I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
I was waiting at home the whole day for my packages to arrive, just to get an email that they were delivered though they wasn't, when I called their customer service I was told almost that I'm lying because the driver scanned the package on my address, I have no word to describe how disappointed I'm with them, their service is a real joke! I reordered my packages and this time I had to pay 15$ to get my packages delivered with another carrier
We receive packages daily and OnTrac is the ONLY courier that is completely unreliable and never delivers on time or provides any customer service.
If i am aware a company uses Ontrac then I refuse to shop with them.
My order was placed on November 27th. They did not ship until November 30th. From November 30th until present which is December 9th, I receive a daily e-mail updating the delivery date as 12 PM the next day. They just change the date in a loop. They do not answer the phone in ANY department. Their message offers a call back,,,, Nope! Not happening. I just got the next e-mail,,,, it will be here tomorrow, for sure. LOL By the way, this shipment is usually an over-night delivery on their normal route. Again, LOL! Seriously I wonder where my package is.

I have medical supplies that were supposed to be delivered last Friday and it is now Tuesday and On Trac apparently does not know if it is in their warehouse or in transit to the warehouse. They send out the packages on a first come basis and they don't know when I will get mine, even though it came from a medical supply place.
Oh and their excuse is because of Covid.
Now on the phone with the supply company and BBB is next.

They don't even deserve 1 star. They using illiterate people to delivered packets. 2 weeks in a row they delivered my packets from Shein to the same wrong address and I have been living here for 2 years and never had a problem with a delivery to my door. I'm going on a trip and don't have the items I ordered. All they dont give you a refund they will email you and tell you to contact the Comany you ordered from when they are the ones responsible for the stupid drivers they hire.

The fact that it is called OnTrac is extremely amusing because they are anything but on track, they have been telling me for three days my package will be delivered that day and yet again today they have said it will be delivered tomorrow instead. The insane part is that it has been in my town for two days now and they still couldn't manage to just bring it to my house! I am going to call jcpennys and recommend they never use this company
My package was delayed for the first time because they needed 'more information from me'.
My package was delayed for a second time because the driver attempted delivery but no one was home or a dangerous situation was noted. I was home and I have cameras and no driver was ever anywhere at our home.
Days later my package was delayed AGAIN because they needed me to confirm my address. What?!?!
My package was split and delivered by multiple delivery services and this was the ONLY one delayed like this.

My order is delayed day by day for the past 10 days. Each day it says it is out for delivery and each day it says delayed and will be delivered next day. I have emailed everyday and the only reply I received was my own inquiry that I did directly on their web site with no reply by them. Still no product 10 days later and no answer. Mine said It was delivered to Seattle on November 24,2020 and out for delivery on November 25,2020 and then day by day everyday. Calling does no good. I will also report them to BBB. This was an order from Walmart
It is outrageous that with all of today's technology for finding an address some dum-dums who work for Amazon or OnTrac will actually leave a package with the wrong number on the door on the wrong street - and take a flipping photo of it! Supposedly they're checking GPS but they're not and looking at an actual street sign might be helpful to see if one is on the right street. They don't look. I am flipping disgusted with getting DELIVERED emails with no package and then, adding insult to injury, a photo of someone else's door with my house number NOT ON THAT DOOR. I blame these largely seat of the pants upstart companies who apparently don't train or properly oversee their carriers. And forgot about contacting OnTrac after the mistake. You have to wait until their ready to contact you. Why can't we get a hold of carrier who screwed up as soon as misdelivery is made? OnTrac won't answer and doesn't care. Avoid OnTrack. They would have better service hiring chimps.
This is no my first package that has been stolen because of Ontrac. I bought an expensive item form Home Depot. Had I known Home Depot used Ontrac as their shipper I would not have done so. I contacted Home Depot and told them exactly what was going to happen. Ontrac delivered my package at 11:28 pm (almost midnight) AND PUT IT AT MY RURAL mail box 1/2 mile from my house on an open road. The package was again stolen. The driver lied and said he delivered it to my front door. He did not. Ontrac overworks there drivers. I would give them a "0" if I could. Do not order from Home Depot until they used UPS, Fedex, or USPS.

I did not receive my package, I called Ontrac to open an investigation. They closed my case without any resolution. They gave my package to someone else and refused to identify who. I'm beyond upset. Terrible service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
Do not be enticed by their low shipping rates, this carrier is the absolute worst I have ever used! We have been using their "overnight" service and in some instances the package was delivered NEARLY A MONTH LATE, if at all. I have had to resend dozens of orders to my customers, and am now looking for a better alternative. Their customer service also is not at all helpful. There is nothing good about this company.
I have medical supplies delivered monthly and the company uses on trac. On November 1 I got an email that my order would be delivered on November 2 by the end of the day. It has said that everyday now that it will be here the next day I am still waiting and it is now the 17th. When called and asked they said they don't know when it will be delivered. Great way to treat customers.
On trac is not reliable. I didn't receive my package and worst thing when i track my order somebody receive it. This is ridiculous. Retailers should not use on trac instead UPS or Fedex. This is the first time i haven't receive my package under on trac.
I receive a weekly delivery and it usually comes via FedEx but lately, the company has been using OnTrac and it has been a disaster! I have received these deliveries weekly for over 2 years now and there has never been a problem with FedEx. Easily 75% of the time when OnTrac is used, the delivery does not arrive! I call to get ETAs and am promised by 8 pm, then call at 8:15 and they say by 9 pm, then call at 9:15 and they say by 10 pm. Finally after waiting and waiting, the package never arrives. This has happened over and over again. I have begged the provider to not use OnTrac and have even asked that they skip my delivery if they have to use them. I am at the point now that i will likely stop deliveries all together because OnTrac is so unreliable! They get me so frustrated! STAY FAR AWAY from this Company!
These guys are the worst in package delivery. They just left my neighbors package at my house. My house number are 6" tall, and they left the package right next to my house numbers.
Some time ago an On Trac truck was just parked in the middle of the street with the 4 way flashers on instead of parking at the curb like UPS or Fed Ex. The driver was no where to be found. I looked. He was not on my block, unless he was inside of a house on my block.
I ordered a product through Amazon with 2 day shipping, they marked my package as delivered and it was not 10/6/20. I called 3 times in one day and was hung up on twice, I finally got through to the escalation department and was informed by kelly on 10/7/20 that my package was being recovered that day and would be delivered that day and she would call back the next morning to follow up. I did not receive the package and I did not receive a call back from Kelly. I called again and was told she would be given the message and call me back that was on 10/8/20. She never called back that day either and now today 10/9/20 I have called back 2 times and was told she would contact me asap and still have not received a call. Their customer service agents have been rude and extremely unprofessional with each encounter, I have waisted hour of my personal time and still have no resolution in sight.
Sadly our supplier uses this company where we should be receiving 3-4 deliveries each week - I have to spend every day chasing them. Packages are supposed to be 'Nest Day' service and it's usually taking about a a week after chasing and chasing AND chasing. We are receiving packages that are not even for us and found some of our packages in a restaurant 4 doors doors down the street - no message, no notification nothing! Try to speak to the 'customer service' and I been made promise after promise - none of which are kept and they've hung up on me twice now. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I have ordered from Amazon and Rocky Mountain ATV, both of whom have shipped via OnTrac. None of my orders have been delivered. Driver claims to have delivered "behind the gate". There is no gate, and the closest the driver has been to my door is two point five MILES, where he threw my package in the desert along a county road and counted it delivered. OnTrac is the worst!

How are you still in business? Literally how? I've never in my LIFE had so many issues with a company. I had to put out a ticket because my package said it was delivered yesterday and it wasn't, and then it said it was out for delivery today. Then it said it was delivered and it still wasn't, and your driver never got back to you guys. I'm filing a police report and reporting your company to anyone and everyone I can. It's literally been an issue every single time. I get sick when I see your company is delivering because I know I may have just lost money due to your thieving employees. There is NO WAY Amazon, ups, and FedEx allllllllllll have their deliveries delivered with no issues then here cones your company that can't get a single package to my address. I hope you get sued for everything you have.

I had ordered some clothes and the carrier was OnTrac. I was disappointed it was OnTrac and joked about they won't deliver it… and they didn't… I woke up to it was "delivered" and it wasn't. I checked everywhere and no package to be seen. I had called them and said it was showing as delivered and told me to go call where I got the package originally. I heard stories about packages going "missing" from OnTrac and just confirms this company is so trash. I always hope I don't get OnTrac…

Ontrac said my package was deliverd when I was home and saw no one come to the door. Can't get anyone on the phone. I open a case and never got an update. When I contacted a chat agent they told me the investigation was never done and a new case will be open. Needless to say never heard from that investigation either. They take no accountabilityand show no proof that an investigation was done and just tells you to contact the seller. In this case it was NIKE and I'm disappointed NIKE used this terrible company.
I honestly don't know if the drivers for Ontrac are just lazy or if they're full blown thieves, stealing anything they can, but I have NEVER had FedEx, ups, usps or DHL say a package has been delivered to me when it actually hasn't. In ONE year, this has happened with Ontrac SEVEN times.
There's no way this is just an accident that keeps happening over and over again. I can't even order from some of my favorite online stores anymore (I used to order from Sephora weekly and they're now losing my business because of this trash delivery service they use), because some of them, for some unknown reason, use Ontrac.
If you see that Ontrac is delivering your package, set expectations very low. In fact, just assumes it's not coming and you're going to have to wait at least an extra week for the company you ordered from to replace your order (and sometimes that won't come either).

I wish I would have known about Oncrap BEFORE I experienced this! I placed my order with Victoria Secret, all was well. Normally, shipments with them doesnt take that long so I thought that I'd give them a call and check on the status. Come to find out-the item was delivered on the eleventh of this month, at a time when I was at home! I never received a knock on the door, doorbell ring, window knock-nada! I called their customer service line and supposedly they're going to be "checking on it" but after reading everyone else's review-I shouldn't be expecting much which is why I am going to exhaust every single ounce of my energy doing what I can to get retribution! They need to know that they can't screw over us all like this and get away with it!
