Deliveries are speedy and accurate. A great variety of items for selection and competitive prices. With the exception of a few tough steaks, I have enjoyed all purchase. Exceptional delivery by UPS this time.They put the box in my outside chair away from view. I would appreciate smaller Styrofoam boxes.
Ups gives no priority on delivery of frozen foods and frequently delivers late afternoon or eve. With no ice left in chest and the bottom of the chest warm to the touch as if it sat on the steel floor of the truck all day.
We bought the ham for our party because, when I Googled for "the best baked ham" we could buy online, Omaha Steak's Durok Boneless Ham came in #1 or at least in the top 3 from pro reviewers, and the price was reasonable. The online process is well-developed and the ham in indeed very good (though a tad too salty, in my opinion). Several guests wanted to know where we got it! We'll be back for more!

The flavor of these pork chops was so strong and overwhelming that I and two of my friends could not eat them I threw the rest of mine out. My solution is simply not to buy them again I believe it was the marinade you used.

I place order almost monthly and have never been disappointed. I do wish I could elect to get the spices or not because I get one with every order and now have a life time supply. Also I wish you had a different packaging option, because I just end up trashing a perfectly good cooler.

I have enjoyed the purchasing experience with Omaha Steaks for several years now. The high quality and reasonable prices of their products always brings me back. The toughest, driest pork loin chops I've ever TRIED to eat. After eating 1/2 of one, I threw the remaining chops away. Had trouble cutting them with a steak knife. I baked them according to instructions.

When my order came the wrong items were in the package. When I called, there was no argument about the order and they sent me correct items and says keep the old items on them.

It is great that there are instructions for the items we purchase since we often share or give this as a gift and no one has to guess the best way to fix. The quality of the meat and other items is great.

Firstly You're forced to buy preset "packages" and quantities, secondly and most importantly because wasn't forced to buy of course but the quality of the steaks at $28+ ea were on par with bargain freezer section of The local grocery, very dissatisfied and at $130.oo

I have enjoyed the things we have had from Omaha Steaks, but I dont feel any of it was worth the price we payed. I dont believe we will be ordering again.
We believe you get what you pay for. And at Omaha Steaks, you’re getting world-famous proteins that have been selected and hand-cut by master butchers with over 900 years of combined experience and flash-frozen at their peak flavor and quality to deliver the very best gourmet experience possible.
DO NOT BUY! I've been hearing about Omaha steaks on the Bob and Tom show for years and years. Obviously Omaha steak spends a lot of money to advertise their products that are a terrible deal and the customer pays for it! Look at the ratio of five star reviews to one star reviews. The one star reviews are catching up to the five star reviews. The reason for this is there is no value in these products. And once you buy Omaha steaks will relentlessly market you. BAD DEAL!

I order Omaha Steak meals every month.
I deal with manager Nathan when I place my orders. He is very helpful and will advise me on items I order for the first time. I'm a single retired man and prepare Omaha meals daily.
