Deliveries are speedy and accurate. A great variety of items for selection and competitive prices. With the exception of a few tough steaks, I have enjoyed all purchase. Exceptional delivery by UPS this time.They put the box in my outside chair away from view. I would appreciate smaller Styrofoam boxes.
Ups gives no priority on delivery of frozen foods and frequently delivers late afternoon or eve. With no ice left in chest and the bottom of the chest warm to the touch as if it sat on the steel floor of the truck all day.
When you ask for the delivery 10 days before Christmas, you do NOT want it on December 2nd. I have no room in my freezer for regular food.

Order M*******HKDB. 2 package deals. 1 came in no cool pks. *******@54 degrees. Burgers were gray. Side was a bag of liquid potatoes. Hope 2nd is better.
I have ordered three times from Omaha steaks and was ok but filets and stirps were very tough! Run for this high price

I ORDERED USED A REWARD coupon 20.00 OFF PAID ORDER ACCEPTED THE DAY OF SHIP THEY CALLED SAID I OWE 8.96 PLUS I WASNT GETTNG MY BROWNIES! MY COUPON WAS VALID I SENT THEM COPY THEY OWED ME FOR BROWNIES THW LADY COULDNT SUBTRACT 80. FROM 100.

Handicapped seniors, who cannot get out to shop, like us, are especially grateful for your high-quality product and delivery service to the house. Father is 102 plus years old, and I am 76, both on walkers.
