This has been the most miserable, frustrating experience and I STILL don't have my vehicle. I will never use Nexus again. EVER. The company that they awarded my contract to, Geo Quality Services in Philadelphia, PA, was absolutely horrible. They refused to give me more than an hour's notice to let me know when my vehicle would be picked up or returned. The bill of services that they sent me gave me a delivery date that they MISSED by 2 days. They called me on a random day and told me that they were delivering my car at some point during the day. I let them know that I had an appointment and would not be in the area until after a specific time. They then told me that they were willling to wait only 30 minutes past that time - but no more. They also told me that they only accept cash so I would need to go to the bank. As luck would have the bank's systems weren't working and there was traffic. The incredibly rude driver then told me he was not willing to wait longer because he needed to go home. Umm… excuse me? After I had been running around for an hour trying to accommodate his random drop off? When I called the driver's service he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He told me that I would need to pick up my car from storage (over an HOUR away from my delivery address) and that if I didn't pick it up by tomorrow he wasn't responsible for my vehicle. So let me get this straight - you miss the delivery date in my bill. You call me the day of about 5 hours before you intend to drop it off but refuse to specify an exact time of delivery. I convey that I have an appointment and cannot make the time and when I then say that I'm going to be late you give me an ultimatum to drive an hour out of my way to now retrieve my vehicle or YOU'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE? This is giving scam behavior and Nexus is a scam company to allow this type of service. NEVER AGAIN.
They look serious and earnest until you eat them. Until you are exhausted, you will be asked to provide a plethora of documents to confirm your identification. They stopped the $145,000 balance and my withdrawals. Steer clear of this investment firm since they won't let you take your money out until you've reported them and received your entire investment back. A trial will convince you, and they provide a great consultation along with all the necessary assistance to help you get your money back. I am grateful to O R L A N D S E C * C O M for assisting me in getting my money back.
The communication wasn't very good. I needed my car to arrive on April 21, it didn't arrive till the 23. They didn't even know the driver picked up my car.
I looked at their reviews and they were excellent, I would never do this again.
Purchased a Lexus RX 350 from a Porsche Dealership in Atlanta, GA. Had 2 videos from the Porsche Dealership showing every inch of the car prior to the pickup service from Nexus. When Nexus Auto Transport delivered the car to my home and as we inspected the Lexus as it was still on their delivery truck, it had scratches and a broken front bumper. Nexus can't/wont provide their pictures of the vehicle when they picked up my vehicle (go figure). Nexus Auto Transport is giving us the runaround, denying any responsibility for this damage. WHAT THE HECK?! How can they deny the before and after pictures?! This has been 6 weeks ago. I have a brand new vehicle with damage and a delivery service that won't take responsibility. THINK TWICE before hiring these crooks.
This company had a lot of potential from the start, they were in a reasonable price range, they were courteous and professional upon booking. After booking for my vehicle to be picked up on the 13th of July it didn't get picked up until the 16th, after being promised a a delivery day the actual delivery didn't take place until the next day which was supposed to be at 12PM according to the dispatcher Rochelle, the driver didn't show up until 4pm. The car left the dealership with 11,080 miles on it I got my vehicle with 11,092 miles on so either the dealership lied about mileage or somebody went joyriding. Icing on the cake I found a bag of chick Filet under the seat… To say I am disappointed and angry is an understatement… nothing is wrong with my car that I've noticed but the down right disregard for my time and property is mind boggling. Be leary when choosing this company
I spoke on the phone with their manager named Alex for the delivery of a car from an auction, he took the necessary information, but did not provide the service. He took money from my account without my confirmation. When I tried to contact him, on what basis did he withdraw money from my account. He said that the money is not refundable, despite the fact that the service was not provided. I tried to call several times and explain that I did not give consent to this and wrote to them by email. Manager Alex said that they would not return the money. I am forced to leave this review so that people are safe from scammers.
My daughter-in-law's 1971 volvo had been parked in Houston for about 12 years. All 4 tires were shot. Nexus found a transporter with a winch, and after using his truck to tow the car out of the overgrowth, he then winched it on his trailer, and brought to my house in Denver. With his winch we pulled it down far enough that I could tow the car the rest of the way off the trailer with my 68 pickup truck. He went the country mile, and I appreciated his effort. G
I had a terrible experience with them and their customer service is horrible. I ended up cancelling my order last minute and booking with a different company. I even booked my reservation 2 weeks in advance and was told that my driver would be confirmed 1 day prior to my scheduled pickup day. My day of pickup I still did not receive any driver information and was told they are still trying finalizing the details and not to worry. Even the next day, I was told the same story, they are still working on finding a driver and not to worry. I trusted them to come through and even as the hours went by, they still could not pull through on their commitment. I ended up going with a different company. It was a huge inconvenience and I was so disappointed with their customer service.
I recently shipped a Lotus from Colorado to California and couldn't have scheduled a worse time considering the weather. My driver (Mike) got snowbound in Colorado for a day because the interstates were shut down. He called me to keep me informed as things opened up and gave me the revised delivery date. The car arrived in great shape and on time. Everything about Nexus was quick and professional. I will definitely use them again.
I book them to come and transport my vehicle on Friday to be picked up o Monday, talked to them all Sunday and was told no worries it would be taken care of. HA now the jacked up the price by 200 and they still didn't get my vehicle, Lisa and Tony are some of the most lying people i have every heard. Lucky i cant give them no stars... HOT MESS
Poor handling of my delivery. Took 5 days to get my car on a one day deadline. Company even charged me more to deliver it and NOT the quote given. Extremely dissatisfied with this Company. Car could not be taken on an open ramp, had to pay more 5 DAYS LATER to get an enclosed delivery at my cost. They did not even try to refund some of the funds because of their fault in the delivery mishap. DO NOT USE this Company.
This company is trush please stay away from this company they will keep lying to you and steal your money
I've been placed the order with them for more than a week and I paid a lot of Storage fee
Then end of second week they said we can't do the order
Trush company
This company Nexus Auto Transport is Trash! I asked, "What happens if my car gets damaged in transit?" They said they are fully covered by insurance.
What happens? They are brokers and breakers! They contracted out the work and the auto carrier they used, EMA GLOBAL, INC., damaged my vehicle. They vehicle arrived a week later than expected and the damage caused cost me $3,000 to repair. EMA GLOBAL, INC., offered to pay me $500 to Not run it through their insurance. Of course, I wouldn't accept that so I ran it through their insurance and their insurance paid damages above $2,500, which was the deductible. I received a check from Progressive Insurance for $500. I'm still asking EMA GLOBAL, INC. and Nexus Auto Transport to cover the amount owed by the damage caused by their carelessness. Neither of these companies are trustworthy. Use these companies if you want your car damaged and want to be given the run-around and want practice filing lawsuits!
I needed to transport a custom pick- up from Indiana to Florida. Mike provided excellent customer service to get it done in a safe and timely manner. I'd recommend using this company for your transport needs.
I still don't know how much I will pay for this vehicle transportation, cause there is no final summary before I confirm everything.
I just received a call and was told the price after I confirmed my order with Nexus. Your business model definitely tricked me.
Used the company to transport a vehicle paid for the inclosed trailer with a Winch to load my car. Their website says they hand pick the best professionals for the job of the inclosed trailer. What I received was a driver with no tools no insurance liability as the first 2500 of damages is the carriers responsibility. My vehicle was damaged the carrier denied any damage blocked my number. And told his insurance company he will handle the claim on his own. Nexus website is Full of guarantees and how professional they are but really they giving your car to the cheapest carrier. I'm left with over 3300 in damages. I ended up paying to have my car removed from the trailer by a different company at 11pm at night and was left with that bill also.
Overall has been a very good experience setting up shipment. The only issue I have is most of these companies use software that saves keystrokes so you get a call the moment you input your phone number in the form. This is fine, except that the call comes before you even finish filling out the form, thus have to explain everything to the representative who didn't wait the extra two minutes for all the needed info.
I heard about this company from others in the service who had moved states and were happy with the outcome. It cost $1665 to ship lower priced than other services so I tried my hand at their services. The guy took forever to come and collect my car from my roommates provided no bill of lading before and after shipment and took a prolonged 3days to give the vehicle to me. Later while washing the car, the damage was discovered and $1560 worth of front bumper and roof damage was reported. But because there is no Bill of Lading and no recent pictures I now have to pay this out of my pocket if this service has taught me anything as a young service member it's don't trust the crowd and take pictures of everything.
This was my first time using Nexus to transport two auto's and one boat across the country. I can say the staff was great on the front end with a timely quote, as well Frank the driver was a wealth of knowledge and very professional when picking up all three items. I will certainly tell my friends about Nexus and continue to work with Nexus in the future.
I did not understand the process of broker / transport / scheduling. I assumed that if I was quoted a price, it was firm. But alas, that is not the way it works. Transportation brokers have to then source for carriers. Understandably, to remain competitive you have to be on the lower side to get business. Michael, handled my questions professionally and I am scheduled!
