Northbound Gear

Haven't had a chance to use it yet or test out its durability. Seemed well made with an inner lining and was quite comfortable to wear (only tried it on...couldn't use it). I usually wear pants that are size 32x32 and ordered the same but they were a little loose for me. Needed to size down to a 30 (waist)x32(in seem) instead and have shipped back my pants. Given the relatively longer shipping times, not sure I'm going to get a replacement before my hiking trip. If you can get this on sale for CAD 120ish, totally worth it. Anything more than that...not sure.

Bought 2 pairs of trousers, they are so much better than I expected having bought from others in the past, just took delivery of the bag which again is much better than I expected already had people asking where I got it.

My parcel seemed to have been delayed at some point in the delivery, but Northbound Gear helped me track it and called me back to keep me informed. In the end I did receive my parcel in time I would say thanks to Northbound Gear's help

Pants i ordered are great really like it but i got them like almost after month from order day

I bought one WeatherproofTactical" Jacket,I normally size is XL,we bought Xxxlstill very short and quality is not good,it delivered from china yiwu this town made most of cheap clothes of the world.the company website said all stuff made in canada it is not true

Pants a size big. Ordered a 32x30 but this fits like a 34 x32. Pants could benefit from a thigh pocket. Like the belt loops and stretch fabric. Only one hike in this pants so haven't tested the water resistance.

It's difficult to choose pants that have specific lengths, I am tall so I could only order the women adventure water resistant pants, if the other pants would have short, medium and tall I would have ordered more.

I purchased their Men's Adventure Water Resistant Pants, very comfortable, fit true to size, great for outdoor recreation in fall or winter, probably too hot for the summer. Only drawback for me was I felt it took too long from when I purchased them online to when I received them, over two weeks.

After an expected 2wk delivery period, I received my "Adventure Pants"! They are true to size; 36/34 (I'm 6' 225lbs)! They are extremely durable! And most importantly, they are comfortable! I'm extremely happy with my purchase!

I where a size 2xl jacket and I read in the reviews on the tactical jacket that you should size up. So I ordered a 3xl. It came in about three weeks and was to small. So while the jacket looks good I need to return it.

Placed an order Dec 5. Stated expected delivery was Dec 19. Today is 26th and there are no shipping updates since order was placed. Phone number is answered by a machine and no call backs are given. Chat function on website doesn't work. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.

I have returned the Women's Explorer summer pants, Size 12 as they were too small. I had purchased size 14 last year and they were a bit too big.
I have exchanged the Women's Adventure Water Resistent pants size 12 because they were too short waisted. I purchased Size 14 last year and they were too big. I have asked to exchange them for Size 12 high waisted. Last year they came with a belt but not this year.
I noticed the styles have changed since last year and I don't feel the quality is the same.

The pants I ordered seem to be really good quality. Fit is true to size. I'm 5'2" and about 115lbs. The size 0 fit like a glove; I accidentally ordered 0 regular and should have ordered 0 short. I just wish I could have had them in time for the vacation for which I ordered them. It is listed in the FAQs that delivery time "can take up to 6 weeks", but I really wish this was more apparent at checkout. It took almost a month for them to arrive. Customer service was quick to respond to my inquiries. They did claim that they couldn't re-route the package back to the company because it had already shipped. I'm not in postal work, but re-routing is done once something ships. You also have to pay to ship back exchanges.

I ordered my pair after a friend got his and I liked the look of them. The delivery took over three weeks so longer than most. The pants look and feel great but they are a bit long. I ordered a 34W-34L, like my jeans, and I really should have ordered a 34W-32L. Not a biggie since they have a zipper on the bottom which opens to give them a flared look.

Very good experience overall.
However, I find that 30 inch pants in Short size is still long. They should be shorter. I'm 5'3" so I had to have them hemmed which adds to the price.
