After reading so many negative reviews. I was extremely nervous about a package delivery first time order from a company first time ever getting from Ontrac. All of my fears were wrong, the package was delivered. Early goodwill still live earlier than promised. The driver carefully placed it did not throw it. It came in perfect, I give this company excellent ratings.
OnTrac picked up my package from Home Chef, according to their app. Never delivered, even after 5 days. Contacted their customer service through the app three times. Never received a response. Guess they ate my food rather than deliver it. Terrible from top down. They deserve negative stars, if that were a thing.
PACKAGES ALWAYS LATE, STEALS MONEY FROM ITS EMPLOYEES WITHOUT NO NOTICES, AND FIRES THEM AFTER TAKING MONEY ITS EMPLOYEES WORKED LONG HARD HOURS FOR. HAVE THE $#*!ING PROOF.

On two seperate occasions I have had a company use Ontrac. While waiting on these two separate occasions I get an email that package was attempted at 7pm both occasions it was the same time. I was here all day and all night. Plus I have security cameras like a majority of the human population. They were no where near my home. The first time I contacted the company about it they said there was something wrong with the address no there wasn't it was the right address. This time it was driver felt it was unsafe. Now I live out in the middle of nowhere what exactly was he feeling unsafe about a rapid animal. The dark? What exactly is so unsafe about where I live and the sad part this company used them again for three more packages I'm getting. I had to wait two additional days to get a package that I'm waiting for now. I told them if I get another attempted delivery and no one was here I'm contacting the BBB and also the news because the company is having these drivers lie about delivery how do you know they aren't taking missing packages. They were busted not being on my property twice. I still have the paperwork and the video of the days the liar said he was here. I can't stand a two bit liar. This company is a incompetent ran mess. You can't speak to anyone live I am disgusted with this company. They are a poor excuse for a shipping company. Is it the company lying or the driver. I wouldn't trust a driver working for me lying about deliveries. They are capable of much more if they are doing that's. Pathetic and sad. And there are honest people out there looking for work.

(sorry for righting a paragraph i just needed a feeling dump) I ordered $300 worth of stuff on SHEIN and it said it was delivered on the SHEIN app and OnTrac too but it didn't get it. So I'm like wondering where it is, and I'm so scared im not gonna get my package, because of the reviews. But $300 worth of stuff that was 19LBS i don't think they stole it but i could be wrong. And i hope they didnt place my order somewhere else. It said it was delivered to my city but i dont have it and they need to be out of buisness or something i need my $300 worth of stuff. NGL i have been crying for the last 30mins and im so very frustrated i hope i can find my package and stuff but if not, where gonna have problems. By the way, if you try and call them they are not gonna pick up it. When i tried calling it was like their phone line was down or something. But long story short, THIS COMANY IS SO BAD, I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL NOT BANKRUPT IF TRY TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The Spokane facility is ran by a primate that is throwing sht at the wall and hoping it sticks. They never have enough drivers, the drivers they do have are rude, will chuck packages from the road to the porch (most of the time they miss and they are lost in the bushes or hit the house or front windows). Sometimes they are in creepy pedo vans with blacked out windows that creep by at 11PM to throw a package at your house. Their customer service is the worst in the industry. If you are a large shipper with them, they are nice as can be and apologetic, will call out to the distribution center for you to find a lost package. If you are a customer, you get the big F-U from them, rude service, no compassion, and it isn't their fault, just ask them. They are currently holding TWO 47" televisions of mine hostage (the original and the replacement), three boxes of bedding from an entirely different vendor, nerf guns from yet another vendor, and a laptop from a different vendor. They have been in Spokane for over 14 days now.
I, for the life of me, can't figure out how this company has stayed in business as long as they have. Marty McFly shipping Pony Express would be faster!
This isn't a pandemic thing.
This is a NORMAL thing for OnTrac. We've been dealing with them from a vendor point of view for years now, and their service has always been crap.

I would never recommend using on track for delivering any packages I have had nothing but problems with them. I ordered a package in January about the first round the first January it is 1 February and I still don't have my package the tracking keep saying that it was delivered one day and then it was held up the next day then the next day and tells me it's on its way and then it tells me it's out for delivery and then it tells me it's stuck in another state it's not it's inconsistent and very frustrating I had the company I ordered from resend my package and they used on track again what a mistake and now I package is going to the same thing the first one did I don't have my first package I don't have my second package and I have two other packages held up at OnTrac from another shipper I'm very dissatisfied I have begged my merchant that I'm working with never sent my packages for you on track because I have had nothing but bad luck and be helpful if the tracking information was accurate but they are give me the runaround and I just don't think it's fair. I understand maybe one lost package but 4 lost packages that's ridiculous and this is over the course of a 30 day period.
