Initially I had some problems connecting via 5G, I contacted support by email and received a response within 15 minutes. Once contact was made all further messages were responded to immediately. They helped me troubleshoot and fixed the issue quickly.
Since then I have had a fast and stable connection. With the previous company I always had to disconnect when using Netflix as the quality of the stream was poor, not so with Nord. I also haven't had any websites or services deny my connection.
I am impressed with Nord, the customer service is great, the stability and speed of the connection are excellent and of course the price is extremely competitive.

A little over 2 years ago, I decided to purchase NordVPN for 2 years. From the beginning, I noticed that NordVPN will not run if my AV is running in the background. So, every time I wanted to use NordVPN, I had to turn off my AV. I communicated this with their support team through email from get go. After multiple rounds of emails going back and forth, they could not fix the problem. At the end, they told me that I should not use AV when I want to use NordVPN. I told them does your software protect against viruses? They said "no". I asked them why you didn't tell me this from the beginning. They had no answer. I wanted to cancel my deal with them and they told me I cannot because I have passed my 1 month grace period which I was not aware of. Nobody told me there was 1 month grace period. I found their product "garbage" and I will never purchase their products or recommend them to anyone.
I had an issue with my internet access after using NordVPN successfully for years. Their customer service was top-notch and helped resolve the issue. Their customer service is even better than their great VPN.
I had an issue with Nord VPN and sent an email to support explaining my issue. I was expecting the usual business day or two waiting for response. Not the case with Nord, they responded within an hour asking me for additional information and with my reply my issue was resolved within an hour and half.

I select Japan as my port. However, it shift to Hong Kong automatically. I need to check the connected area always. I stay at HK, if connected to HK. I have not necessarily to buy the VPN service. Would you like to improve

The worst service i had ever seen. It works only 30 day then stoped and doesn't connect. Wrote to support team but they send different methods for solving it but none of them worked. Support team doesn't know how to solve it, just sends links and says correct it yourself tried all the ways but none of them helped. I asked refund monthly fee, i will use anther vpn service but they did not want to refund. I see that there are more users have this problem.

You cannot call them. I spent 45 minutes online chat, and they tried to bypass my problem. They could not solve it. They will not log into my computer to see the problem and then when I did everything they asked me to do, it did not solve the problem.
