We must stand together against corporations that devalue women. Old navy westlake ohio and maybe the rest of the stores no longer carry plus size clothing in the store. How hurt that must make the plus size girls and women feel. Women need to stand together my kids are canceling their cards as am i, its a hateful message to send.

No Communication
May 11, 2023

I was missing an item in my order. I literally had to call customer service to notify the item that was missing. I was told that the item was damaged. I did not receive an update through email. Lack of communication.

I am a long time Gap Brand shopper. I even used to work for the Gap. However, as of today, they have lost me as a customer for good. Tried to return several items past the 30 days fully willing to accept merchandise credit at current selling price. All items are current, tags on and selling for the full price I bought them for. Yet they would not even give me merchandise credit as they have in the past. My mother died, AND I moved my entire family to a new house during the window of the return policy, the bag simply got lost in the chaos of the move. Their new return policy is unacceptable and I will take my business elsewhere as a result.

Bad quality
May 5, 2023

Recently, I bought some clothes at Old Navy. They lasted only until the first gentle wash. Colours were running. A light cream colour blouse turned dark pink, brown, purple. Misty pink shirt turned brown. Green emerald top stretched in the wash, colour was bleeding and damaged good items. It looked like their clothes were dyed with watercolour.

Lost my business
April 26, 2023

If I could give zero stars I would. They switched me to paperless billing without my consent. Then after they did this without me knowing, called my phone relentlessly for the bill. Talked to them said they wouldn't stop my card if I sent what was owed and they would change me back to paper billing. Then two days later my card was canceled. No one could be held accountable. 15 years of being a loyal customer down the drain bc of thier ignorance. 500-2000$ a year in clothes. They do not care. They blamed it on thier credit card service Barcys. Who will be getting a bad review too. We always paid on time before this. Never a late fee. They changed things without our knowledge and then just blamed someone else. My loyalty was slapped in the face.

Old Navy has gotten quite expensive with their merchandise. The shipping is $5 and $7 and is not refunded when you return an item. These are the reasons I am looking elsewhere now.

Horrible Customer Service
April 18, 2023

Don't waste your time. The clothes are cheaply made and basically fall apart. They also refuse to budge on their 30 day return policy. They just give you the run around. The store will deny a return and tells you to call a service number who leave you on hold for 15 minutes just to tell you that you wasted your time calling and just reiterate their 30 day return policy. Never again.

Size does matter
April 14, 2023

I swear that they missize their jeans. Bought a size 10 boyfriend fit and they were too tight. Bought a size 12 and was swimming in them. I literally have to go into their stores to buy jeans bc every fit I wear a different size. But I love their jeans. Great jeans at a great price when on sale. Having previously worked in a jeans factory all your expensive and cheap jeans are cut from the same denim. Besides the sizing thing I have not once have had any issue with Old Navy in store or online.

I received an online order today from Old Navy.com. It was defective as they call it.
The jacket had damage that was obviously not caused by shipping. I therefore believe someone at warehouse/store decided to ship a defective item. Plainly they couldn't sell it in a store, so decided to ship it to an online customer who couldn't preview the item. I was offered a return. And had to pull teeth to get an exchange. Then, thank goodness that I checked to see if the store had it in stock before driving to make the exchange. They would have allowed me to go to the store then get told there that the item was not in stock. So again they offered a mail in exchange. I don't think I will shop here again.

The Old Navy Men's Clothing has great styles, great prices and most importantly, comfortable clothes. I love when my clothes fit perfectly and are comfortable to wear. If you're looking for something new to add to your wardrobe give this place a shot.

Returns
March 16, 2023

Very upset about the new 30 day return policy. I shop at Old Navy very frequently and had no idea about this. I get emails from Old Navy, and don't recall ever receiving information about this change. I went to return some items 40 days after I bought them online, and I was not even able to return them for store credit. No one can give me a reason why my return was denied for store credit. Not even the manager of the store or customer service reps that I've called. I spend thousands of dollars at Old Navy each year, and have never had an issue like this. I am a new mom, and work full time. Getting to the store to make a return is very difficult with a newborn which is the only reason it wasn't done sooner. Had I known the policy changed, I would have made it happen so that I'm not out $125 for nothing. Very upset with Old Navy for not making this policy change clear to customers. And the fact that no one can tell me why my return is denied is very upsetting. Old Navy just lost a valued customer.

Items ordered never received
March 15, 2023

I had ordered 21 items from oldnavy.com, several pairs of shorts and t-shirts for my children. When I received the package I noticed half of the items were missing, so I went online and checked the status of my delivery. Status online stated all 21 items have been shipped, well immediately I contacted oldnavy because inside my package were only 10 items. I spoke with a representative we went through what I had and what was missing, and 11 items were missing. I say great when will I receive them since I never received them, the representative states we would have to cancel your order, issue a refund and then place the order again. I tell him that is not going to work since I already paid for the items, it says they were shipped but they weren't and this is an oldnavy mistake so why should I be inconvenienced for your mistake. He goes on to tell me that he understands but he cannot just re-ship the items even though I already paid for them. I ask for a supervisor. Needless to say the supervisor says the same thing. I ask him since this clearly an mistake on oldnavy's part, I have to cancel the order, put in for a refund, order and pay for the missing items again and then still wait 5-7 business days for my refund to be returned to my card. So after getting no where with the supervisor, I decide to place the order for the missing item. Well the supervisor gets back on the phone and says I am sorry Miss but 5 of the items you ordered are out of stock. At this point I am very upset. Not only did I never receive my items that I originally ordered and paid for, but now items are out of stock. This was a very bad experience that I had with Oldnavy.com. I did not receive any good help or assistance with the issue that was clearly a oldnavy.com mistake. I am someone that always orders from oldnavy.com, completely dissatisfied.

Extended sizes are a farce
March 11, 2023

Frustrated that Old Navy claims to have ext3nded their available sizes to 4X. Well, if you order online maybe. In-store I found 1 3X tank top. Other than that the sizes did not go above a 2X. I am not asking for any fancy items, just run of the meal colored T-shirts. NOPE! They have cute stuff and I love the T-shirts I have that were found in store previously. Old Navy, shame on you. Tell the truth, if extended sizes are available only online, be honest and state that. If you are we going to have them available in-store, then have them in-store. I live in a large metro area with many stores. NO store within 50 Niles even has a basic colored t-shirt larger than 2X. Until you figure out how to make your marketed extended sizes available in-store, I will not be back.

I ordered a significant amount of items for Christmas gifts starting in November. 4 if the items either didn't fit the person or they didn't like it. I just got the fourth item back (I replaced these gifts with other items that were not from Old Navy). All tags are on the items and I have my receipts. I tried to return them to the Midland, MI location today. I was told that they would not take the items back as it is past 30 days. I asked about an in-store merchandise credit instead of a refund. I was told "no" and that I should just take the items to a resale shop and see if they give me anything for them. I have never dealt with a retailer who treats their customers like that. GAP/OLD NAVY should be ashamed……they are nothing more than a joke.
