Deliveries are speedy and accurate. A great variety of items for selection and competitive prices. With the exception of a few tough steaks, I have enjoyed all purchase. Exceptional delivery by UPS this time.They put the box in my outside chair away from view. I would appreciate smaller Styrofoam boxes.
Ups gives no priority on delivery of frozen foods and frequently delivers late afternoon or eve. With no ice left in chest and the bottom of the chest warm to the touch as if it sat on the steel floor of the truck all day.
So far we have never had any bad food with you people just keep up the great work!

My last order arrived with no dry ice left resulting in some of the items (not all) thawed. That said, overall, I very satisfied with the quality of the meats. Especially the Private Reserve filets.

Unfortunately it has taken several days and representatives to place my order. Was supposed to be 2 orders. Each staff claimed different policies. Today I'm ending up with one small order. And I'm done. This will be my last order. To frustrating.

Customer service and shipping has been excellent. The meat and sides we have tried have all been tasty. I just think the prices are a bit high. Also, the amount of junk mail we have been receiving is ridiculous. Why pay the expense and waste resources on a current customer?

I am always sure that my Omaha Steak food will be top quality and butcher shop fresh. I've never been disappointed with the products, and I suspect they are even safer than local store-bought meats. They are vacuum sealed and hard frozen, with no thaw in transport. They go straight into my deep freezer and only thaw out for mealtime. I'm a junkie for their classic blend seasoning too. I like it on meat and veggies.

Both ice chests had 2 dry ice packs, with plenty of ice remaining. So, all items were frozen solid, except for one artisan flatbread that was a little soft in the middle. Not a problem, though. This experience was far superior to my last experience I reviewed about several items not frozen solid, but still cold, especially the marinated salmon fillets which were soft &, thus concerning. That last order had only one dry ice pack, & it was completely depleted. Hope you continue using at least 2 packs per ice chest like this order. Thank you.

I exactly followed the instructions given by OS, using the lower time given (50 minutes@350*F). ALL of the seasoned liquid filling (didn't taste like traditionally used butter...and who knows what it is?) drained out onto the pan while baking. The chicken was stunningly tougher than any chicken I have eaten in my life. And the crust was hard as a rock and WAY too thick. Trust me, and steer clear of this horrible item! Completely and utterly unappetizing!

First and last order for me from Omaha Steaks. Chicken Cordon Bleu is NOT as pictured on their website! These things have a full 1/2 inch of heavy breading all around--fully half the entire weight of the item, and with less than 2-3oz of chicken and almost zero ham inside. What a ripoff!

I never had any problems with the quality of the product, but I seem to have issues when I order the product. I submit my order and a few times I got a email telling my order was not completed and I have to start all over again.
