I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
My package sat outside in the snow for 2 weeks while I was on vacation because OnTrac delivered my package late. When I reached out for help regarding my order nobody responded. They let my package sit in their facility for a week without shipping it from the warehouse.
Ontrac claims they delivered my packages but the photo isn't of my apartment door or the mailboxes. I have no idea where my packages were left or who has them and the company I purchased the items from will not give me a refund or do a reshipment. Ontrac also won't do anything.
This must be the worse delivery service ever. They are delivering for Amazon, FragranceNet, Walmart.com and others. They are the worse. They cannot deliver on time. They don't follow delivery instructions. Their customer service doesn't care if they don't get your package or not. No way to speak to a person. I will not use another company that insist on using them to get my package to me. DO NOT USE THEM

I've recently ordered a package from Adidas the package was supposed to be delivered to me at my apartment door, but instead my package was left in the lobby with a picture stating delivered, shortly later in the evening the package was then stolen. What's is crazy about the incident was that I was home the whole weekend during this time. They delivery work are lazy and there's no one from the company to speak with. This company should be out of business ASAP.
I had two different orders that were supposed to be delivered by OnTrac. I didn't receive either item after having to wait multiple days where they marked there was an Exception due to weather on the tracking report even though there was absolutely no bad weather in my area. One package was marked as undeliverable and one was marked as delivered with no photo or description of where item was left. Absolute liars and no accountability or care that packages have gone missing. Now if I see that a company uses this delivery service I won't make any purchases with them.
How this company stays in business if beyond me. The fact that it is impossible to speak to a live person speaks volumes. Unfortunately, in most cases, customers have no control with who a company uses as a shipper, but it will certainly be a deciding factor on ever ordering from the company who uses them. AVOID these people whenever possible

Continually stating that they were unable to deliver even though I work from home and there are no security hazards. I checked my cameras and no one drove by during attempted deliveries. I was even outside my house this morning during a so called "attempted delivery" and saw no one drive down the street even. The customer service is completely unhelpful.

I have had four packages lost by OnTrac in the past 3 months. Sometimes I get notified they need more information, which I provide, and other times it is returned to seller with no notification. My building gets daily deliveries from multiple carriers and no one else has these issues. There is a call box at my apartment and a driver from OnTrac has never attempted to use it for deliveries even with clear directions. Their customer service is not helpful.
I keep having issues with this delivery service! I will no longer order from companies that use this courier because the csr stinks and I do believe that 1. They are not live agents or 2. They are based in other countries.
I hate for it to come to this point because I order from Fab__ tics and Sa__ge XF__ ty a lot but keep having issues with my packages being delivered.

The latest screw up by Ontrac. My apartment number is 1301, they delivered to 1113. I told them they delivered to the wrong apartment and that when I went to get the package it was not there. They responded with it was delivered correctly after they "investigated". I sent them a picture (included with this post) and all they did is a canned apology. I explained this to the vendor I buy various products from and they removed Ontrac/lasership as a delivery option from my account.

If I could rate ontrac zero stars I would and the reason being is simple, their delivery drivers are horrible, rude, and are ignorant when it comes to handles other people's packages. I have unfortunately had to have multiple deliveries that have been delivered by them and every single time the idiots either throw my packages or slide them half way across my front porch! If this is how you handle potentially breakable stuff then you need to be retrained or terminated! It is very irritating since some of the companies I buy from ship the cheapest way possible so I have no choice but to have these bozos dropping off my merchandise. Honestly you are better off finding a company that actually cares about your packages and doesn't throw them. Ontrac sucks!

I wish retailers would stop using this vendor, I've had multiple items from various companies use OnTrac and every time there has been an issue. Inaccurate delivery estimates. A day or so delayed can be understandable, but twice now I've watched an update of "delayed" for more than 2 calendar weeks. All but one delivery has been delivered in my yard or places off my property - I live in a normal area with no gate or delivery obstacles. Their customer service is not very helpful as they simply tell me to wait two more days every time I call. They have stated there are delivery updates that I somehow do not have visibility into when checking tracking, both before and after delivery. I'm not calling them liars but I am stating there are clear differences in what OnTrac sees vs. what their customers see when tracking shipments.
Used tracking to see where/when package would be delivered. Waited a full Saturday, said out for delivery by end of day. No truck/package showed up. F*&^ U ontrac. After looking at your reviews, I'm sure this zero star (if that were an option) means nothing to you. Just tell the truth, say it's going to be another day or three and you might get at least a two star review, Stupid. Don't know how you stay in business.
Temperature sensitive diabetic supplies delivered to wrong house in 120 degree Arizona weather and left in sun. I found package after driving around the neighborhood. Happened twice. Absolutely no excuse for this sloppiness
The worst courier service. Rather deal with United States Post Office. I have ordered from two different sellers ( Asos, Sephora) and both times these clowns returned my packages with the excuse that they were "unable to deliver because business was closed". I live in a 100% residential area. Plus I'm retired and was at home during their "attempts". Customer service is a joke. Supervisor was to call me within 2 hours. Never called. I'm hoping that Asos, Sephora and any other large company gets enough complaints that they get rid of them and this business is "closed"!
Yesterday, Labor Day my Baseball bat never came, just the box. If someone stole it they would have taken the whole box. My order was delivered empty and opened on one end. Box was not even laid down. Standing straight up. Usually I get a picture of my delivery. Didn't even receive that. Thank God Amazon refunded me, but this is not right with your delivery system.
I had a bath and body package that I ordered around Christmas and I got a notification that it was delivered so I immediately go outside and there is no delivery or driver in sight. I asked my neighbor in the front to show me ring footage and no one even set foot on the property. When I contacted the company, they claimed that they would investigate but I never heard anything back from them. Bath & body ended up having to refund my money because the items I ordered were now out of stock. If you go to the Instagram, you'll see nothing but complaints. We need to look into doing a class action suit against this business.

The worst shipping company out there. I ordered a laptop 4/17 and the date it should have arrived was 4/20 now it's 4/23 and had no updates. I sent multiple emails and only got automated responses, horrible customer service. Turns out my laptop went "missing" but it was probably stolen based on the track record of this horrendous company. They also take no responsibility for their actions making you call the vendor you bought from. Thank you to Best Buy for offering me a replacement but never use OnTrac if you can. I hope this company goes out of business or receives a lawsuit. 0/5 stars

Sometimes I can speak to a representative. Other times, I'm given a vague, automated shipment update and am hung up on. Packages not on time, representatives don't care, constant "mis-sorting" of packages. Last package went to Seattle by my mistake. I'm in Santa Barbara- was shipped from Vegas. I'm not sure why companies use them. They're the worst!

Multiple items lost. Packages show "delivered" but the surveillance camera in our building's mail room does not show a driver delivering. Customer service always promises an investigation but nothing ever comes of it. Had a $1200 appliance that never showed up. I went to their warehouse and they pulled up footage of my package being loaded onto their truck (box had a pic of the product on it) but my package never arrived. Recently a $500 order is lost, same story. Ontrac is a scam. Drivers are stealing packages with no accountability. They should be put out of business.
I Never received my package at my apartment because the delivery driver clearly didn't look at which number building it needed to be delivered to and he also didn't even bother to bring it inside the building which clearly shows from the photo the driver took of the package! Apparently us as customers need to be super clear about where we want a packages delivered in as much detail as possible!
