After reading so many negative reviews. I was extremely nervous about a package delivery first time order from a company first time ever getting from Ontrac. All of my fears were wrong, the package was delivered. Early goodwill still live earlier than promised. The driver carefully placed it did not throw it. It came in perfect, I give this company excellent ratings.

OnTrac picked up my package from Home Chef, according to their app. Never delivered, even after 5 days. Contacted their customer service through the app three times. Never received a response. Guess they ate my food rather than deliver it. Terrible from top down. They deserve negative stars, if that were a thing.

There is no even one package i received from ontrac because their drivers do steal my orders all the time.

My item was shuffled back-and-forth between several locations for 10 days, and never arrived. HORRID!

I never received the items I ordered. My order was shuffled back-and-forth between different stations and never arrived. It took 10 days of not getting it after making many calls. The item was finally returned to the sender. So I didn’t get a chance to use anything. I ordered printer cartridges, and since I was out of ink, I wasn’t able to print for 10 days. I ordered the product from Best Buy and they are now using a different carrier to resend the item that I didn’t get from ontrac - the worst carrier I’ve ever dealt with.

This is a logistics company that can't seem to figure out their own demands so I wouldn't trust your shipping needs to them.
I have had 6-7 Ontrac shipments int he past 6 months or so. I receive 7-10 deliveries per week overall so only a small percentage are Ontrac. However, I have had problems with Ontrac on 4 shipments in this time. One package was scanned delivered but didn't show up so I called. Service told me it was with the driver and would be delivered within the hour. It was but NO ONE could answer why it was scanned delivered almost 2 hours before it actually was delivered. Most calls to them are for this, their online "tracking" system, isn't tracking anything. This weeks trouble was blamed on holiday demand causing delays. First - how is this not something you're anticipating? Overnight deliver is now 5 full days delayed for a total of 10 hours drive time distance from California to Utah. Second - each day it say will deliver today, then at 11:30pm it changes to the next day. No reason, no confidence in the new date, just a "wish" date it guess. I'm sure they were busy, it took 4 calls over 24 hours to finally get someone on the phone. The answer I got, "we're sorry but the holiday shopping volume is causing some delays but your package is still in California. So in 6 days (4 business days) this package has gone NO WHERE and it's taken 6 days to get that information when online it says "delivering today" EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Knowing that every time I have called, it's always something "unexpected," at what point do you say this really isn't unexpected delays, it's a complete lack of care or interest in meeting the expectations of those receiving packages. This makes any company who SHIPS with Ontrac look as though they don't care either.

For the record - All 10+ deliveries of FedEx, UPS and Amazon during the same rush period have come exactly as expected. Happy Holidays!

I ordered a package of canned dog food. The day it was scheduled to arrive, the On Trac driver
Walked to my porch with the package and put it on the porch as expected. Then he turned and walked
Toward his car a short distance, turned around, looked at his notes, then he took the package away.
At some point, he told his team that he had been turned away at the door. Whether this was his
Experience at a prior house with the wrong address, or he lied about that regarding my delivery, I don't know. But I didn't turn him away, and didn't find out about this feigned delivery until I saw it on my
Security camera. I called On Trac and the package was going to be returned to the seller due to the
Comment that he had been turned away. Fortunately the seller, Chewy, had already shipped a
Replacement package, to be delivered to me in 1-2 days, and they had credited me enough to purchase some cans of food until my package arrived. My 3 dogs were depending on that package. Unfortunately, On Trac is also delivering the replacement package. ON TRAC PROVIDES EXCEPTIONALLY POOR SERVICE! I WOULD NEVER, GIVEN THE CHOICE, USE THEM AGAIN.
