With multiple layers, I have a lot of flexibility with these gloves. The reason I bought them was to keep my finger tips warm when it's extremely cold outside. They passed the test.
Product really good. Didn't realise the delivery time is longer than normal but that's ok.

Haven't seen the items(pants) yet. I had them shipped to another address that I don't live at. They are wrapped and waiting for Christmas to be opened.
Constant updates on the status of the purchase right unto delivery. Feels like a quality product but with the weather warming up I won't get a chance to use it until next winter.

Shipped via USPS and their intermediary (?...I really don't know how usps works anymore other than they suck quite often) caused it to be really slow. Got my item though and do like it a lot so far.
I tried calling your company and I sent 2 emails about an order I placed in Dec. And no one ever replied to me. Horrible customer service. You also have no good way of tracking the orders.

I placed the order on November 23rd. It showed the product was in stock. I was expecting to get the product within 10 business days. The product arrived on December 22nd.
I really wanted them for my hunting trip leaving on December 7th.

I ordered 2 pairs of pants size 8. One was visibly much smaller. I am awaiting a response as to where to go from here. An inquiry was put into the warehouse
The pants I purchased seem good so far, but the shipping experience was frustrating. Shortly after purchase I received a notification that the product had shipped. Then a week or so later I was wondering where it was. Checked the tracking site and it said it hadn't left the facility. I then wondered if I had been scammed and contacted support.They said this is normal and it can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. WTF!?! I could have driven there (CA to TX) and got it faster. If the tracking link is worthless then let me know and also let me know it could be up to 6 weeks for delivery.
EXCELLENT experience! I realized after the fact, I had ordered the wrong color. Customer service was great! Efficient and corrected my mistake causing me no extra money or time.

I think my review title says it all. It took over 2 weeks to reach me and customer service were no help. They didn't even bother to reply to two emails.
The pants are warm and comfortable to wear. The delivery of the pants was very slow, it took 5 weeks! And the hoodie from the same order took extra 4 weeks and came after I came back from my trip! Sizing: the regular is size is surprisingly long and the tall is realy tall, I had to sendi it back. Unfortunately the process of the return was very difficult to navigate on the website. I had to send it back to Canada for $19. With insurance it would have been $43! This is now 6 weeks ago and I have not heard back from the company nor did I get the exchange pants yet! Product is ok but they have to work on their communication, service and handling!
Love our north bound gear. Super easy to order. I do wish they got here quicker but I have no problem waiting for them. The whole family has them and we all love wearing them.
Purchased ice grips they came with no label or size on the grips, very thin rubber which broke in to places on first wear which was on snow and ice. We were not refunded only given a store credit.
