After reading so many negative reviews. I was extremely nervous about a package delivery first time order from a company first time ever getting from Ontrac. All of my fears were wrong, the package was delivered. Early goodwill still live earlier than promised. The driver carefully placed it did not throw it. It came in perfect, I give this company excellent ratings.
OnTrac picked up my package from Home Chef, according to their app. Never delivered, even after 5 days. Contacted their customer service through the app three times. Never received a response. Guess they ate my food rather than deliver it. Terrible from top down. They deserve negative stars, if that were a thing.
First it showed delivery delayed for days, then it showed delivered. Never received package worst service stay away from using them!

OnTrac is the worst shipping company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I placed an order the morning of 9-1. Tracking information showed the order out for delivery on 9-3. The order never arrived. When I inquired about it, I was told that the truck was too full and they couldn't deliver all the items. They tried delivering it on 9-6, but did not have the gate code required. Rather than call and ask for the code, they took the package back to the facility. They have a section on their tracking page to enter needed information, like gate codes. I entered the needed information using this feature once on two different days, but it made no difference. My package continued to sit in their facility. The third day I called and spoke to someone about the situation. I verbally gave them the gate code, which they said they forwarded to the facility housing the package and that the item would be delivered the following day. The next day the package was still not showing as being out for delivery, despite the "expected delivery" being end of day that day. I tried using the "Live Chat" feature of their website to no avail. It did not work. I called every day regarding the status of the package and continued to be told that it would be delivered that day. Yesterday, when it still had not been delivered I called in the evening and was told that despite being told earlier in the day that my package would arrive that day, the customer service rep initiated an investigation as to why my package was not being delivered. So, after everything I had already been through with their company, the customer service rep could not even be honest with me about what was really happening with my package. My package needed to travel 367 miles. I ordered it on 9-1 and as of 9-11, my package is still sitting in their facility. I don't expect to ever receive it.

Idiot delivery driver set the package in them middle of the driveway IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE DOOR. My girlfriend almost ran over $500 worth of graphics cards. These guys are awful.

HORRIBLE delivery service. If I could give it 0 stars I would. There's been like 3-4 times I order from different companies or stores that use OnTrac for their shipping/delivery method and it's always been horrible. They NEVER deliver on time, they don't even deliver by the "late date", they don't give updates and if they do they are never accurate, they aren't even competent enough to ship from less than 20 miles literally from Compton to Los Angeles and they aren't even capable of doing that. They assure you they will deliver the next day or within a short amount of time and these 4 times I've ordered it's ALWAYS been horrible, they one time lied that they did leave the package because the delivery person confirmed it, but coincidentally the next day someone comes and just throws it over my gate and takes off very quickly... I was so upset, and I recently ordered from Best Buy and unfortunately on trac was the one delivering it and YET AGAIN horrible service, no updates, extra late date times, not to mention the packages have always been damaged... it really makes me not wanna order from any company shipping with on trac, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I ordered four tires from the Tire Rack on Aug 25. This should have been simple a simple transaction, ship from Reno NV to Rosamond CA. After the tires failed to arrive, I called On Trac customer service. The On Trac representative said On Trac had never received the shipment from Tire Rack (this was incorrect). I later found out On Trac had mis-sorted the four tires and sent one to Boise. The other three arrived in Rosamond CA a day later than expected. The fourth tire is still in Boise ID.
This is not the my first bad experience with On Trac.
In the future, I will request shipping with a carrier other than On Trac.

Worst delivery company EVER. Amazon has used them 7 times to "deliver" to my home. Two items never arrived--"lost in transit"--and the other 5 times the item arrived days later. NOT ONE ON-TIME DELIVERY TO ME. OnTrac's website always shows the same thing: that the package was delivered to OnTrac's holding facility near my house, on the day after I placed my order, that it will be delivered later that day, yet it never arrives on time. Here is one example of an item that was supposed to arrive on Tuesday (this is from Amazon's website): "Now expected by Saturday We're sorry your package is late We're working with the carrier to get your package back on track, and we'll let you know when your package is out for delivery. Please come back Sunday if you still don't have it and we'll help you out." Was expected Tuesday, July 3 Finally, I called Amazon and told them to "deprioritize" OnTrac. In other words, Amazon will use UPS, Fedex, and pretty much any other delivery company. You CAN demand that companies like Amazon not use OnTrac. DON'T EVER USE "OnCrap" and insist that companies you deal with NEVER use them.
