Nextiva is a great and helpful tool for communicating between our business and our clients. Easy to use on computer or even your cellphone and won't loose any contact.
We started our service with Nextiva July 1st. They somehow "forgot" to route the calls from our business number to the phone number they assigned me, so I received ZERO calls for the 1st 6 hours of the workday - I had to call a customer I was friends with to call and troubleshoot the issue for me because their CS people would call the number and, once they heard the menu message, said it worked fine, but it wasn't until someone actually pushed a menu option that the issue was discovered. This was our FIRST day with Nextiva! I don't know if it could be any more unprofessional. Since then, I've had to sign in and out of the app anywhere from 3-8 times about every other day just to be able to receive calls; they drop or fail constantly, both through the phone app and the desktop app. When I've called to have them troubleshoot, they'd open a ticket then close it without ever providing me a resolution. I've had to waste hours at a time during my workday (which means I can't take calls from our customers or make calls to them during that time) to "fix" these ongoing issues just to be met with "uh, I don't know why you're having that problem" or "let me try this" only to have nothing resolved. I'm also not getting all the voicemails that people leave. This has caused my job to become exponentially harder to do on a daily basis. We're coming up on 3 months of service with them with over half of that time receiving sub-par service.
I needed to contact this company to get a better understanding of how the service worked and how to properly access it. I spoke with Sales, as well as Tech Support, and was provided with all the information I needed to access the web portal, as well as assistance with identifying our accounts and performing some password resets. I now have a much better understanding of the service and was able to set up several of our company's employees with the web portal access to send and receive faxes!
Been using a traditional landline telephone until recently but wanted to save some money. I decided to research Voip services and find a plan that would allow us to keep a home phone at an affordable price. I found this site, and ended up going with Nextiva. I’m glad I did because the call quality or reliability is pretty much the same as our old phone service, but the cost savings are awesome.
Very happy with Nextiva. Everything we need and much more as a digital start-up. I love the toll-free vanity number because it makes us look professional to our prospects. Customer service is very attentive. Starting level packages have a strong standard feature set, and the optional add-ons are flexible and reasonably priced, making it easier to meet your business needs. We use voicemail to email, auto attendant, routing to personal numbers and faxing. The dashboard has a very simple interface that’s easy to configure. Happy customer right here!
Nextiva makes a huge difference in a small business because it helps it look much bigger impression on clients. Tech support or customer service answer quickly and are very helpful. The Nextiva packages work out cheaper than landline phones, but it offers so much more functionality.

Love the service. Never had any problems at all. Its neat that one can add features such as voicemail, caller ID, auto attendant, iPhone apps and better yet, and call anywhere in the world. Best yet - there are no surprises on the bill. Thats very important in todays world.
Compared local Internet providers, Nextiva pricing was better and it works well with our existing phones although (I assume) it should work well with most good quality compatible voip phones. Customer service on Nextiva is helpful and give decent answers to questions. I like Nextiva a lot.

Been using Nextiva for over three years. Service is excellent and we've had no issues. I have been instrumental in six other companies switching to Nextiva. Call sound is good from the office phone and cell phone. It has all the bells and whistles needed to make the system work for our company. Works as it should when installed correctly. IPhone app rocks. Other apps are really good for saving time and money. Voicemail to inbox is a must for me because Im always in meetings and cant take calls. It really saves time. Good customer service too! Live chat is helpful and quick.
Very pleased with our phone service. We were having issues with our last provider. There were days where customers could not reach us and this of course is never good for business or fun to deal with. With Nextiva we have not had any issues and feel confident that we made the right choice switching over. We are loving the features that come with our phone service such as the voicemail to email and all of the auto attendant options. The set up process was a breeze.
Great reliability, plenty features, and excellent support. I've been using Nextiva for almost 3 years, and they have always been great! They are always available to help if we want to make changes to our system, or need questions answered, etc. Nextiva works great for us. It helps us route incoming calls to where they need to go and keep our costs to a minimum.
Beware of their auto-renewals which is hidden in their terms and condition that they don't specify in their contract. If you sign a 12-month contract and don't cancel at the end of the term, it will renew automatically for another 12 months without notifying you. What a rip-off.
Nextiva was the ideal solution for our small business. With a total of 11 lines as well as fax-to-email, we are more than happy with the service and the price we pay. Nextiva offers great customer service and every time whenever we need help, they are helpful and give knowledgeable answers. We plan to stay with Nextiva for a long time to come.
After only two months of service, we are already saving money. It is great! We are very happy. We've had no problems. I have already told several of my friends about it because it is a great system that offers good value!
This company promised to call me back to try and get my phones operational on numerous occasions. Not once have they actually called back. We are now a business with only 4 operational phones and 5 that don't work. There seems to be no plan to get us working phones either as everyone tells me they will call back with the answer. My advice if you are stuck with them is to never let them call you back, wait for the answer or you will be stuck in a 30 minute wait to talk to a human once again.
