I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
" ON TIME" delivery? What a joke! My package was supposed to be delivered on Dec 19th and I have been getting delays after delays. Don't try to call unless you have the time to sit on the phone for over an hour waiting just to be told another deliver date that wont ever take place! OnTrac, get someone new to run your business properly because whoever is doing it now SUCKS!
This is the worst shipping company ever, and I'm pretty sure people who mail stuff by mule will get their stuff quicker than this company delivers. My package is apparently lost it hasn't been scanned since it's been received to the facility I filed a ticket which was escalated and the person who filed a ticket told me that I should expect a response within four hours.
I didn't deem that reliable so I asked for it to be escalated and was escalated to a supervisor who hung up on me and told me that there's nothing they can do. I've been called back and spoke to a young lady who told me that they are not even open on the weekends so the soonest I could get a response was the next business day. I tried to file a complaint because my package is missing in lost and the supervisor told me that they cannot take any complaints and they cannot file any. So here I am

Why every time I order something from Amazon when I see it's passed down to another carrier it is days late or never shows up. And some of these thugs that delivers for on trac looks like someone that has been a Trump follower or in prison. I have total surveillance 24/7 around my house and when they deliver they will not ring your doorbell, instead they will place the package so far from the front door and run. Someone please tell me why. I personally think they only hire crooks just so they don't have to pay them that much. Crooks out of prison will work for peanuts. Glad I was never one of those drug loosers. Amazon needs to get rid of these jail house criminals.

I order a lot of supplements. I was using a co. That uses OnTrac. I placed an order in Oct. That I've never received. The driver lied, said I signed. Not possible because I have delivered to my building mgr. I requested an investigation, never heard from them. The co. I ordered from is just as bad. I switched supplement companies, rec'd 1order, placed another 1 on 12/8. Discovered they use OnTrac too! Delivery attempt made 12/9, after managers hours.

Ordered items from Temu. Package said it was delivered. It was not and OnTrac refused to help me and told me to contact the seller. There is no way to contact Temu. I also asked OnTrac why I am to contact the seller when they were the last people to have my package and they blocked my text (you can only text someone at OnTrac. There is no live person). I believe this company is a scam. Do not use them at all. There is no way to get my package and no way to get a refund. I will never buy from Temu again nor will I use this fake delivery company.

Ordered a desk for work needed it asap. Suppose to be delivered on 7/18 and reached out to no avail called again today 7/26 and they officially marked it as missing. Asked how is it missing for over a week when it was on the delivery truck no answer. Said I wanted to file a complaint they told me I had to go to where I purchased it and ask for a refund which I tried but seller said I had to wait for my package what package there Is no package out lots of money and no answeres I very angry

They are absolutely horrible. Says the package was delivered, 20min later I go to get, no package. I've talked to a representative and they literally said, as long as the driver's gps shows they were at location there is nothing they will do. So they can steal your stuff and no repercussions whatsoever. The merchant basically has to eat it due to ontracs horrible service. How they are still allowed to operate is beyond my comprehension. I will never use them again. I stopped using merchants that use them. It's sad, but what choice do I have. Horrible service horrible! My package hasn't left the warehouse in a week they can't make it to my home so I used another address and they still haven't delivered it they don't respond to emails and phone number for customer service is horrible can't even get three!
Never got package, called them, it was a 48 minute wait. So I emailed them with tracking number etc, asking "where is my package" and never got a response. Walmart resented my package through Fed Ex got it in 2 days. Companies in general should avoid them.
The worst delivery service. As I mostly buy everything one line I've delt with all kinds of delivery issues. The company is the worst. I don't know where they find their drivers. Ex-cons I suppose. Says delivery left a front door. Being we were home we knew it was. Photo shows package left at our mailbox that is along a road 1/8 mile down our driveway. I ordered a package that was shipped through OnTrack. The delivery driver did not follow instructions and left my package outside a closed business by the front door. The delivery location is on a very busy street in a busy neighborhood where there is lots of foot traffic. I had specific delivery instructions that the driver blatantly ignored. Who in their right mind would leave a package on the sidewalk at the city hub?! Completely dissatisfied and VERY angry!
I had ordered a couple of things from Sephora, cool right, I'm at home all day waiting for my packages to be delivered as it was said. No one came through to leave the packages, they did this two times. They had delivered my other package at a different house, and then again today they delivered the other half of my order to a different home. And they keep saying it was delivered, like no. My package was suppose to be delivered on the 16th. Then delayed. Out for delivery the 19th. All of a sudden today it say delivered. Um nope nothing. I had ordered gifts for my kids through Hot Topic they split my package into 3 packages a used UPS for 2 of them received those no problem but Ontrac is absolutely the worst ever. Luckily Hot Topic is great and refunded me the items that Ontrac either stole or randomly lost. But I seriously can not wrap my head around the fact that this business is still in business.
First, this was the most unreliable shipping company before Covid-19 and now they are even worse. Never mind the fact that deliveries are never on time and those that are paid as expedited or even over night show up days late. I'm currently waiting for a shipment that was expected 3 days ago and it was shipped from a warehouse less than 50 miles away from my home! If their drivers aren't quite able to locate the address do they call the customer? NO. They freaking threw my package over my back wall, 6 feet high no less, into my backyard where the dogs found it before we did, and marked it as delivered to the front door!
My package keeps getting delayed. I am incredibly tired of being told that it will arrive in 2 days and if it doesn't I should contact the seller. I ordered things off of Temu and when I reached out to them about the undelivered package they told me that intrac was the one that could help. However ontrac directed me back to asking Temu. They obviously don't care about customer service and my order is weeks past it's due date. It's also shown that it's there. It's in the ontrac building, just not getting delivered. I hope whoever is responsible for this absolutely irresponsible act is rightfully punished. I still haven't received my order and I'm afraid I never will.

This has got to be the biggest sorry $#*! delivery service ever, and the people investigating complaints on delivers are a poor excuse as far as investigating they won't say sorry your right your package was delivered to the wrong address or it wasn't delivered at all. For a short period we signed up to be a contractor with the company. We bought our vans and hired drivers. First few months they make you work with other contractors. No training, no videos, manual. The corporate staff sit inside their cubicle and only call and speak to you when things go wrong. They themselves do not know how to get things done.
I SYMPATHIZE withthis delivery person. There are No gate codes given, no instructions on directions. Nothing. Sometimes drivers stand 15 minutes to an hour trying to get someone to open building doors so they can put the packages in the mail room. Most times people refuse to open doors as there is no uniform.
Its worst than ubereats or postmates. Only 30% of the deliveries will have customer phone numbers. So there is no way to call.
The company needs to shut down. Completely unorganized and extreme parasites. Not only do the customers packages get lost due to inadequate information from them. The poor drivers are to take the blame.

Of many On Trac unfortunately that I had to have because retailers don't tell the customer in advance, above all was the worst. Chewey, dog prescription for my dogs critical medicine was delivered and left out in the Arizona sun to boil. Even specific instructions were left to place by front door, about 3 steps in.The delivery person ignored instructions, and Chewey had to replace very expensive medicine. Number 2: again instructions were ignored and expensive wet dog food, left out in boiling sun to go bad. Could, would not use, and it was replaced. Multiple complaints are ignored and they still come to my door. I now have a delivery from Walmart, that will be probably left out in 118 degree sun to rot. Hopefully the driver can read instructions and will leave by front door. From this time forward, before I buy, I will ask what carrier they use, and if OnTrac, I will not purchase. I have had too many problems with this company, but none with other carriers.
