After reading so many negative reviews. I was extremely nervous about a package delivery first time order from a company first time ever getting from Ontrac. All of my fears were wrong, the package was delivered. Early goodwill still live earlier than promised. The driver carefully placed it did not throw it. It came in perfect, I give this company excellent ratings.
OnTrac picked up my package from Home Chef, according to their app. Never delivered, even after 5 days. Contacted their customer service through the app three times. Never received a response. Guess they ate my food rather than deliver it. Terrible from top down. They deserve negative stars, if that were a thing.

I ordered several items from temu, I didnt know it would be shipped by this company. Ive been waiting way longer then i should for my items and on the tracking thing is says they have attemped delievery but address was wrong.? I never even saw thier truck enter my parking lot and im a stay at home mom so id know...Where the hell is my package it says they are out for delivery today at 11 am its now 7 pm? How long does it take to deliever a one envelppe item?

I ordered holiday gifts for my nephew's in Colorado, I'm from California. I order approximately $130 bucks worth of merch from Tilly's clothing. I had no choice of shipping. So On Trac sends a text it delivered. I was on the phone with my sister at the time, I tell her hurry go get it. Nothing is there. I call On Trac they say prove it wasn't delivered. Call Tilly's it's their fault. WTF seriously ON TRAC YOU ARE HORRIBLE

If you are a shipper, please do NOT use this company to deliver your product. They either won't deliver it or it will arrive late. If you are a consumer who has purchased something and your product is being delivered by OnTrac... I'm so sorry.
Their customer service representatives are very nice but have no information at all. My package went "Out for Delivery" twice, then when I called to see what happened, they opened an "investigation". Apparently, the "driver couldn't find my address" though it's easily found through a quick Google search & the customer service representative found it immediately and send the driver/facility a map. Again, I had to reach out to get the information that the driver couldn't find my address. They didn't reach out to me to verify anything. I verified that the address they had on file was correct and nothing happened.
If you're incompetent enough to not be able to follow Google Maps, you shouldn't be on the road. I called after the status changed to "being held at the facility. Please contact us" to be told, "there are delays in your area and we are getting things out in the order they arrived -- just wait for it to update." My package was out on a delivery truck TWICE! My package has now been sitting in the facility (for no reason whatsoever) for days & who knows when it will arrive. Untrustworthy. Poor communication. Incompetent.

Paid for overnight shipping, was told & still am being told it was expected to be delivered 12/2 & i still have not seen my package & have been told an ETA at all when i've called customer service cause ONTRAC DOESNT RESPOND TO THEIR EMAILS OR ANSWER THEIR PHONE. Piece of $#*! company i hope it loses investors & shuts down. I don't know why these third party POS delivery services started up when fedex, UPS, & USPS are promising & adequate with delivery commitment times. F*ck off ontrac

I order my dogs kidney care food through Chewy so we don't have an option in which carrier we can use but every time we've had Ontrac, they've always disappoint me. They have been 1-2 days late than they said they were going to deliver so this time around I ordered it well before my dog ran out of food. Ordered it on the 11th and for four days in a row it says "in transit." Still have not received it. Every single day since, it has said "will be delivered by the end of today" then they don't update it until 6pm where they then say "will be delivered (tomorrow) by the end of the day." My dog's food is very rare as she is allergic to popular flavors like chicken and lamb AND it has to be science hill and for kidney care. There's barely any in stock in petsmart's in town (I'll be lucky if I find one can in the flavor she can have) but luckily this time, I was able to find a couple cans in stores while we wait for this package I just hope it's not baking in a truck all day long from these past four days. If I could, I would never use them.

Was reading all the bad reviews about ONTRAC and was scared and disappointed that the merchant I brought from used ONTRAC and was doubtful that I would not receive my package. I have received a thousand packages at my address, even from OnTrac. For some reason, all they do now is attempt delivery multiple times and text me the message:
"Hi, OnTrac was unable to deliver your. Please visit https://www.ontrac.com/track/[omitted for security reasons] for more info"
I contacted OnTrac customer service, who repeatedly requests the same information I already provided and then copy-pastes, "If that's all the assistance you need today." then disconnects me abruptly.
There have been 3 delivery attempts in 3 days thus far. I was there, waiting outside. Even my front guard said there were no delivery attempts all day from 6am in the morning. There were instructions provided to call me with any issues. I JUST received another cannot be delivered text, while sitting IN FRONT of the delivery address. The driver never came. Can somebody in a supervisory role assist me? Customer Service has been contacted 6 times and it has not helped. The seller and I don't know what to do. I can also provide photos of the redundent and unhelpful chat conversations if need be. I would happily increase my rating if this can be resolved.

We buy a lot of our supplies online. One supplier uses Ontrac and we are now going to be paying for our supplies to be shipped via FedEx. The driver flat refused to leave our package on our porch out of sight as he was leaving them on in plain view by the garage. When we asked him to leave them on the porch out of site, he replied we have a vicious dog. The dog is inside the house with a security storm door with bars & tempered glass. He does bark and look "mean" but he is a 3 year old GSD puppy and only wants to lick you to death. After that incident, he made another delivery and my husband went out and asked him again to please leave the packages out of site and he started yelling at my husband. My husband then told him he needed to get another job as he obviously does not like his job and he told my husband "I love my job but I HATE you". OMG who says that to another person! We then contacted our supplier and told them what happened as they are the only ones that can contract this so called company. They took everything down and forwarded it to their supply "people" to be reported to OnTrac. We then had one more package being delivered by this person and my husband went out to get the package and the man proceeded to tell my husband that everyone at OnTrac agreed with him that he did not have to put our packages out of site because we have a vicious dog in the house. WHAT A JOKE! We will not buy from a company that uses OnTrac as a carrier. They are rude and downright mean. The man made me feel very uncomforable & threatened.

Everytime! Not even the post office who was defunded is this slow! And what I hate is that it seems all my recent purchases use this damn shipping service. Everytime my package gets to Commerce CA my package ends up being "delayed" there for at least a week THE CITY IS LITERALLY 8 MILES FROM WHERE I LIVE! How how does this happen every time. I wish they'd go out of business.

HORRIBLE delivery driver. Home has a flat smooth cement walkway up to front door with covered porch. One step up to porch and also a handicap ramp next to it so 0 steps.
This driver left the package in the driveway during a rainstorm. There are numerous package thefts in the area. The package was out in a heavy rainstorm and not visible from the house. The only reason I knew a package was there was a neighbor driving by saw the box in the driveway being poured rain on. He walked it the additional 6 seconds up to the covered porch and knocked.
The Amazon deliveries make their drivers snap a photo of the package of where it is left and emailed to the recipient with an easy link to rate the driver. No such service is done by your company and due to that you have at least one driver that needs to be fired. I also notice this package was marked delivered to front door. This employee is lying about his work product.
Please let this turd of an employee go. Thank you.
That was the feedback obout the delivery I 'tried' to leave on their web site but guess what... the send message didn't work. Got a message there was an error and to click Send Message again. Over and over again. I even switched to a different web browser just in case issues with that and nope, same result. Originally I was thinking there was this one delivery driver who needed to be let go, come to find out that driver qualifies as Employee of the Month at this company.

Iv been following the app tracker, my pacage is coming fro. Over seas, on Monday my pacage arrives in my town and the app says out for delivery, it never arrives, app says that the store was closed on delivery attempt ( the store is open from 10:am to 10:pm) Tuesday the app says can't find address ( it is on a main road with a big sign on the stor front) Wednesday the app now says my pacage is in San Deago, CA ( I'm in Arizona) no real response from customer service can't reach anyone by phone just automated text messages that run in a loop. It's Thursday now and still no pacage!

I have a vitamin subscription and every month the On-Trac driver either throws my packages over the fence into dirt or leaves my gate wide open - apparently they don't train drivers how to open gates... or open AND THEN close gates? So this morning while sitting at my desk looking immediately at my gate, I see the driver open the gate, drop my package on my porch, then walk off and leave the gate open. So I ran outside to ask her nicely to close the gate (I have a dog who has gotten out twice now), and she starts screaming at me that it's too early in the morning (it was 10 a.m.) to put up with me, and I needed to grow up. Apparently she doesn't get paid to open AND close gates! So I called my vitamin subscription co and told them to change the delivery method or cancel my subscription - they changed to USPS. I REFUSE to do business with any company who ships via OnTrac. I've submitted at least 3 complaints over the past year and not once has anybody reached out to me, and nothing has changed about their service, so clearly they could care less about their drivers, the service they provide, or customer concerns. You try to call customer service and you will sit on hold for FOREVER - don't think they even have customer service. Truly horrible business-model here - no idea how they have survived this long. Boycott companies who use this business and let them know why! On-Trac needs to improve or get lost!

I hate this company! They are THE WORST shipper ever. Weather it is from Walmart or Amazon they either come 2 days late or deliver your package to someone else. I waited all day yesterday for my package and then they don't come. They wait until after 6 PM to let you know it is delayed. They do not tell you when it will be delivered. If you inquire they simply repeat the tracking that I can, and have, already checked. They DO NOT CARE... THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON WEEKENDS AND IF YOU LIVE IN A HIGH RISE THEY ARE TOO STUPID TO USE THE CALL BOX AND They LEAVE YOUR PACKAGE OUTSIDE ON THE DIRTY SIDEWALK FOR PEOPLE TO STEAL. I have had 6 out of 6 bad deliveries. They put $60 worth of my coffee outside and delivered blankets, I needed, to some one else without even trying to correct it and get them back from where they delivered it. Walmart uses them for items they don't have, but used to, at their store. I usually will not buy an item if it will be shipped from Nevada. ON TRAC SUCKS!

I don't if they only hire the most incompetent drivers or the most illiterate, laziest people, but... UUUggghhh. Left my 1st package AT THE GATE of a 200+ apartment complex. Ask me if I got it... 2nd package re-shipped from Chewy to replace the 1st. CALLED the company to ask them to MAKE SURE that their driver did there job and delivered the package to my DOOR. Hand to GOD, 5 mins later get a text from my apt off saying that I have a package at the office! Called Chewy back and told them that I will no longer be a customer and am closing my account with m due to this. It's the only way to guarantee that I will never have a deal with OnTrac again. They agreed to change my account to reflect to ONLY delivery my products via FedEx. So disgusted my OnTrac, I will probably still never order from Chewy again to be sure. Avoid this delivery company at ALL COST. They don't have a 1 star for nothing. Primarily, that's probably because you can't give less, they definitely earn it!

Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS! They not only lost a package that contained medical supplies, they gave me the run around for 3 days before admitting they lost it. This was the 2nd time I've had a shipper use this company and the 2nd time I've had issues. I can now see what they have such a a low rating as well as numerous BBB complaints.

One star is TOO MUCH. Minus one would be more accurate. I have a trial membership with Amazon Prime, and the very first order was mishandled by OnTrac, as well as the most recent--today. The drivers are lazy, incompetent, and liars. With the first delivery, the driver left my package at the management office, insisting I was not home, even though office personnel--who know me quite well--told her I had to be home because I do not travel in inclement weather. I was sitting inches away from the door, on my computer, monitoring tracking. LIAR. Then the most recent delivery fiasco... my package was scheduled for delivery yesterday and I sat here ALL DAY monitoring and waiting, only to learn there was an "issue" with my address, so they rescheduled for today but only AFTER I confirmed my address with OnTrac. They refused to accept Amazon's information. THIS time, the only way I even suspected my package may have been delivered is after hearing someone run up and then back down our outside metal stairs, and that's when I decided I'd better check tracking again. VOILA! It said my package was delivered, but at my "front door." It was NOT. The driver placed it against the wall next to my door. Oh, and of course, they NEVER answer their phones, but do say you can call(?) Really? I have asked Amazon to cancel my Prime membership if they cannot use a better carrier. Too old for this nonsense.

I submitted a complaint to the AZ Attorney General's Office due to being a victim of OnTrac's falsification of delivery for a non-delivered shipment. Victims of OnTrac's unlawful and deceptive actions can file a complaint with the Attorney General of their state. I am hopeful that a consumer law attorney will initiate a class action on behalf of the multiple victims of OnTrac's egregious business practices. BEWARE!

My second experience with OnTrac, and similar to the first. Unlike other major shippers there's no information on shipment progress. Other shippers post accurate information about shipment date, expected delivery date, and intermediate stops... etc. Phone call to customer service was useless. The person just read to me what I was reading on their website, which was not accurate on shipment date, no delivery date... nor any details. They have NO information about the progress of a shipment. The only feature that they offer is to let you know it was delivered. My first experience was I got a message saying my "shipment was left at the gate", and not at my front door as I requested. I have NO gate! I searched and found a box half buried in snow on the curb next to my driveway! No attempt to even knock on my door! OnTrac was chosen by the vendor I made a purchase from, but never was told the shipper until after ordering. So I partially blame that vendor for using OnTRac, rated among the worse by reviewers. Customer NO Service!
