I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
Apparently they merged with lasership which also has a one star rating! I'm afraid to order anything online now. I don't know how they stay in business

Ordered equipment through REI.com over Memorial Day Weekend (to utilize the sale they were running).
Order ended up being 3 separate packages: first was never received, OnTrac basically disavowed all responsibility. Immediately after I found out about this, I advised neighbors of impending arrival, just in case. Good thing I did, because neither of the last 2 were dropped off at my address either: BOTH were dropped at adjacent/neighboring houses (one on either side of my house).
Complaint was filed, and again ignored.
DO NOT SHIP THROUGH ONTRAC!

Website service offerings are a wishlist. Don't expect any action on address changes or shipment refusals it's all about getting paid for the shipment.

What was a two-delay is now a three-day delay. Tracking still reflecting that I'll get my package today. Representative said it will be delivered tomorrow. Subpar service.
Had two orders with them last week from Walmart. Both delivery people were polite and respectful. My order artived on time and undamaged. No issues here!
Package has been sitting in the destination city warehouse for over a week because these idiots can't find the delivery address. Funny, Amazon finds it every time.
Sunbasket fresh raw food (incl meat and fish!) kept getting delay notices and then, on the third day (probably mostly spoiled by now) SAID DELIVERED BUT DID NOT!
We have a family dinner pattern and when the groceries from Sunbasket didn't arrive, we had no obvious alternative and had to eat out (less healthy and more $$).
Shame on the companies who contract with OnTrac for this kind of terrible service.
So far so good! I've made several purchases with Victoria Secret not realizing OnTrac had so much negative reviews. Since my first purchase till my last about a week good ago, I've had no complaints. I however recently experienced a delay with a package which makes me think if I'll get it. VS has done a replacement however I do have high hopes with a little anxiety that they'll pull through as the agent I chatted promises about delivery delayed for another day or two and I'll be able to return the replacement. I feel bad for everyone who thus far has been having bad experiences with this company. I am however grateful and happy my experience has been positive! With so many negative reviews however I do wish that they look over their errs and fix them so that they can have happy customers and better experiences!
Edit: About my VS package- Delayed delivery then claimed package delivered at front door, no pics, no package, now I can say I've gotten an issue- Had high hopes but it made me disappointed. Other packages arrived great and safe, one just didn't!

Package was supposedly delivered on 09/15@ 11:09AM. No package so reached out to both Fashion Nova and Lasership, which by the way have HORRIBLE customer service.
Police are now involved and video of my lobby area was checked. Lasership NEVER showed up
Absolutely the worst delivery service out there. Unfortunately all the big companies are using them because everyone is ordering 24/7/365 and wants their stuff TOMORROW. I'm the manager of several small apartment buildings and their delivery people NEVER bring the package to the door. They just throw it on the floor of the lobby by the front door. We have then recorded on camera every time. They don't even bother to step inside... just toss them through the opened door. Doesn't matter if it's coming from Amazon or another company. I have called numerous times over the past 3 years and despite promises to change they never have. Their employees don't have uniforms or labeled trucks, so most of the time you don't even know who they are. I've actually caught them dropping the packages and running and confronted them, only to get lies about not having access (once you're inside the building there's an elevator to all 3 floors) or that it's not required (it is by every company their delivering for). To cover their asses they mark "package left in mail room" (we don't have one) or "left at front door," an obvious lie. Their owners care only about making big profits and hire crap employees who are untrained and don't care. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I was told my package was delivered today, i checked outside my apartment and nothing no box, Saturday they dumped my box in the lobby where anyone could take it. I ordered my package on the 7th it said it will be here on the 9th, today is the 15th! Ever since the 9th it's been saying "Will deliver on next business day" I checked the status yesterday and it said "Out for delivery" but never came! It still says that and it's 4:17 am in the morning! I DO NOT request this wack $#*! delivery! I just want my package! I'm I'm Los Angeles and my package came from Compton so it should never take this long. Compton is not far at all so I do not understand!
I purchased pantry items from Target.com and OnTrac was selected (by Target) as the delivery service. I had purchased cans of soup and dry food items. OnTrac delivered my items. The box had been ripped open and badly damaged. Two cans of soup had been opened and their contents poured over my other items. The box was dripping with soup. The driver left the disgusting box on my porch. He did not ring my doorbell, but fled. My security camera captured the delivery. I also opened the door in a matter of a couple of minutes of the delivery. This had to have been maliciously done. Why would anyone deliver a box in this condition?! The driver was wearing long shorts, a t-shirt, and slides. He looked completely unprofessional. I had to throw away the entire box and hose off my porch. I immediately called Target.com and sent pictures of the disgusting wasteful mess. I was issued a refund. I also called OnTrac. I was supposed to receive a call from a manager within 48 hours. Well, here it is four days later and no call. Going forward, I will refuse to order from any merchant who uses OnTrac as a delivery service. I have had other issues with OnTrac in the past, but this is the worst! They need to go out of business!
A few days ago I ordered some vitamins I urgently need. The vitamins are coming from California (I live in California) yet they've been taking days to ship with expedited shipping. What? A package from within the same state should take 1-2 days at max without expedited shipping. Terrible generic shipping company this is. I'm sitting here suffering from my deficiency while my supplements are being delivered by a snail. I give this company credit for being extremely cheap (I only paid $1 for shipping) but in a world where One Day Shipping is becoming the norm, taking half a week to deliver a small package from a few hours away WITH expedited shipping just doesn't fly. Economy shipping in China goes faster than this. I highly recommend that any company who uses this service, switch right away. You will most certainly lose business this way. If I didn't really need these specific vitamins, I'd be taking my business elsewhere. I've been waiting 10 hours since it's said my package is "Out for delivery" in my city and it's still not here. At this point, I'm just hoping my package comes in one piece.

I don't normally leave reviews but I just think everyone should no NOT to trust this company. They have completely ruined my trip I ordered a bunch of things (including a birthday present) there has been NO UPDATE IN 4 days! And I leave tomorrow so I get to go on my friends birthday trip with no $#*!ing present! I'm so so disappointed thanks OnTrac for ruining my vacation, y'all suck!

Listen I'm not one to write bad reviews but these idiots TOLD me two days in a ROW that my package would be here. IT NEVER $#*!ING CAME. On top of they they will NOT leave the package without a signature. Well I'm $#*!ing sorry, since when did the customer have to kiss the $#*!ing $#*! of the worker?!?! Then when I tried to call them to see what's up with the package it took 35 minutes to even get a hold of someone! DO NOT EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Worst damn experience ever.
