I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.

This company is run by the most incompetent people i've had the displeasure of dealing with.
1. They have no phone support, you will spend days talking to a virtual agent who does nothing to help other than gaslight you.
2. The "specialist" support staff calls you to assure you, but its nothing but more gaslighting, but just in person.
They've failed to delivered 3 packages now to my address. And there is no way to talk to contact anyone directly. The online sellers use this service and as a customer i'm just a third party to onTrac, so i assume they don't GAF. So i'm here trying to raise public awareness and add to the million reviews already highlighting what a dumpster fire of a company it is.
Shame on you ontrac, and I feel sorry for everyone who happens to come in your way (both the sellers and their customers).

This is a delivery company, which doesn't delivery its products. They fail at their job.
My package which shipped out of Tennessee, was send to California. I live in Wisconsin. Then OnTrac messaged me saying there was a problem with the address and they needed an updated address or delivery instructions. All of my shipping information is correct, but I reverified it for them. Their customer service is a joke, its just a chat bot. They only way to get a human there is to call the Customer Service of the retailer you ordered through, and they can get an actual OnTrac representative, who with my experience is still less than helpful. If your package gets shipped by OnTrac, you might as well just file for a refund.
OnTrac delivered my package to another house as the "proof of delivery" proved. When I contacted their out of country costumer support, they said they were sorry and take it up with the seller. Absolutely awful service.

This driver had the nerve to urinate on the side of my trash dumpster then had the audacity to deliver my package to my door with the same hands he just touched his private part with. So disgusting and I will be reaching out to corporate.
3 TEMU PACKAGES in the past were stolen by Ontrac delivery people! So, I stop buying from TEMU, that was over a year ago, 2023. Then, start buying from TEMU this month, guess what, never learned my lesson. TEMU, shipped via ONtrac, your guessed good as mine. No Package, No Delivery, even do it stated out for delivery this morning. It's now 8:00 pm, and still No Package. It's so frustrating! I don't understand why Ontrac got away with this, should Business Bureau investigates their questionable business practice. Ontrac should be Closed.
The absolute worst delivery service company EVER.! They have now lost 3 packages with zero explanation except the packages just disappeared. I guess Houdini was brought back and performed his magic. Customer Support is useless. Poor pictures taken of package showing no background of delivery address and of course no package ever made the destination. When I reach out I receive several different excuses when the PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED AND NO VALID PROOF GIVEN. JUST A PICTURE OF THE SHIPPING LABEL ON THE PACKAGE. That is not proof of anything. The destination is a business with large very visible signs and delivery instructions were given for the driver. Waste of time to do that they don't follow the instructions at all. Thank you for being a complete useless delivery service that loses packages and does nothing to try and find them.
I have had two horrible experiences with OnTrac. The first one was about 3 months ago. I ordered from Temu and received a notice that my package was delivered. I go to the door and nothing. Pulled up the image and it was the correct door number, but the wrong sub-division. The picture had an orange door and my door was green. I visited the subdivision next to mine and left a message on their Ring Doorbell camera. That person ended up taking it to the office of my subdivision. Sooooo, flash forward to a week ago. I ordered boots from Shoe Dazzle. I work from home and got the pop up that my boots were delivered. I'm now living in a totally different subdivision as I moved in with my bf. Once again, I go to the door and nothing. I checked the image and it's my subdivision, but not my door. The person didn't even take a picture of the numbers on the door. My numbers are clearly shown as 3302. The picture where the package was dropped is taken off to the side. You can clearly see that the doors are different as the knobs are on the other side. I'm so sick of them. Even when you reach out with proof, all they say is that it has been delivered. I've gotten so frustrated. I called Shoe Dazzle and gave them the proof and was told that they would do a one time resend. Clearly this is not my fault and I specially asked that they NOT use Ontrac. However, I get an e-mail today to track my order and it's with Ontrac. I'm so mad at this point. I keep looking out of the window where my desk is to see if I see anyone wearing my boots. How horrible that someone would keep something that another person paid for. I bought them especially for an event and had to go find something else which was frustrating. With all of these bad reviews, why are companies still using them? Now I have to call Shoe Dazzle on my break and pull up the chat where I specially said do not ship using this method because I have no confidence that they are not stealing or just incompetent.

I honestly *never* leave reviews, but I'm hoping that by adding to the other thousands of one-star reviews here, this business will go underground - they certainly deserve it.
Awful customer service, terrible delivery options (or lack thereof), no communication. I could keep going, but frankly, I'm tired of wasting my time on OneTrac today. Somebody please replace this godawful company.

I had a package delivered, this week, that had been cut open! And items missing. Plastic bag package, not torn; but clean slice. My neighbor checked her Ring camera, and no one else had been in our doorways after delivery. I contacted On Trac through text option AND email. Provided the picture; and they won't take responsibility. So they are just letting their drivers steal, and won't do anything about it. TRASH COMPANY!

I ordered a small item to be delivered to my son for his first apartment. I checked the status of it on the website I had ordered it from only to find out it was being held for some reason. It was held in Reno for about 8 days despite my telling them repeatedly to deliver it to his address. They finally returned it to the sender. I only found out because again I checked the shipping status on the website I had ordered it from. They lack in communication. Extremely frustrating to say the least.
Worse damn delivery services. Couldn't even get my address right. They don't even have a live customer service agent to speak with. How you take my package to another address/zip? My first time having them deliver my package and I didn't receive my package in time for my event. My door is white. There is also no review space on their website.
They delivered my package to the wrong house which I was easily able to prove by showing them my house compared to their delivery picture. They refused to do anything to make it right and cheated me out of hundreds of dollars. Thieves and liars. The least trustworthy delivery service that exists

Second time they say they delivered my package and they never did. I think they are scammers stealing peoples packages. My ring camera does not show any delivery being made on the day they say they did.
The driver states the package was delivered to the front office receptionist I ran down as soon as I got the notification and was disappointed when the receptionist stated no packages were delivered. I immediately sent a message and basically got a response the driver dilvered contact the merchant case closed. The question was why not bring to the door of the person who ordered like fed ex and ups. So now I have to call the merchant so who looses money? Not sure who runs ONTRAC but this is terrible

I know I had a neighbor that drove for OnTrac and he was always coming home at lunch and lighting a bowl then going back out to deliver. I'm even more convinced that they are smoking pot as every time I get a package from them reeks of pot. They apparently are think it's okay to drive under the influence. Shame on them.
This company has to be the worst that exist. The delivered my package to God knows, which finally never got. Their customer service is also as terrible as the delivery drivers(they ignore your messages and never fix their $#*!). I hope people/retail companies stop using them
What is the point of allowing text notifications if I don't get any? I've had two pkgs stolen because I don't get the notifications nor do they even ring the doorbell.

Horrible business that delivers praying on their downfall my package has been being "delivered" for the last 3 weeks. I reached out multiple times but they don't answer they claim that they are the "fastest shippers in the u.s" but can't do anything right. STICK WITH USPS AND FEDEX! In the picture it says it was supposed to be delivered the 14th of march and it's 3 days later with no answers.

Package from Temu that already takes forever coming from China. After floating around in Memphis for 5 days it finally said it had been delivered AFTER I contacted them asking where is my package. It was never delivered. Three security cams prove no one came and delivered anything. They tell me nothing they can do, contact Temu. Horrible service.
They lied and said they delivered a package but the address was Whole Foods grocery,who did they leave it with a cashier! These people can't be trusted and they are working with Temu to steal from you, be aware and don't trust this company at all

The driver backed into my mailbox and got out of the car to look at the damage she did and got back into her car and left...with my dad in the driveway watching. I filed a claim that was denied after speaking to the driver, who lied! Know I'm stuck buying and replacing my mailbox and stand! What a horrible company!
Wish I could say 0/5. Company sent my package from Texas less than 100 mi from my house to Los Angeles California and then said they could not deliver it to me in "my area" in Texas and then said they did not have my address (that was on the package). Horrible company and customer service.
