Northbound Gear

Being a big outdoors fella I was excited to try out my new gear. Not disappointed, very comfortable and warm during these cold winter months. Overall a very happy customer.

I placed an order Dec. 9 thinking I might be getting my wife something nice for Christmas in a couple weeks. Here its Dec. 20 and they just shipped it

Between my husband and I we now own 5 pairs of northbound pants! We love them all - very comfortable and true to size. Thanks for making such an excellent product!

Took a long time to arrive and it's the poorest made item I've got from Northbound. Poorly made, I just didn't like the jacket and have since given it away. Other items had much better quality

Northbound Gear are one of the few companies who are quick to respond if you a have any questions. This is rare quality nowadays when dealing with online companies.

Took 3 emails and a week to "approve" my return. Jacket and pants run big. Be careful in selecting size. Items are a high quality. Best for northern climes.

You never replied to any of my emails asking when it would come. It was late for Christmas which I didn't appreciate. I will think twice before ordering again.

Very disappointed with how long the items I ordered took to ship. Don't be fooled by early tracking info as it's misleading. It took almost 3 weeks to deliver.

Very happy with my new outdoor pants. I bought them for walking the winter months. They are very comfortable and easy to walk in. Not loud like snow pants

Finally had a chance to wear thes pants on a cold, breezy day in the Colorado Rockies. Temps were in the low 30's. Didn't wear an under layer and initially thought I might have under-dressed however once I warmed up hiking I was very comfortable. No tighness anywhere, especially around my knees which is very important to me post knee replacement.I purchased a pair for both my parther and me. Neither of us have much in the backside or hips to hold pant up so we wore belts, as it felt like the pants might slip however I did not notice a problem while movimg around and hiking. We bolh really like these pants. Our new go-to for winter hiking.

Shopping App was kind of wonky on my phone in the beginning however it sorted out okay. Also, wasn't very evident how to delete a selection in the cart but I managed to figure that out. Looking forward to receiving this product.

I had no issues navigating the website or placing my order.
Shipping took approx 1 month but it was probably partly due to it being the holiday season.

I had a pair already, and thought my wife would also like some of the light adventure trousers. I was right - a very good purchase experience all 'round.

The order took a few weeks or so, tried them on, they appear to be waterproof but it's already too hot to wear them. I'll try them out next fall when it cools off.

Bought two pairs of Northbound Pants, 2nd pair I ordered were next size down from the 1st and perfect fit. Bought the Jacket recently and wasn't sure on size so took a gamble and ordered XL and found it snug but great.

Don't buy from Northbound Gear, I have been waiting weeks for my order, tracking says items in transit, no customer service, no reply to emails, items probably won't arrive, good job I paid by credit card so I can claim my money back?

Overall the experience was great. Pants took about 3 weeks to arrive a little longer than I expected but no expectation had been set either. The pants appear to be of excellent quality

Pants were great. Northbound alerted me when they had my size available. I immediately ordered them for a decent price. Then I waited weeks to receive them.
