I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
They are so unorganized, it was difficult to find an actual number that would allow me to talk someone at the facility about my package that was delayed. After already taking forever to deliver my package they sent it to the wrong facility, making my package more delayed. Absolutely the worse carrier. Be bettter Ontrac.
Holidays. Ordered 2 items from FashionNova. Last week, Monday and Wednesday, Ontrac claims my items were delivered. They were not. My apt mgr never saw them. Reordered both items 2nd time. Yesterday again Ontrac's driver claimed pkg was delivered. Nope! Today... again. Same nope! Called Ontrac 3 times. Minimum 1 hour on hold. Then claims they will investigate. Get voice mail with a sorry... file claim with your sender! Tonight. Message says. We too busy to even answer. Hang up and try later! How do they stay in biz?
Everything I order something from a company that ships with ontrac, the package is always late and delayed. I was supposed to have a package delivered yesterday and it got delayed and said it was being delivered today. Package is in my town but never said out for delivery. I called customer service and they said they would get back to me with an update. ( I knew they wouldn't from dealing with them in the past) and low and behold 4 hours later I had to call back only to be told that it would be delivered in up to 48 hours longer. Unacceptable service and am not doing business with any company that uses this $#*! service.
Nothing but bad experience w/this company. Turned a recent Amazon order into a he said-she said back and forth with the vendor who I ordered from. Email communication w/On-Trac was one-way. Their "reports" indicated pkg delivered at 11pm in a location very hard for any thief to access let alone deliver. This was a $65 order of kitchen item. 24hrs later I emailed he company with no response. 4 days after supposed delivery I called customer and spoke with a rep who was minimally of value and sounded disgruntled & nonchalant as if she has heard this type of feedback all too often. To date no update from On Trac ever provided. If I had known of On Trac's reputation I would cancelled the order altogether. A embarrassingly low level of customer service received.
It came 2 days late and arrived at 9:00 pm but other than that it was really good. Dont be worried after seeing these reviews it's honestly not that bad.

I would never ever recommend using this service. We order a package from Home Depot they used ontrac for delivery. I live out of town on a busy rural rd. My home is 1/2 mile from
Mailbox. Acoording to o trace the delivery driver put my package on top of mailbox on mail road. And the answer I got from them was driver returned to retrieve package it was no longer where he left it. That's quite obvious if it was where he left it I wouldn't be complaining of lost package. I will never again order a package from anyone that uses ontrac for delivery.
Have been waiting for a delivery from Japan that is now more than a week late. Apparently DHL uses Ontrac as a third party delivery service. They passed on my package to them without my phone number and without specifying on their website that they had done so. The Ontrac driver couldn't find our address (admittedly we are very much in the county, which also means that if he had bothered to ask anyone around here they would have told them where we are). I only discovered from DHL that Ontrac had the package by contacting DHL. Called Ontrac but they were in process of sending the package back to DHL and although the package was still in their possession they couldn't do anything about stopping it and attempting to redeliver. I narrowly escaped having the package returned to Japan blah blah blah!
I don't understand why my package has not arrived! I have been waiting 3 weeks to receive it only to see the date change 5 times. This is horroble appaling extremely awful terrible setvice. I would advise everyone never ever use them. They suck period. No communication. No explanations. Not even a sorry. Don't recommend them at all.
OnTrac sucks so bad, they are the WORST delivery service I have ever dealt with. I ordered from Tilly's and unfortunately they use OnTrac for delivery. OnTrac said they delivered the package on December 6th 2020, but not to my door! I didn't receive anything. I had to call OnTrac two times. I was told "they were opening up an investigation". They never called me back to update me on anything. This all happened on a Dec 10th, 2020. Since that time I called and never got through. Then finally today 1/12/2021, I finally spoke to someone she then told me"we sent the driver out to see if he could recover the package, but it wasn't there". Well duh it's wasn't there someone got some free clothes! Horrible customer service and people are so rude! This company sucks $#*!!

A package was supposed to be delivered to my new address after Zulliy sent the wrong one to Ontrac and low and behold even after getting the new address days before they still delivered it to the old address. The driver apparently does not have a way to receive communication from the cooperate office so he didn't get new address somehow. I had it in writing and over the phone confirmed 3 times. Now I ask them to go get the package and redeliver and NOPE, can't get a hold of driver for 3 days. More than 8 calls over 3 days and rude reps, no return calls and no package. I finally drove there and got it over 45 minutes away. Worst ever.
I placed an order from Walmart to be shipped to my apartment. The order was not delivered to my apartment number instead it was left in the mailroom 3 stories down. When I place an order I do it for the convenience of having the order delivered to my APARTMENT.
As a delivery person enters the building there is a sign in large font that reads "Attention Delivery Drivers! DO NOT leave packages in the mailroom.
Deliver them to the resident apartment. If they are not home deliver the package to the leasing office. Thank you"

Ordered something in August. It was shipped on the 25th from Reno, NV. Arrived in Stockton the 26th. Everyday it updates saying it will be delivered by end of that day and every day at 6 pm it updates to say it's delayed due to an "event". I contacted the originating company and they were nice enough to resend the order. I requested they not use ontrac but I guess ontrac is the contacted vendor so they sent it through ontrac again. It was shipped again from Reno, NV Sept 1 and arrived in Stockton early AM and said it would be delivered by end of day today and surprise surprise it was "delayed due to an event"!
This company is absolute trash. This is the third order from Temu sent by OnTrac that has been delayed. The first order was 15 days late despite the fact that my package was 15 minutes away from my house. But eventually it arrived out of the blue. So now I have 2 orders from Temu sent via OnTrac that are once again delayed but this time the travel history showed it being delivered, which it wasn't and then the next minute it shows as delayed delivery date updated. So I decided to virtual chat with an assistant. I explained what's happened, she went off for a minute, came back and wrote that to much time has passed for an investigation to be done, contact the seller and then she cut me off chat. Absolutely unbelievable! I cannot even begin to describe how much I hate this company. They need to be shut down or change their name to Offtrac! If I could give zero I would.
I'm a regular Bath&Body Works shopper, and up until now I haven't had any problems. Package said it was delivered on the 7th, I didn't receive it until the 12th, and it was partially open. The one I was supposed to receive on the 12th said it was delivered and it's still not here. They threw my "Fragile" marked box with candles in it up the walkway, no knock on the door, ring of the doorbell... Nothing. These people need to be SHUT DOWN!
OnTrac lost my package but instead of saying so, they continued to send updates that my package would be delivered the next business day. It wasn't until the vendor called after 10 business days of no delivery did they admit to losing my package
I ordered a package that went through OnTrac, and I was immediately met with issues. First of all, my package was lost. I messaged their customer service and was told to contact my seller, even though the tracking number told me it was in my state. My sellers customer service wasn't open for the weekend so I wasn't able to contact them, yet I got both a message and email saying my package was delivered when it was in-fact not seeing as it was a lost package. Overall the worst experience with a package I've ever had.

Worst shipping carrier ever! No only now because the covid, this carrier has been always the worst! They mark my packages as delivered and i never recive the package so i went to my neighbor to ask for my package i call the store etc and then latter update the status at delayed
I ordered 24 packages as Christmas gifts that were scheduled to be delivered by December 12th, however on December 8th, the delivery driver was caught by a neighbor just hanging out in my driveway and was asked what she was doing there. She said "delivering packages" threw my packages out (mine not his) then used homophobic slurs towards my neighbor "for being nosey" and said she wouldn't deliver there again because obviously he's a homosexual. I contacted OnTrac multiple times from December 8th to December 15th and never received a response back from them concerning this issue or my 24 packages. On December 15th the company I ordered with informed me OnTrac had sent the packages back on December 9th. I have still not heard back from OnTrac concerning their homophobic driver or my 24 packages. If you are any type of decent human you will not use this company for anything, they are horrible and clearly support hateful nonsense.

It would have been helpful to know beforehand that OnTrac supports homophobia and allows their drivers to pick and choose who they deliver to based off the customer’s neighbor’s sexual orientation.

I had a delivery to come yesterday. Well it said delivered, but I didn't receive it so, I contacted the retailer they also saying send me a picture of it being delivered. The pictured showed where my apartment complex mailboxes are. I said I don't live at no mailboxes, so I took a picture of my door with the number on it and said this where I live. I was getting upset with the retailer and it wasn't their fault. So OnTrac y'all need to get on track. My package was part of my birthday. This has put a damper on my birthday weekend. Not a happy camper. OnTrac is OffTrac.

Two days in a row my delivery from Chewy.com was not delivered. Reason was bc driver couldn't get through gate. Common sense should tell you to call my cell phone. Duhh…I will happily let you in. It's not my fault you're an idiot. I did not refuse my package. You just don't know how to dial me. Yet you sent me a text saying undeliverable? What? Now I'm fighting with you. Contacted Chewy…and asked for a refund. I'll take my business to Amazon. And yes I did. They never have a problem with my deliveries.

I had 2 orders frm 2 different retail companies that use this horrible company and both of packages was not delivered... I called the company and was told since both packages were scanned in the perimeter that they consider the packages delivered and there's nothing they could do about it and I have to contact the the retail company for further assistance... This is the company to work for if u wanna get away with half $#*! delivering and or robbing people's packages

When you buy make sure they don't use Ontrac. My packages are always in the dirt up the road no matter how many times I call them. They are the absolute WORST
OnTrac has been reporting packages from Walmart are delivered when they are not. I have security cameras which show every bit of my driveway, doorstep, yard, and back fence, as well as much of the two streets that any vehicle making a delivery would drive on to get to my home. No delivery vehicle, no delivery driver, no packages. Walmart cancels and reships, but it doesn't help, I still don't get the order. A friend in town is having the same problem, packages reported as delivered, but they aren't. Why are companies like Walmart and Amazon using this service when OnTrack clearly lies and doesn't care?
Had a 3 lb pkg shipped from Compton on 7/29. Arrived in Buckeye AZ on 7/30. Today is 8/6 and my pkg is still in Buckeye. Called Ontrac on 8/4. Person said she would check and call back (that was at 8:15 AM). At 4:45 I called back and she said she couldn't help me because they are way behind and have thousands of packages to yet deliver. Mine has not moved in 8 days. They sure give Best Buy a bad name.
