I ordered a bed from them for a client project. It came in irreparably damaged and they refused to refund or replace despite photos of it in the box because it was more than 30 days. They didn't even bother to respond to my submission to their customer service department and I had to call to get them to tell me "tough luck" Order number 767750
Disappointed in the policy to not adjust a price on an item I ordered that has gone on sale. I still have not received my original item (4 week estimated delivery time) and Customer Service will not adjust the price to reflect the new sale price. Come on guys...you also charged me a ridiculous shipping charge. Not as fun to shop with you like it used to be. Why don't you value your customers anymore?
Sincerely one of the worst customer services departments (is two people a department?) I have ever encountered. They made a mistake, which they admitted, and Dan, the supervisor, was incredibly rude and dismissive. "I didn't do it" was the best he could come up with, as opposed to offering any type of resolution or apology. I followed up my phone calls with an email, and clearly it was answered by him. I still have no resolution for my situation and am appalled that a company lets someone so unprofessional represent them.

I'll never use One Kings Lane for any purchase. They were misleading and downright fraudulent in offering merchandise for sale that apparently doesn't exist. Instead of informing me this they continued to back order the products over and over. I would have rather known the furniture was discontinued so I could have ordered something different.
Fraudulent advertising. Sub-par products that are overpriced and poor quality and arrive looking completely different then what is on their web site.
Their prices are way too high for the same product you can find elsewhere cheaper. I ordered a small
Patio umbrella, and they told me it was final sale and not returnable post-order. This wasn't in the item description on their website. I was completely dissatisfied with the product, and they don't care and won't do anything about it. Run away from this store as fast as you can. Don't waste your hard earned money.

I ordered a set of chairs from one kings lane back in august. They were supposed to be delivered November 9-16th. I understand sometimes things can take longer but there has been absolutely no communication or information from one kings lane. I have tried to contact them on multiple platforms- social media, two different emails, the live chat, the contact us portal on their website, I have called several times- I have waited on hold with no response for over an hour twice just today. I have literally been stalking them and gotten no response from anyone. It is absolutely absurd

Absolutely the worst company ever! Do NOT order! Strongly strong advise that you order from anywhere else. Have called customer service 10+ times for an order that never arrived and they have done nothing (except charge my credit card, of course).
We ordered a bed (that was not inexpensive) on May 8 and it was supposed to arrive by 6/17 at the latest. It is 6/20 and no sign of the bed--not even a tracking number on the order status (but of course my credit card has been charged). So, I tried to contact them. But, there is no phone number anywhere on the site, and no chat. Just an email submission form. Once you hit "send" you get a note saying they will respond in 3 business days. Ridiculous. And even more ridiculous? I'm still waiting for a response. Don't order from them.

I ordered two faux flower arrangements from One King's Lane. They were supposedly "half-price" marked down from $90 to $45 each. I expected a much more realistic and better quality product than the typical artificial flowers you can buy at Wal-Mart or craft stores. Unfortunately, the quality is no better than flowers you can buy anywhere for $5. Additionally, one bouquet started to fall apart when I began moving the stems to fluff up the arrangement a little. I would be returning these items, but they are "final sale". What a scam!

I normally don't post reviews good or bad, but I must just say my customer service experience with this company has been incredible. They really have stood behind their products and quickly refunded when an item was damaged. Sometimes a replacement is not available - but they make the process of returning and getting a credit very simple -even paid for the return shipping.
I have been shopping with them for about a year, and have placed several orders in that short time, But I have always received the items packaged very well and I am exceptionally pleased with their service.
Same complaint as most others on this site...
Order not delivered on time, incorrect tracking info provided and only after I requested this information. After repeated emails and phone calls for help to discover what happened to my order and for a reply call from customer service, I've heard nothing- almost 3 weeks past delivery date... I still await information on whether my product can be obtained or receive a refund. I feel this company is possibly fraudulent. Do not use.

I looked into your order and it looks like there is a disconnect from what our agents have told you versus what the home delivery carrier has told you when you call them personally.
I can assure you that we are not a fraudulent company and based on the communication you've had with our agents via email, they seem to respond back to you within 24-48 hours of you sending an email. While I can assure you the follow up is something that I will talk to our supervisor about, I've already dug into this order to ask for an urgent update regarding the status of your shipment. We generally rely on our independent carriers to provide a positive partnership and enhance our customer's experience. This time that carrier let us and you down which is not acceptable.
This evening I have called as well as emailed them to figure out how we can collectively get to the bottom of where your item is. I also see that our supervisor has provided a refund to your original form of payment.

I ordered artwork from One King's Lane back in November. It arrived the wrong size - I have since spent HOURS on the phone with them trying to correct the issue. Now, three months later, I am still waiting for the replacement which I am told may still be the wrong size; they can't confirm either way. Absolutely ridiculous. They never return calls and rarely respond to email. When they do respond at all, it's with inaccurate information. I will never order from this company again and recommend others stay away.

Stay away. There prices are too high and then the shipping. I ordered 2 items and got 2 separate items there were other peoples orders with their names, address ect in the packing info. One of the customer service people I spoke with was at least apologetic. When I ask for a supervisor when the second box was not my order he was more concerned about getting back their merchandise which they had charged me for, not crediting me for "stuff" I did not order. Last time will purchase from them.

Purchased a bamboo cheese board and after one year of very light use it split apart. Although expensive, the board was poorly made. One Kings Lane would not accept responsibility for the product. I will not do business with them again.
A few days after posting this review Kings Lane offered a full refund. I was pleasantly surprised. Their effort has changed my opinion about their willingness to take responsibility.

This company is a nightmare avoid at all costs! They told me they'd give me the correct price on a couch I ordered, correct price was $692. However they continued to charge my card $1538 for the entire month of July. This charge would appear then disappear leaving my account with this huge hit of $1538 at random times.
Thankfully my bank has been awesome with helping me resolve this matter. But not having access to your money is a devastating experience especially when it's randomly taken out several times a month.
I've since placed a stop payment with this merchant so I can stop reliving this nightmare. The customer service is a joke and could not/would not help at all. It's like they contract remote employees who just pick up their cell phone and pretend to assist you.
I hate this company and I've done business with thousands. This is the only company I can say I truly hate. I hope they are shut down!

It's nice that they have a curated selections of items, but it does not justify prices that are 50-60% higher than that of their competitors. They do not show the actual brand names of the products to hide this fact. Do yourself a favor and search for the image of the products on Google so you can buy the items at a much lower price elsewhere.

I ordered a little bookshelf. The charge for "white glove" delivery was very high, but it took over 6 weeks, and they sent it to the wrong address at first! Too much of a hassle and not tremendous value. I'm not rushing back.
They will cancel your order and not notify you that its been cancelled, even after you try to email their customer service about where your order is. Trust all the bad reviews. This company does not have it together at all.

Ordered flatware on August 28 for $150 - supposed to arrived by September 3. Never arrived. Many calls to customer service, which was polite and assured me every time that order would be fulfilled, but kept stalling. Item always remained on website at same price. A month after order, website price changed to $295, and customer service told me they would not honor my order. Lies, deceptive business practices, etc. I will never order from them again, and advise others not to.
I ordered a sheep skin rug online in September 2016. I requested that the order be cancelled after delayed shipping with no information on when to expect delivery. Despite this request the rug was inadvertently shipped to me. I contacted the company to get return authorization since I no longer wanted the rug. I returned the unused rug in original shipping package. Company received package and indicated they'd issue a refund. After numerous telephone calls and emails as of April 2017 I've still not received the $289.00 refund as promised. Stay away from this company. Very poor business practices.
I have never had such a bad experience with an online purchase in my life. Their customer service department is horrible and they have no desire of helping a customer resolve any issues to getting your product sent in a timely manner. Their inability to work effectively with the actual vendor sending the product is all but useless. I will never shop with them again and highly discourage anyone else from doing so.

The libby bed, which we waited 2 months for, doesn't assemble like it shows on the website. The bed is taller than shown, the headboard is unstable. The base is very good. But the headboard ruined it all. Customer service did nothing to rectify the situation - they just gave us a return. So we have wasted enormous amounts of time assembling, disassembling and waiting for this basically unusable bed. These black bars stick up if you assemble as shown on the website

I ordered a bed and two nightstands. One of the nightstands never arrived. I have tried filling out an online form, e-mailing and calling (currently been waiting for a representative for over 45 minutes, was told it was a 10 minute wait time... they are not going to answer my call). If I could give no stars I would. I bought a bed for almost 3k that was delivered damaged and dirty. After almost 2 months of being told something different by customers service and emails they are picking the best up and giving a refund but no replacement. I will have to reorder. It took 6 months for this to arrive! They offered 15% refund if I would fix it myself. They have lied on several occasions. Never order from them!
