When they decided again to delay my life needed medical supplies and only delivered immediately when I threatened them, they went too far!

Shame not only on them, but the companies that utilize them!

They pissed off the WRONG person...

I received an email delivery notice, and in moments went to the webpage and requested a do not deliver. It is offered right on their webpage. Noted that I didn't order from this company and the company won't take returns. It had just gotten picked up at the seller when I put the request in. Over a week later it shows up. For over 2 weeks I have been trying to get them to come pickup their mistake. No one will call, there is no phone number to call them, no drop off or any actual building to speak of and they are making up excuses, why it was delivered. Saying they did get my nonfiction until after it was delivered. Straight up lie. They will not make right on their mistake. UPS, Fed Ex and USPS are all 100 times better than this shady, back alley business. Good luck if you ever are crazy enough to use this company! I have no proof of purchase to attach because I did not order anything.

If ontrac is delivering your package plan on not receiving it... walmart uses them so they can compete with amazon and their delivery percentage for me has been a big fat zero... when they ship it fedex or ups it arrives and when they ship with ontrac it does not.

The address on package was the post office along with my box # driver at 6:30pm p.o. Is closed but the area w/ the boxes is still open so they go in this lobby area and proceed to leave my package somewhere in there. Somebody picked it up and it wasn't me, just how incompetent are there drivers, he/she must have known odds of me getting my package were slim to none. Thanks on trac you suck!

Seeing the delivery man throw my package at my door. I pick it up to find the box ripped open and the packing taken out. I guess he didn't care for my chargers. They were replaced into my box. I hope someone will look into this so no one is rippedoff

I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered from Home Depot on the 18th of Aug. And Ontrac
Received my packages in Boise on Aug. 21st. 5 days ago and will not give me a delivery date. They will not let me pick up my packages either.

I put time sensitive legal documents into the On Trac drop box for next day delivery. Not only were the documents not delivered, apparently On Trac doesn't even service that drop box. There was no indication on the drop box that it was out of service. I'd used it successfully in the past. When I called the staff was less than empathetic. They said they'd look into it and get back to me, probably not today.

They used to be good. I'll never use them again.

I still have no idea if I'll ever see those original documents again, and if so when.

They delivered my package to the wrong house twice. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but the driver took it to the wrong house and now they say they can't relocate it. They delivered it to my neighbors house who is known to steal things and haven stolen things from me in the past. They acted so nonchalant about it like it wasn't their problem. Horrible company. Don't ever buy anything from a place that uses ontrac they obviously hire drivers who have zero brain cells and don't know how to read addresses. If I could give them zero stars I would.

They never follow delivery instructions and lie as if they attempted to deliver but never do, the virtual assistant is trash when u try and put delivery instructions they claim they update it but never do

Honestky, I was worried about my shipment after reading the reviews on here. To my delight my experience was absolute perfection. Recieved package 3 days ahead of schedule. Perhaps most shipments have a positive outcome but people are less motivated to post when things go well. Food for thought.

It was the worst experience I ever had.
As I was reading reviews I saw that people complaining about the delay, my situation ended up to be much worse than a delay.
Ontrac delivery drivers left my package outside my appartment complex, just threw it on the road didn't even bother to enter the gates.
To say that I'm upset is to not say nothing.
This delivery company is a terrible mistake.

I have had on trac to deliver my packages and they are always late. When you report the problem to the on trac staff by computer, the packages still arrive about 5 days later. I hope on trac goes out of business and lets ups take over.

I've ordered from Amazon for more than ten years now. On the unlikely chance that OnTrac ends up being the carrier, I have a 20/80 chance of receiving my item on time, if at all. I won't order from a popular beef company out of Omaha for the fact that they ship via On Trac and won't offer another choice. I've dealt with many delivery companies in my years and how On Trac is still in business is beyond me.

They are the worst company ever. They lie and they just don't care. They should be shut down. All these high end companies can do better. They steal your stuff and say it's delivered and do nothing about it and they know it's happening and continue to allow it. Have your delivery people take pictures if it's actually being delivered. I have proof of nobody delivering anything at the time and place they say it was delivered and they still did nothing. That shows how much class they have. They CEO should be ashamed.

I received an email stating my package was delivered... NOT! I kept looking for it and never saw a delivery. The next day my neighbor 10 houses down came to my door with my package... the addresses were worlds apart. The driver was just plain LAZY!. I'm thankful that my neighbor was honest enough to return my package to me. When I complained to Ontrac all I got was "... sorry for the inconvenience", short and not sweet or sorry... I wrote back they need to retrain their delivery people and IMPROVE their service. I also let the company I purchased from that they need to use a different service in the near future. Ontrac SUCKS! I will NOT purchase from a company that uses them.

Absolutely bad service. They lost my package did not bother to contact me. I would try contacting them and they would hang up on me. After 2 months I have to drive to another city to pick up my package. Oh but its says the package was delivered to me. Worst service ever. Do not use this company

I'd say about 1/5 of my OnTrac packages make it to my front door. They seem nice enough when you call them, but they are no help. It blows my mind that a company doing such shoddy work is still in business. Where else can you do your job 1/5 of the time and still remain in business?

The only way to make a difference is to COMPLAIN to the companies we are buying from. They are the ones shipping though OnTrac, and unless we make it thier problem they will continue to do so! Call Walmart, Target, etc and complain to them! OnTrac isn't listening; they do not care. Let's make them care.

We are a real estate company and get checks delivered every day for 10's of thousands of dollars. Can OnTrac get any lazier to leave a completely blank Door Tag? Nothing is checked, nothing is filled out. When I go online to track the package, I get this message: No tracking information for DT******* is available at this time.
The shipper may still need to send OnTrac the package data, or the tracking number is invalid. Please try again, or contact OnTrac Customer Care, or the company that sent you the package.

So what was the purpose of leaving the Door Tag?

Just when you thought there couldn't possibly be a shipping company even less competent than the USPS, here comes OnTrac. Should be renamed and called 'OffTrac'. My two day shipping turned into 5 days of waiting. What makes it even worse is the package was coming from the same state I live in, California... So its not like it had to travel 2000 miles across country and thru a crazy blizzard to get to me.

I will always give Ontrac a bad review. I placed an order through chewy & Ontrac stated that my package was delivered. My husband & I were home the whole time & there was no knock at the door. Chewy is sending me another box, but of course they are using Ontrac again! I have had issues in the past with using Ontrac & they delivered my package to the wrong address & I had to go recover my package. All I want is my package to be delivered to me & not someone, then they get a free box of goodies that I placed an order for.

Two day service delivery is a joke. Kept saying online checking. In transit. Never showed. So I cancelled. Walmart was vender. Anyways, ontrac service is useless. Could say more, but my words would be inappropriate inpropreate.

This is the worst delivery service available. I just received my package, and it is after 8pm. That is not the bad part. They didn't even bring it to my door or even the walkway leading up to the door. They left the package on the SIDEWALK BY THE STREET! I have made several complaints about this company, and they do nothing to fix it. This isn't the first time this has happened. I usually find my packages in the driveway which seems to be the common theme with this company. I am honestly surprised more packages haven't been stolen, but what do they care, they already got paid.

Guys, as affordable *******@SHEIN_Official is, the headache isn't worth it. Lesson well learned. As consumer, we do have a choice on where we're spending our money. I try to speak to them to no avail. My package was never received by me. I wouldn't go through the trouble of filing A police report just because that's something to do. I offered to give the police report as proof that I am not lying. 2 neighbors have said that they have seen *******@OnTrac_Shipping driver take the package with them. Am I getting a refund? Nope. The money spent isn't much but Being told that "they no longer can entertain this" is upsetting. From now on, any company that *******@OnTrac_Shipping won't get my business. I think that is the only way to hold them accountable.
