I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
Multiple items lost. Packages show "delivered" but the surveillance camera in our building's mail room does not show a driver delivering. Customer service always promises an investigation but nothing ever comes of it. Had a $1200 appliance that never showed up. I went to their warehouse and they pulled up footage of my package being loaded onto their truck (box had a pic of the product on it) but my package never arrived. Recently a $500 order is lost, same story. Ontrac is a scam. Drivers are stealing packages with no accountability. They should be put out of business.
If I could give 0 stars I would definitely do so. This " service" makes me so mad. I bought my friend a late birthday gift from the vans store, and up to now she have been waiting over a month to receive a pair of shoes which should've been here in less than 2 weeks. This is unacceptable and really upsetting. Ive tried contacting this company and have YET to receive a call back or a Email. 100 percent do not recommend. TS needs to be shut down ASAP

I Never received my package at my apartment because the delivery driver clearly didn't look at which number building it needed to be delivered to and he also didn't even bother to bring it inside the building which clearly shows from the photo the driver took of the package! Apparently us as customers need to be super clear about where we want a packages delivered in as much detail as possible!

My package is now missing because OnTrac lied and said they attempted to deliver but were unable to. My 4 security cameras say otherwise. Their customer service number only refers you to their useless website and no live person available to speak to. Be extra sure when you're online shopping that you've selected any delivery service other than OnTrac at checkout. Avoid at all costs. Today is the 5th and the attached picture that says expected delivery it's the 4th is what I currently see. Status is pending and has been this way since yesterday when they lied about attempting to deliver.
I thought Amazon was bad with their drivers just pitching packages over fences... I heard a THUD. And I was pretty close to my door. And when I opened my door, the guy that delivered my box, was already standing on the landing in the middle of my stair case. Knowing I can't walk down Mt stairs that fast, makes me wonder where he threw it from... Good thing it's only $1100 (USD) in motorcycle safety gear. You need to do some mystery employee training and have these drivers show corporate people how to and where to throw a box from. Or did you just hire old Amazon drivers? Coach your driver's. Cause next time, I'll make sure I'm the reason he goes down my stairs that fast. Never using this company again. Thanks but no thanks. You suck.
You'd be better off just walking down to the interstate and throwing your package into a random vehicle. The chances of it reaching its destination will be exactly the same, but you'll save on shipping costs.

So i ordered some teas from a website and they said that it was supposed to be delivered today, i get the notification saying its been marked as delivered and when i went to check there was no sign of my package, i contacted them and they pretty much told me to wait for two more days and if not to contact the seller honestly i wish they would choose a completely different company than them cause this is bull$#*!
My delivery was due 4 days ago. Every day the tracking (which by the way never tells you where the package actually is) just updates to say the delivery is expected the next day. Calling their customer service is useless as they are just trained to apologize and can give you no real information. I've been told that my complaint has been escalated to the highest level and that someone will call me back within 24 hours and no one ever calls back. I called back every day and I'm told the same thing with another useless apology. There's a reason why this is not a shipper available for public use and only big companies use them to deliver your packages because you're just held hostage and there's nothing you can do about their absolutely pathetic service.

Ontrac has now lost multiple of my packages. One star isn't low enough for how terrible of a company this is. It would be one thing if it had only been once. Multiple times the order says delayed delivery or delivery in progress but after about two weeks it says lost. Their customer service is pleasant but only says to take it up with the company that I ordered from never do they say how they will prevent this from happening again. I advise anyone ordering stuff for the holidays please look up to see who and how your order is being shipped because if you were in my shoes, 50-50 chance your order will never arrive.

They have had my package since Dec. 1. Tracking keeps saying shipment delayed. They don't respond to emails, finally found a phone number for the local office, they won't let me go there and get my package which is only 9 miles away. They said it is against their rules.
I think everyone knows OnTrac is the absolute worst carrier to ever exist. They deliver things to the wrong address, or just don't deliver packages at all and will blatantly lie about it. They claimed to deliver my package to my front door. My camera shows two successful deliveries made by FedEx and no trace whatsoever that OnTrac even drove down my street let alone attempted a delivery. Customer service is a joke and just says they delivered it and take it up with the company I made the purchase with. When will businesses realize it's a huge mistake to use OnTrac? They have to lose money on all the refunds for undelivered goods.
Got a text that my package was delivered by OnTrac. I was right there. No package! Home Depot chat line useless. Said I had to file a claim! It's their chosen shipper! Called Home Depot and that was better, they filed claim. Still, I have no item. No effort made to send me another. Must wait for verdict from OnTrac!? Is this how to run your business? If it ever arrives I'll just return it and meanwhile buy from another source. Why support a company that treats you like YOU did something wrong? Home Depot needs to own this. So many complaints online.

Ordered from Home Depot. Supposed to be next day delivery. It's now 2 days late and might be here tomorrow. They also can't give me any better time than an "all day window". I think it should be escalated to a priority package at 2 days kate and be delivered 1st thing.

For 7 days the item tracking info said delayed then the last 3 days there has been no update at all. Called them and spoke with what sounded like the same guys 3 times who said my package was lost. Had to fight for that info because they wont call back or email. This company needs to be shut down. If anyone knows the steps or who to contact to get this company investigated then let me know. 4 orders all delivered to wrong address twice. The driver left a photo of the door where he dropped my packages. It was at a business, not a house. I used their chat feature, they opened an investigation and nothing came of it. I gave them specific instructions to find my place and a telephone number to call if driver was still having issues. Temu resent all of my orders and again didn't receive. Located the business they left them at and of course they said they never got them. So that's a total of 8 packages they messed up on. Worst company ever. Toddlers listen better than they do. Place left and then my door. First one is their driver's picture of the door they delivered to.
Ordered a phone through best buy for some stupid reason they chose these non English speaking people in beat up minivans to deliver their products. Never received the phone after 7 days. Had to spend hours on the phone to cancel the order and get a new one. Severely hope they go out of business. Wish I could leave negative stars

I'm moving out of state next week. I made some purchases online and sadly Fashion nova lost my business. I will never buy from a company that uses Ontrac for shipments. The delivery date keeps changing for next business day. No one can get in touch with driver or distribution center. Fashion Nova won't help because shipment is in transit. I want to cry because I spent a lot of money for this purchase. I'm running out of days. This is so wrong. I'm so sad, confused and angry. Bad service!

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I sent a message through the website asking for an update as the last update on their website was from Saturday, 6/24. I got an auto reply saying someone will get back to me in 48 hours. This morning, the website says it's at an ontrac location 30 minutes away and there is a "delay"...this is my first experience with this company but I don't think I'll order from the company that used them, again.
This was my first time ever hearing of or dealing ontrac. My package was delayed for several days and no one with ontrac could provide me with an update! I honestly believe they took my package which valued around $200. I refuse to have any further deliveries with this company! Customer service is very poor!
Pretty sure someone with this "company" stole my package and claimed they never received it from the shipper. Reached out to customer service with multiple emails and haven't heard anything back for months. Strongly considering contacting my legal representative if this is a constant with this company.

Why do any companies work with this horribly sad excuse for a parcel service? Ordered from Temu Xmas gifts. Temu had to split order in 2 shipments due to regulatory stuff well the first half thst came by ups has been received for a week now and the half shipped with On trac is in the wind and like everyone else says they same canned responses from their cs reps and they take zero responsibility nor can they even venture to give you any kind of updates that are real. They need to be out of business.

You can request to have another shipper fulfill your order delivery ( at least with Temu) not for cosmetics only non cosmetic items. Run from Ontrac as fast as you can because you will never get your deliveries!

You can tell these people all day long where to deliver your package they do what they want if a rain starts or lightning it's a natural disaster in there eyes and u will not get your package in Tucson there the worst took 7 days to get package that should had been here in 3 or 4 days. People steal at front gate I've told these people talk to manager he says he can't do anything cause he has new drivers that don't want to do there jobs.
