At Nord VPN it seems that we should sew our mouths shut and cut off our ears, they are no longer required to communicate with anyone, any more. For some reason the children in the executive of these corporations are afraid of human contact. (to much time in the basement playing video games with no REAL human contact). The largest demographic in North America are SENIORS! YET WE ARE IGNORED!. WE DON'T "CHAT", WE DON'T CARRY ON CONVERSATIONS WITH OUR FINGERS!. That's why we were given two ears and a mouth. Yet we the customers are irrelevant, profits are more important than customers.
So I will stick to my anti virus software's FREE VPN. And buy the upgrade with more features from them. They have a phone number, and they answer it.
Obviously you don't want or need my business. You offer me no incentive to buy your software. You think price is all we think about. Well it's not, price is not the ALWAYS issue! SERVICE IS!, WE WANT SERVICE! HUMAN SERVICE! AND NEWS FLASH, NOT ALL PROBLEMS OR ISSUES CAN BE FIXED ONLINE!)
COME ON CONSUMERS! The only way to stop this lunacy and make the customer relevant again is to STOP SUPPORTING AND BUYING FROM ANY VENDOR WHO DOESN'T DO OR PROVIDE THE SERVICE YOU WANT. You don't have to compromise, IT'S YOUR MONEY, and if they want it make them work for it!

Great Service, 'NordLynx' is the new 'Wiregaurd' protocol everyone else is using, but with the "flaw" fixed in it using a double NAT traversal (or something like that) - RAM-only servers so no data retention. The options available out-match any other VPN, and it IS the fastest - I get 760Mbps + 20ms ping (NE UK to Dublin, Ireland)
The only thing I disliked is they removed the ability to CHOOSE servers in the location (like from 20 servers in Ireland), now you just got to hit the country and hope for the best, but options like Obfuscated servers, double tunneling, TOR over VPN and much more make it very appealing, they are open to suggestions too that they put forward to the team.
They have a sort of anti-virus built in too, but I find enabling it is very taxing on my machine...it has a lite version that proves this...I have it off as I have a hardened browser anyway and common sense.
Its that good the government made me prove I was living in this country! Lol -

There was not a single week during my 12 month subscription where the Servers of some country´s ( Taiwan, Korea, Czech, Canada just to name a few...) where not overloaded and not capable of handling any more customers ( please try another country, or come back later...)... really?

Not to mention constant system crashes, almost every single Day, funny fact besides all my other Programs include my OSX is running fine, Nord VPN ist the only one who causes contantly crashes, why is that? Well it is just bad designed that is why, contact the Customer Service is a waste of time and not worth the effort, after you gave them your Credit Card Number the Service is gone, by by customer... now that we have your Money we don´t need to hear from you anymore...
Even after i´ve canceled my membershipwith them, they just keep spamming me with dumb new discount offers for a new subscription contract... that is what i call " Total Ignorance "
