I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
Listen I'm not one to write bad reviews but these idiots TOLD me two days in a ROW that my package would be here. IT NEVER $#*!ING CAME. On top of they they will NOT leave the package without a signature. Well I'm $#*!ing sorry, since when did the customer have to kiss the $#*!ing $#*! of the worker?!?! Then when I tried to call them to see what's up with the package it took 35 minutes to even get a hold of someone! DO NOT EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Worst damn experience ever.

This company I believe that they steal everything and trick that package will delivery is on the way but is not true they should reported by police and investigate that company I order some stuff from fashion nova I should get my package dec 14 but they said delayed since I haven't heard nothing from them
In the past year, ONTRAC has lost, or misdelivered half of the packages shipped with them. The ones that were delivered were dumped in the entryway of my apartment building in the middle of the night. I no longer order from companies that use them, and I let the companies know why.
OnTrack is the worst ever! Does ANYONE hold them accountable? Why big stores are using them? At least five packages are missing. Then, they are lying that the packages were delivered when they weren't. I am waiting for many packages that they are claiming as "delayed", and then "lost" and then "Delivered". I am suspecting those people to stealing the packages! Some of my packages were having expensive items. I called them many times and notified the stores to not use them! SOMETHING MUST BE DONE! I am going to the news and reporters because they MUST BE STOPPED. Someone must investigate them. For a long time now, I am receiving information that delivery is delayed but then, packages are missing or not delivered.
This company must have finally got the message with all the one-star reviews including my own. They no longer are leaving packages in my driveway and deliver on time. Hope this continues!
This company went above and beyond to find a lost package! The driver came to my house and found where he left it on his day off and put in correct location! What a wonderful delivery service.
I received notification that my package was delivered to my front door on August 30,2021at 8:44 AM. There was no package and, I contacted the company. I was told that their GPS showed the driver had delivered and that I should contact the company I purchased the item from. I did so but was told to recontact OnTrac who could not/would not help. So now, because I purchased this with a Capitol One card I have to write to them and explain what happened. Cap One apparently does not have an online complaint form. Neither GraceAllure nor OnTrac was helpful and I am out $129.00. They have no front door picture like Amazon does. VERY disappointed.
I've many delayed encounters with On Trac…just recently the worst I've ever experienced. Placed my actual order with Temu February 2,2024, after payment is processed Temu then ships out products, normal time frame usually 7-8 days which is expected coming from out the country. Once On Trac received the package it's all in there hands.I continued getting delays with my package just sitting in Ohio for two weeks…no kidding…next thing I get a second delay which the package in Romulus, Michigan and yes my package was sitting there not budging for almost two weeks. I continued reaching out to customers service at least 5-6 times and no courtesy to respond back. I then tried the chat just to keep shooting me the tracking info I already have. I had to rudely inform them to stop sending me the damn tracking info especially if my package has not moved in weeks. I'm then to they need to investigate and takes two business days, this was on a Friday which will be Tuesday I should hear from them…of course they did not contact me, I reached back out to them Thursday…nothing again. Thursday afternoon I filed a formal complaint against On Trac….was emailed from them they do not know where the package is and for r to contact the sender/seller…crock of bull, they were not aware I was keeping Temu update since all began…Temu suggested I can remove this transit company from further deliveries in the future. Totally agreed to that and this company will only be used as a backup if the other two companies are not able to do the shipping….Today February 23,2024 they had the nerve to send a email indicating my package was out for delivery…some bull…hours later get another stating package is delivered. This one small package took almost a month with jumping hoops, inconsideration of customers.

Orders something through Hot Topic. Got an email on 07-09-2023 saying it arrived. I got home and it was not at my door or in my mailbox. I checked the tracking number and it was through this company. I am not familiar with OnTrac or laser shop. There's a signature that does not belong to me. I don't know who it is if it's the driver's or whoever they gave it to. Hot Topic website's says they deliver through USPS. This is the first time I've had a package not be delivered to my apartment. I've never had an issue with my package being stolen. I live in a quiet building with older people and we all keep to ourselves so I knew it didn't arrive. I sent an email to the customer service with OnTrac and they said they would reach out in 2 business days to conduct an investigation. They said if it package didn't show up to contact my seller. No one reached out to me and it had to take talking through their chat line to get a response. They can't find anything and are not able to access any photos or videos. Makes no sense. They can't even tell me whose signature this is. They can't give me a name as to who's in charge or provide me a number. I don't know why Hot Topic has decided to go with this carrier. Almost makes me think I got scammed and didn't click on the right website. Even though I did. I guess before you order something just check to make sure what shipping company the company is using. Or have it sent to their store.

They have lost 8 out of ten packages they have handled for me and the latest one has been sitting at their warehouse for a week now. I would not use them even if it was free not worth the effort.
I ordered a Brita Water Filter Pitcher and I got an email that stated it was delivered. I have a home office and sit next to the door - there was NO package delivered to my door! I called the seller and they had me contact Ontrac - Ontrac stated that the driver marked it delivered and that I needed to contact the seller. So not I'm out $32! In the future I will make sure that I NEVER do business with a company that ships through Ontrac!
This is the absolute worst delivery service. They shouldn't even be called a delivery service because when they are involved, my packages NEVER arrive. I honestly don't know how they are still in business and I wish I knew ahead of time the companies who ship with them because I would not order from that company. 2 packages that were shipped to me this week that were supposed to be delivered by OnTrac NEVER MADE IT. I can't think of an OnTrac delivery I HAVEN'T had an issue with. Horrible horrible horrible. Please just shut down your business, you f*cking suck.

Sephora used them to ship my order and I get free 2 day shipping, the order was place March 7th and OnTrac had no shipping updates until it said “delivered” 12 days later but my package was no where to be found.
I had placed a $70 order on 9/24/23 and knowing me I like to make sure my package is moving so I check it everyday making sure I keep track of it but on 9/27/23 it stopped and everyday after I've been hopping it'll move but nope it was supposed to be delivered 10/05/23 but it hasn't it's about to be 10/07/23 and the location is still in the same spot sense 9/27/23 I contacted the people I ordered from and all they can offer me was my refund I'm so upset with this I've never had bad luck with my online ordering and I can say I'll never go through ONTRAC ever again SMH
Whenever I purchased stuff from Walmart, they usually shipped them by OnTrac. And 8 out of 10, delivery was delayed, the packages were damaged, and worst of all, they would leave the packages outside my apartment building RIGHT ON THE STREET to be stolen. They would just dump it there and I never received those packages. Not just once or twice, but MOST OF THE TIME. I've called OnTrac about this issue a few times, and they just said they would report it. I contacted Walmart about this and begged them not to ship my items by OnTrac. After reporting this same ol' problem to Walmart numerous times over the last few years, I started receiving my items from FedEx or USPS. Thank GOD! I haven't had any issues with them whatsoever.
The worst company ever. Do not use them. Customer service, not responsive, hanging up and over all there is no communication. They told me my stuff is delivered. It was not. Avoid them if you can.
The package with my order is missing. The tracking number said that the package was delivered at MIDNIGHT on Monday the 28th however, I never got the package. After submitting three inquiries to ontrac.com and not able to get any assistance there I contacted Columbia and this agent wasn't helpful at all. He gave me the phone number to contact ontrac directly *******5000 to orchestrate the delivery. However, that number is no longer even valid… yet I'm still missing the package and that was ordered for my husband birthday this weekend. When I order online from Walmart they use Ontrac to deliver. I live in a large building; I post signs on my door with smiley faces that say Deliveries... Please don't forget to ring the bell and knock, thank you and have an awesome day". FedEx, UPS, Amazon Prime, USPS and Santa Claus's Grandfather does it but does Ontrac do it? NO! What Ontrac does do is throw/drop packages. This is the only way I know they delivered is when I hear a big "Thump". They are just plain "trifling; def: lacking in significance or solid worth: lazy". Even though I have complained to Ontrac and Walmart customer service, the drivers keep doing the same old thing because they just don't care! Maybe they are just getting paid $2.50 an hour and they are mad so they take it out on the customer! I know they have to be able to read the signs I have posted on my door in order to be employed! So, I have no choice but to stop ordering from Walmart online. Target cost a little more but, I think as far as customer satisfaction they will be more "sophisticated"! (you get what you pay for)

They said they had been trying to deliver 3 times, yet no door was knocked and no doorbell was rung. I live in a 300sqft studio, if you knock or ring the doorbell, I will hear it. I cancelled 3 appts to be home to receive my package and it never showed up. They said it was delivered to the LOBBY/MAIN RECEPTION area... except I don't live in a building where there is a lobby. My door is to the outside of the building. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?!? Not the first time they lost my package either. Customer service was helpful though, she listened and opened an investigation for me and now I'm getting a refund. I wish I had my items though..
We receive shipped packages daily. FEDX, UPS, USPS, no problems. ONTRAC? If the package is lucky enough to arrive, it is thrown out on the main highway. Ontrac drivers do not deliver to the property address, simply pull off highway and throw shipments out onto the side of the road at the entrance to our main road. Had valuable shipments NEVER even arrive, sent in complaint to Ontrac, no reply except for automated reply referring you back to the vendor. It happens too often that if valuable electronics are shipped, the driver obviously pockets the load and files it as "delivered", when the package is of no interest, they simply fling it out onto the highway and the goods/packages are ALWAYS damaged. This is the WORST shipper out there. I am contacting ALL of out vendors and asking them NOT to use Ontrac!
My package was supposed to be delivered on Thursday; OnTrac said it was delayed and would be delivered on Friday by end of business day. By 2 a.m. I sent OnTrac a message asking where my package was. I had no response. I tried again the next day and still no response! Finally I called Wal-Mart, the shipper, they apologized & sent a replacement due to be delivered on Monday. On Sunday my original package was delivered, tattered and practically open, but delivered! However the lazy $#*! driver could not be bothered to take the light but bulky package to my door; he left it in my driveway! Monday came and went; No replacement package! Late Monday it too showed delayed, after showing out for delivery earlier that day, 10:30 a.m.! Today, Tuesday the replacement package was delivered, at least it was not falling apart! However the same lazy $#*! driver left my package in the driveway, AGAIN! What does "Deliver To The Front Door" on the instructions does he not understand! We are a disabled elderly couple, we need our packages delivered to the front door!
Omg I can't believe legit company's still use these losers, I had one guy open his car door while I was standing there, throw the package on the ground and told me to pick it up! This time I'm still waiting on it was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago worst and I mean WORST delivery company ever!
