I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
I have told them 5 times instructions on how and when to deliver the package to my place of work, and they have not followed instructions. This is unacceptable. It has been a week worth of time wasted. This company and their employees are disappointing to say the least.

There was no issue with the address I provided, however, they needed clarification. I emailed them twice with no response. Finally got a hold of them today via chat and they DISCARDED my package. $100 worth of merchandise and they just tossed it. 0/10 do not recommend.
Package delivered at the wrong address. Delivery personnel don't speak English. I doubt if he can read the shipping address. No live person to talk to on the phone, just text messages when filing a complaint. Even the customer services response through text messages doesn't read what I was texting. Very poor shipping company.
Never received my package after it said delivered. Got a ring camera and there was no attempt of them trying to deliver my package. It was part of my son Christmas and he was upset. They refuse to refund me and denied my claim saying there was nothing more they could do.
This package was a gift from my mom and now I have nothing to give to her. This is the second time they said they couldn't deliver and I have a 24 hour card that could take the packages so I think they're big liars.

Liars, still have nor received pkg. Was due to me few days ago, they keep giving me there is a delay waiting for it to arrive at facility...LIES it arrived there in doral on feb 7 2024. They either lost it or it was stolen. When i ever order from a company who uses Ontrac i will cancel order...customer service online chat is pitiful. This company needs to be closed FOREVER
After reading so many negative reviews. I was extremely nervous about a package delivery first time order from a company first time ever getting from Ontrac. All of my fears were wrong, the package was delivered. Early goodwill still live earlier than promised. The driver carefully placed it did not throw it. It came in perfect, I give this company excellent ratings.
OnTrac struggles with deliveries scheduled for my address. All packages are delivered a minimum of 20 feet from my front door or at the gate leading to my backyard, (exceeding100 feet from my front door). I have reached out to OnTrac over and over again without success. I recently communicating via text with *******136 without success. They have not responded to my 3 messages. I have provided "Ring" footage of the delivery person struggling to find the front door and received no response from OnTrac.
Based on my experience with onTrac I stopped doing business with Elemis, Saks Fifth Avenue & now Target if it involves using onTrac to delivery. Target had to delivery twice because first package was not received. My 2nd package I had my neighbor retrieve before someone took it.
I am going to follow up & write each company with this same information and ask that they reconsider using OnTrac as a delivery company.

Recently SHEIN has started to use OnTRAC for their tracking and it's horrible! Nothing shows on either end that it's out for delivery or delivered, and my package was supposed to be delivered TWO days ago! I ordered this over two weeks ago now
And yet ANOTHER dissatisfied customer! I got notified that a package was delivered. I never received it. The seller recommended I reach out to OnTrac directly. So, I did! Their response was that they have proof of delivery on THEIR site and I could go there to find it and they were now closing the case. In other words, screw you Miss Customer! I won't deal with Temu if this is who they are using. And I can't add photos of my product because I DIDN'T GET THE PRODUCT!

Very bad experience with the courier. They didn't really deliver my package and ended up as lost. Saw the tracker, they dropped my package somewhere which is not even near my shipping address. Checked the proof of delivery, they made up a name who received it. Please close your business you are the worst!

I thought it was just one of examples.but the delivery personnel in our area consistently leave our packages in the rain, tossed where we dont find it until days later or sitting on top.of our mailboxes where they are easily stolen. I have yet to get an on trac delivery to my front door. The last package was left in the rain and the contents got wet because when they tossed it out it must have broken open a bit. Just a total disregard for your purchase.

I am compelled to share my absolutely horrendous experience with OnTrac Delivery. Recently, they claimed to have delivered a package, but it was nowhere to be found. The level of incompetence displayed by this company is truly astonishing.
To add insult to injury, attempting to contact them has proven to be an exercise in futility. Their phone lines are perpetually busy, leaving customers without any chance of reaching a live person to address their concerns. It's as if they've designed their customer service to be intentionally unresponsive.
This blatant dishonesty and lack of accountability from OnTrac have left me thoroughly frustrated and disillusioned. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore alternative delivery options. This has been an utterly disappointing and infuriating ordeal.
Package will say delivered but never shows up. They are in the business of stealing packages. They never do anything to resolve this. I hope they get what's coming to them. They need shut down.
We had a little snow yesterday (we live in New England so they should be used to it) but I got a message last night saying incomplete address lol. I have cameras so these people never attempted to deliver my package and I live in a simple one story house on an easy to find street. These people have always been a joke and shouldn't blame their incompetence on the customer. What it should have said is "it snowed out and we can't function cause of it" don't blame your customers for your own problems. Everytime I see a package from Lasership/Ontrac I cringe.
I have to send a shout out to Anthony in charge of Brooklyn, NY *******, who delivered my package safely right outside my door. I went through hell trying to get it delivered! So shout out to Anthony!

The first package to receive through Ontrac was also delayed due to lack of delivery address when everything was correct on the seller's website. I spent days trying to communicate with an advisor via text message, who did not answer me, until luckily I arrived with a good, friendly advisor who took the time to help me and thanks to him my package arrived.

After order several packages from several companies during Christmas that deal with OnTrac, non of my packages got delivered after saying they had been. After several complaints to them they just ignored me. My security cameras showed that they either never showed at said time or they even showed up, forged my signature and took a pic of it at my door then left with my packages. I'd love this company to go under review and be shut down. They're the worst

I have received 4-5 deliveries from OnTrac in the past month. This past year I called and was lucky enough to reach a real person and they took down my information requesting that packages are put at the back of our porch (6 steps up and 3 steps to the back). In the past month, including yesterday, our packages come in the middle of the night, are THROWN onto our porch or placed in front of our closed garage door (luckily we didn't drive over them). What in the world is wrong with this company? Who trains these individuals? I wish I knew when ordered delivery which companies use them. I would NOT order delivery again from them. This product delivered yesterday could have broken easily. Thankfully it didn't break.

It is so sad to see how they handle their business. I don't know what they do with the packages they are supposed to deliver, but they don't deliver them. The saddest thing is that they write up in detail where they deliver packages, leaving the clients like me in disbelief. I was lucky enough to be refunded from the merchant, but using this carrier not only frustrates clients, but also costs merchants money as they need to refund us. Truly hard to believe they are still in business. I understand they are less costly than legit services like UPS, FedEx, USPS, but when it all sums us, refunds and frustrations, they actually cost more.
I ordered an item with of a value of $105 the initial shipping cost was $20 then they wanted another $100,for stamp and insurance and next day delivery then when I paid that they wanted another $150 and the package was to be delivered the next day but the next day they wanted another $250,for next day delivery it was then I decided not to keep paying for something I was apparently not going to get I would recommend not using this company for any thing they just take your money and not deliver your product

I've had no problems with onTrac. I place many online orders & the times that onTrac has delivered has been great! Delivery is on time, the boxes/pkgs are delivered with care in front of my door (which is where I want it), delivery person also rings the doorbell.

My package was sliced open half of my items removed then resealed with clear tape that was definitely not the tape used by the company I ordered from and there was some kind of scented oil spilled on my package.Temu's tape has Temu printed on it in orange you can clearly see that this is just clear tape with no writing! It's sickening to order things that you want/need and after waiting in anticipation for your items only to have them be stolen! I am pissed! Do better! Get the thieves out!
I had forgotten to add my apartment number to my shipping address. This was my first time hearing about OnTrac so i searched them and freaked out because it didn't seem very reliable based on reviews. I found the number to reach them through text and did so, not feeling too hopeful. They got back with me promptly and I did get my package in a timely manner! Very helpful.
If you have a problem because one of their drivers marked something as delivered which was not your out of luck getting any help from them. There is no phone number to speak with anyone, you can only send in a customer service request and hope that they reply in a couple days (probably with incorrect information and definitely with no further help).
