Deliveries are speedy and accurate. A great variety of items for selection and competitive prices. With the exception of a few tough steaks, I have enjoyed all purchase. Exceptional delivery by UPS this time.They put the box in my outside chair away from view. I would appreciate smaller Styrofoam boxes.
Ups gives no priority on delivery of frozen foods and frequently delivers late afternoon or eve. With no ice left in chest and the bottom of the chest warm to the touch as if it sat on the steel floor of the truck all day.
Packaged nicely, everything arrived frozen, & in good shape. Lava cakes, probably won't order again, but steaks,burgers, chops, chicken, etc. all fantastic!
Wonderful customer service. When I had a problem with a order she never questioned it and apologized and took care of it. I have been a customer for years and will continue to order.

We always get the Beef pot roast on special and shrimp. They haven't been very good. The beef was half fat, which it never has been before. The shrimp was really salty. My husband mentioned it first and it must be if he said something. For me it was almost unbearable to eat. I'm very disappointed with this place now.

My experience with my first order was great, but I am receiving text on other offers which include other cuts of meat such as chicken, pork and hot dogs all I want is beef! Please only send me offers of beef.

To me the quality of the beef is much better than the beef you get in the local stores. Yes it cost more but you get what you pay for. I don't eat pork so I don't know. Can't wait to try the chicken and fish selections.

My daughter and her husband loved the gift. It was greatly appreciated. They didn't have time to grocery shop when they did move into their new home. So they could easily put the food on the grill. Last I heard the burger patties were amazing.

Right now our freezer is so full I had to change our subscription to every 2 months until we empty it out a little.

I like the variety, quality, and convenience of the products. I only purchase when there is a sale on items that I want and when I have points and/or discount cards. Even with the sale, however, the prices are still a bit high. I rationalize by comparing the prices to what I would pay for the same item at a restaurant, and that helps me justify my purchases.
