Nextiva is a great and helpful tool for communicating between our business and our clients. Easy to use on computer or even your cellphone and won't loose any contact.
We started our service with Nextiva July 1st. They somehow "forgot" to route the calls from our business number to the phone number they assigned me, so I received ZERO calls for the 1st 6 hours of the workday - I had to call a customer I was friends with to call and troubleshoot the issue for me because their CS people would call the number and, once they heard the menu message, said it worked fine, but it wasn't until someone actually pushed a menu option that the issue was discovered. This was our FIRST day with Nextiva! I don't know if it could be any more unprofessional. Since then, I've had to sign in and out of the app anywhere from 3-8 times about every other day just to be able to receive calls; they drop or fail constantly, both through the phone app and the desktop app. When I've called to have them troubleshoot, they'd open a ticket then close it without ever providing me a resolution. I've had to waste hours at a time during my workday (which means I can't take calls from our customers or make calls to them during that time) to "fix" these ongoing issues just to be met with "uh, I don't know why you're having that problem" or "let me try this" only to have nothing resolved. I'm also not getting all the voicemails that people leave. This has caused my job to become exponentially harder to do on a daily basis. We're coming up on 3 months of service with them with over half of that time receiving sub-par service.
Nextiva charged me and they didn't activate my numbers for weeks no body answers or called me I tried to contact them many times. And after weeks I made a contract with another company. After one month they send me email saying they are charging me almost full amount of yearly contract for services never activated! This is a scam! Stay a way from Nextiva!

Very clever system! All the options work together to handle the calls in such a professional way. Voice quality is also really good and call routing works exactly as it should. This plan has everything a small business needs.
Ordered the fax service. Worked fine. But when I tried to cancel fell into Nextiva Customer Service Hell. They ignored my cancellation email which was sent timely exactly per their instructions. They billed my card anyway.
They will not respond to emails sent
It takes hours to get through on phonelines
Then you get bounced around from one "department" to another
Ironic for a "communications" company to have such dismal communications.
I have reported them for fraudulent business practices and filed a fraud claim with my bank.

We switched to Nextiva Connect after two other VOIP carriers. It was our last resort before going back to fixed line. Nextiva has been wonderful. Tech support and customer service is amazing! It’s been over 2 years now and no problems at all.
We signed up 8 weeks ago and received only great service so far. There has not any problems. The call quality is clear, even on overseas calls. Most people can’t even tell it is a VOIP call instead of a land line call. No complaints at all!
Nextiva has been a pleasure to work with. They had us set up and running a reliable line within two days and that included porting the old number. Nextiva includes many features that other companies charge for, which is just amazing.
I've got Nextiva phones set up across 12 locations around the country and plan to switch my 4 other offices over the next 8 months. Nextiva is a much better phone system and management solution than our old system. Each store used a separate local carrier and we routinely had issues. Now that everyone is on the same system - Nextiva - it is managed from our head office here in Orlando. I can look into each store's network if I have to. Switching to Nextiva is the best thing we could've done.
5 stars because for doing over 3000 faxes a month, you simply cannot beat the price of $30/month. Other places will charge you much more if you break the 1000 barrier and they make money off of people doing low volume. If you want to do high volume faxing, those other services just cost too much. Nextiva doesn't have all of the robust feature of other faxing companies like viewing your faxes without downloading them, etc but in the end those features are not worth the higher price anyways.
Our 800 number was ported over to Nextiva smoothly with no interruption in service. Support has been helpful, especially when I wanted to block a couple of nuisance numbers. Best of all Im saving on my bill every month. The app is awesome too because it shows my office number on caller ID when I call from my cell. I love Nextiva!

I’ve used Nextiva for my company phone and fax service since Nov. 2011. Rate is excellent and I don’t have any issues with dropped calls, and faxing (incoming or out-going) has improved (I had lots of issues with the previous company). I have cable and Nextiva took less than 20 minutes to set up. I ported my number but they gave me a temporary number to use meanwhile.
I called Nextiva with a question and they answered by the second ring. The agent spent time listening to my question and then proceeded to offer a number of possible options for me to choose from. I received an email from him with more information shortly after, and again a couple days later to ensure I was happy with the change. I like how easy the system is to use, despite all the many products, services and features offered, and it's really reliable to.

Nextiva is an affordable phone that just works and it is even better when you have a quality broadband internet service. They have many special features that you can activate via the online account panel. Very reasonable pricing and responsive tech help and customer service. Can’t complain!
