Nextiva is a great and helpful tool for communicating between our business and our clients. Easy to use on computer or even your cellphone and won't loose any contact.
We started our service with Nextiva July 1st. They somehow "forgot" to route the calls from our business number to the phone number they assigned me, so I received ZERO calls for the 1st 6 hours of the workday - I had to call a customer I was friends with to call and troubleshoot the issue for me because their CS people would call the number and, once they heard the menu message, said it worked fine, but it wasn't until someone actually pushed a menu option that the issue was discovered. This was our FIRST day with Nextiva! I don't know if it could be any more unprofessional. Since then, I've had to sign in and out of the app anywhere from 3-8 times about every other day just to be able to receive calls; they drop or fail constantly, both through the phone app and the desktop app. When I've called to have them troubleshoot, they'd open a ticket then close it without ever providing me a resolution. I've had to waste hours at a time during my workday (which means I can't take calls from our customers or make calls to them during that time) to "fix" these ongoing issues just to be met with "uh, I don't know why you're having that problem" or "let me try this" only to have nothing resolved. I'm also not getting all the voicemails that people leave. This has caused my job to become exponentially harder to do on a daily basis. We're coming up on 3 months of service with them with over half of that time receiving sub-par service.
Absolutely DO NOT sign up with this company. Read all these reviews! I signed up, been trying to get it set up for over a month, I can't port my business phone number so I'm unable to use the service, and now they tell me I can't cancel unless I pay almost $300. GIVE ME A REFUND YOU SCAMERS! Hopefully you are reading this before you've signed up if you aren't then you are here to add your one star review to the pile. Booooooo Nextiva!

Customer service is amazing. Over the years I have spoken to the same few people and got to know them. They are nice people and very helpful. The system is simple to use but really powerful.
A special thanks to tech support for such a quick and efficient reaction to my support ticket and patience in explaining how to add an extra number. Much appreciated!
Their VOIP only works half the time. The apps on the phone rely on bad cell service. Prepare to have a lot of dropped calls, anywhere between 2 to 4 callbacks.
Our team loves to it because it makes it easier to manage and transfer calls and it leaves a professional impression on our customers. This really is a brilliant product!
My experience with Nextiva is not even ten days old, and here I am, writing a review for this company. I want people to give Nextiva a try, and escape the headaches that I endured with my previous VoIP provider. I run a travel agency, and I need to be there for customers all the time. Nextiva has given me this freedom, because I can receive calls and documents even when away from my desk. I love the concept of voicemail transcripts; I simply send them across as a virtual fax to my staff when am outside. With Nextiva, am able to get things done quicker and at a cost that is easily afforded. Call quality is good, and if I have ever had a problem with the software configuration, the technical support staff has sorted things totally painlessly. The company mentions that they pick up phones by the second ring, and in my case, theyve lived up to this assertion. I hope readers find this review useful. If communication is important for your business, then go with Nextiva, youll be surprised to find out about how much more money you can make by simply being there to take a call.

Rude customer service, sales representative is a liar and would not speak after the sale, customer service never knew what they were talking about always only sent to a video and videos only went to another video and they added additional charges into the invoice without my knowledge.
