I bought 4 tickets to Las Vegas, at the last minute I got sick with flu, and hypertension, so I decided not to go. I paid for travel insurance and I did not get any penny back! I toll them if I can postpone it to go Vegas in a month or until I feel better, but they said was better to buy new tickets, because was going to cost me more. You have to paid for seat, you have paid for pre-check tickets everything there have a cost! Used to be my favorite website to buy tickets. Until I had lost my money, paying for insurance. And not getting any help at All.
I'm trying to change my returning flight day and they want to charge me almost 800 cad to make a change, that is outrages. That's almost as full price of returning ticket. I was expecting 200 cad the most. This is just ridiculous, avoid OneTravel at any cost, this is first and last time that I'm gonna be using their service. I'm so angry now.
Customer service was great. They searched for the best price when I got to the airport had no problems checking in it was a great experience over all I even told some close friends that they need to try using this website or call for their next trip thanks for everything
This is an easy site to use and they often give you a $10-20 discount right away. It's also very helpful to have filters so that you can prioritize what you need in terms of times to fly and total hours of flight time!
After booking an incredibly cheap business class flight LA-Paris on OneTravel, we checked the reviews (that we should have checked beforehand). The reviews were so horrible that, nervously, I called the airline the next morning which told us that they had the reservations we booked with the correct seats in their system. Several months later the trip went perfectly without a hitch.
Worst company to deal with, scam you with all hiding fees that never tell you up front.
Never again.
They quote me one final price and to my surprise next day see extra charges in my visa.

Horrible experience the worst nightmare, I have spent 4 hours and a lot of money to correct a letter on my plane ticket name and no one knows how to help. All they offer me are more and more insurances
My sister was dying and I had to fly to San Diego. After purchasing a ticket we realized the date was wrong. It took 12 hrs to contact someone. They said they would refund the money. So we purchased another ticket from a different site for less money. We never received the money, we contacted them via email and they finally responded saying we cancelled post flight,
And will not receive a refund. This company is very dishonest.

Stay away from this travel company! When we went to check in the day before our flight we noticed the last name was spelled wrong. Called and spoke to a customer service rep (in India) that said it would be 65.00 to add a "R" in the last name. Asked to talk to his supervisor and he said the wait would be 1 hour. I told him never mind I will take my chance at the airport and I was going to let everyone know on the internet not to use this horrible company and hung up. One minute later my phone rang and he said they will change it for 25.00. We paid the money because we were stuck but never again will I use one travel again.
