I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one

“Cannot be delivered due to address!”

EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.

It was 10:00 PM. I saw headlights from my living room window. I looked out and saw a Budget Rental truck sitting on the street in front of my house. The drivers side widow rolled down and a package was thrown into my driveway a few feet from the street. The truck pulled off. I went out and found my Target order on the ground. If this is the service you pay for and appreciate then use OnTrac!

Delivered to the wrong address and signed by a random person. OnTrac insisted it was delivered to the right address by their incompetent delivery driver. Frustrating to deal with a company that takes no responsibility. Absolute incompetence and a "too bad" attitude. Hope for the worst if the merchant uses this service for deliveries.

Tip for consumers:
OnTrac is awful, do not use them. They will randomly "deliver" your package and then will not take responsibility for their actions. Such a shameful company. Stick with USPS, UPS, FEDEX...anyone else.

My review is just saying the same thing as others. I ordered a Tv online at Best Buy. I was told different delivery days. No estimated time just stated At End of Day (what does that mean?) It then showed that it was Out For Delivery on Wednesday, which they never showed up. It showed the same Out For Delivery on Thursday no go, so later that day I chatted with Best Buy told them the situation and was told that the driver report the Tv lost lol, go figure. Scam Alert big time. They gave me an option to have the Tv delivered through another carrier some 6 days later or I could pick it up that same day. So we will be driving some 2 hrs to pick it up because I don't trust the shipping process. Why Best Buy still uses them makes me wonder. May find out at some point just how much of a Scam this really is.

Been waiting on a package since tuesday 12/2/19 they keep changing my delivery date now til 12/9/19, i wish body building will use another delivery carrier, now ill think about it before i order something from them, not if they use this carrier..

I had two experiences with OnS**k:
The first order went completely lost. On the expected delivery day I received an update saying the package was delayed, and then on the next day there's another update saying the package was delivered a day ago.?
The second order did arrive, although the package was broken.

My guess is they "carefully" inspect every package they ship, if it's something valuable, then they'll make sure you don't get it.

My product was shipped on the 2 of June, somehow the next couple of days it got damage while being in the facility, then they said they were sending my package back to the shipper, it's been 7days and still no info on the package and not only that but I can't contact google to get updates! Ugh

Unable to deliver a package that is in their care. Days that it arrived at the their facility, without a clue of what's going on or able to give me an answer.
Terrible! Support is friendly, but no results.

Purchased a high-value product from Best Buy who leveraged OnTrac to do its deliveries. I waited all day at home and no one came. In the evening, it was updated that the package was delivered in the afternoon. NO ONE RANG THE DOOR BELL.

Seems like a very common issue with this company (you can google all the theft and failed deliveries posted by others).

Surprised Best Buy would leverage this company.

Reached out to Customer Service and was told they "couldn't track the package, reach out to the vendor... goodbye." Awful service. Im sure they must get a lot of these so have become numb to the issues ongoing in their company and responses are poor.

This company is horrible - at the one thing they should be good at - Getting your package to you. I am expecting a package from them. It basically arrived 4 days ago just miles from my house. Each day it says it is going to be delivered - Each day in the evening I get a message - Shipment Delayed. Tomorrow will be 5 days of the same message. I could literally walk it quicker. Don't ever use this company to ship anything. These reviews don't lie.

Company didn't deliver the package, said they did. I texted their representative and they basically just told me they'd "open an investigation" but couldn't promise any real results. I'm not even slightly surprised that this company has such sh*tty reviews. I don't know if I'm more disappointed in myself for trusting them to do their jobs or in them for just being completely inept at their services. Very frustrating to be told they're "doing all they can" when you know that's just a load of hogwash they say to avoid taking responsibility for their f*ck ups.

When ever I order an item and the shipper uses Ontrac, I know it will be late. If I had the option to pick another delivery company I would pay extra not to use Ontrac. My latest delivery was supposed to be delivered 9/09 and today I'm told by customer service it should be delivered 9/13. If not delivered Monday call back to start an investigation.

GPS liars some body else has my package because of your drivers carelessness in delivering to the correct addresses. Either can't read the address on the label …and match it to to the building it is address to, this is ridiculous how poor your service is I hope the same karma happen to you. Below is my Ring Door Bell have never missed a bark when some Approaches my door.

I've had 4 packages in the past week end up on someone else's doorstep. No fun scouring the neighborhood to engage in Search and Rescue operations, and the anxiety that goes along with a lost package. Are drivers not trained to get a visual on house numbers before plopping down the packages? Train your drivers!

This has to be the worst shipping company I've ever had to deal with. Their customer service representatives are rude, they consistently talk over you, argue back and forth with you and refuse to put a supervisor on the line. It takes them a complete business day just to add a suite number to an address and reprint a label to have an item re-delivered.

First of all, I get mailing services could be delayed. I purchased 2 day shipping for a reason with 2 day buffer. Status on delivery states ontime arring on this date. 4 days later no package. I finally get my mail at the delivery guy tossed my package and didn't handle with care. Super disappointing.

Absolutely every single package that has been sent to me with on trac has been delayed for weeks, delivered to the wrong place or simply shows the item "out for delivery" but is not delivered until several business days later. Please report them to the Better Business Bureau.

This company is a joke and is so sad to see so many reputable businesses using them.

Ontrac should be publicize to the world for how criminal they really are they do not deliver packages they mistreat them and steal them. They are the worst company besides lasership that exist. I never have any problems with FedEx usps or ups. In all honesty Ontrac should be completely shut down...

Drivers just dump packages wherever convenient for them, not according to the label. Lazy lazy lazy. I would NEVER use them, however Walmart does and has had to refund more than once when it was ontrac:s fault. Again they SUCK at delivering.

This is the second time ontrac has delivered my packages to another house. It's like there workers are in a rush. It says it was delivered no knock on the door or anything like come on! Ontrac needs to be shut down because they have more negative then positive! And my packages aren't cheap and it seems like they are getting delivered anymore I don't even want to order from the website that has ontrac as there carrier because of this like come on!

My order that was sent through this company has been a nightmare. The company keeps delaying my order and will not contact me. I tried to contact them and keep getting the run around. My order was supposed to arrive on the 19 of August but no delivery. Now everyday they say on the tracking page this item is delayed over and over again. This is the worst shipping company I have ever had things shipping from!

Look elsewhere for sending packages to you're clients. You and you're clients will be better off going with another company. I hope this review will help you and save you the headache.

My address street# is zero. They removed the 0 and only had street name. They didn't reach out, i tracked and found they were holding the package about a 1/2 hour drive away. I corrected the address with a live agent. Tue-Thu status continued to be 'pending'. Today, friday, status changed to 'returning to seller'...who is in CHINA?!?!?!?!?! This business is inept.

I can't believe that these people are still in business. I've had packages left in the dirt, watered by the sprinklers, on the street, in the middle of the driveway (I almost drove over it), anywhere except where they should be delivered, on my porch. The porch is another 6-7 steps from where they left it, but they are too lazy to walk them. The drivers are either irresponsible or criminal (how else can I qualify a box left in the middle of my driveway)? Obviously I am not the one who chose them, I am the recipient of a Walmart delivery this time. Complaints fall on deaf ears, they don't care.
