50 per item to return them. Seriously?

Recommendation: DON'T purchase anything from Newegg that is not made here in the US and does not have a return policy. I always thought Newegg honored returns... I guess that was a long time ago. Now, they are nothing but a distribution center for cheap crap from China. Don't get stuck as I did. Not shopping there again.

I had bought some parts from Newegg but the one that standout was a motherboard bought on 2010 for nearly $65. It was so good still working on my very old desktop that I used daily before getting my new one in 2014.

Newegg has the worst customer service ever. They would do everything not to give you a refund if you want to return something you have bought from them. Buy from this company if you want to flush your money down the drain.

I bought a computer battery through Newegg, the item was defective when I received it. I tried to get a replacement or a refund. Newegg, did not help and will not help you. They got your money and too bad for you.

I purchased laptop from Newegg. I purchased drop and spills plan from newegg fulfilled buy AIG and servicenet. They advertise fixed or replaced in 5 days. But when i sent my product they are asking for 60 days. This is absolute false advertisement. I was on phone with customer support and supervisor and they both said it will not be returned before 60 days. Why are they putting up misleading information on website to fool customers. I could have bought laptop from bestbuy or walmart. I will never buy from them again

My shipping continues to be extended day to day. Went from 3 days to 10 in the matter of 48hrs

Also, I found that I could have purchased the same product locally for roughly the same price as their deal at 41% off! I should have done the research but I got on this deal thinking it was quite the savings. TURNS OUT THAT WAS INCORRECT. Newegg jacked the price up then knocked off 41% putting it at the same price as a local shop in my city. If I knew this I would have just went and picked it up. No questions whether its being rocked truck to truck as it would have went with me and then home.

Avoid them like the plague. Memory express here in town would have been a much better bet. I am an idiot for not looking around but I was enticed by the sale that was complete bullsh*t. I believe I am going to return everything (after it FINALLY arrives) and head to memory express anyways. These crooks don't deserve my business.

Had placed an order on 11/25, which was shipped to my old address on file. Contacted customer service to process a replacement and provided my new address. Instead, they issued an RMA, which was then cancelled, and I still have not received a response or the item that I had ordered more than a month ago.

I must say I am very disappointed with Newegg being the first time I will buy a sample laptop from you. I buy and resell hundreds of laptop for resale in Africa from Ebay, Amazon and other websites. This is the first time I bought a laptop from Newegg through Ebay Item ID ************** and Return ID *******681

I bought a certified refurbished Asus laptop last two weeks and I just got it from my freight company last week and to my greatest surprise, everything was wrong. The laptop is faulty and does not power on. Newegg sold me a damaged and defective laptop the laptop only displays a black screen and will never display anything. Besides, there was no receipt for this laptop.

I am taking this case up with Newegg and getting my lawyers to write and sue for damages if I do not get full refund of $470 within the next 24 hours. In the event that I file a law suit, the damages will run into several thousands of dollars for revenue losses.

Worst Customer Service of any large company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a new laptop for my grandson and paid extra for 2 day shipping even though 4-7 day shipping was free. Now I get a notice that it will be 6 days at least before it gets there maybe 7. Family will be gone from there before it is delivered so now I am going to have to pay to ship it again. Not to mention that he will not get it for as expexted!
