I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
My package was marked as delivered at my front door but we never received it. We have Ring cameras to prove that no such delivery was made. I contacted the company and they stated they would be contacting the driver to verify delivery.
After a day, they stated: "We apologize that you are unable to locate your package. Our records indicate that the driver was at the appropriate location at the time of delivery. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your Vendor for further assistance with this issue."
This company shows no accountability for their mistakes. Putting the blame on the consumer for not finding a package they never dropped off is terrible customer service. I wish there was a way we could choose what delivery company vendors are using. I will forward their email to the company I purchased the items from so they're aware of this delivery company's terrible service.

My mom ordered a package from temu to be delivered to my grandma's house due to it having me and my nosy sister's presents in it and just a little note I order from temu pretty much weekly but I get my packages every time but they are shipped to my house... My mom's order said it was delivered but we looked all around the house, yard, and mailbox area and there was no package to be found... I had ordered a package and accidentally put my grandma's address on it then I have still yet to receive this package when I have 3 days til Christmas even though it said it was delivered... Customer service did no help at all for my mom's gift and thankful temu let my mom reship her's so if my package is not here by tomorrow I will have to do the same and give out late Christmas gifts... This has never been a problem when ordering stuff til OnTrac started "delivering" our packages
I have notified all of the companies that I do online business with, that I will discontinue their services if they continue to use Ontrac for delivery. Ontrac will not deliver to the house & leaves packages & (food items attracting bears & coyotes) in various places at the bottom of our drive near the road. Packages shown to be delivered can be anywhere on the 4 acre property or neighboring property.
Ontrac handled the Google order. Every day from when it was to arrive a delayed update was added. Today after 31 days it states contact sender. 15 days ago ontrac responded stating they don't know where the package is
I waited eight days for this slow delivery service the item was supposed to be here yesterday mind you it is way past the point it states. There is some automated message and no way to get a hold of customer service. I am starting to think this is some scam delivery service.
Pkg from J.C. Penney was to arrive 12/1. Got message late in day that needed more info to deliver. Within 3 minutes text back specific directions. Again on 12/3 got another message same problem! Chatted with online person, verified all info was correct and again gave directions. First time using, will be sure to ask companies of delivery company. Stated how dissatisfied I was and I will contact jc penny and my credit card company on 12/4 of this and ask for refund, if not here by noon on 12/4. Think I am sticking to Amazon! Bonnie Hunt

Order sent out 10 days ago but nowhere in sight. Pending, pending, on the way, now suddenly returned back to their distribution center. 150 mile trip. I'll probably have to cancel and get it direct from China instead. Not kidding.

They will update the status as Delivered even though is not true. They won't take any responsibility at all, telling you to talk either with the bank or the seller, which won't matter since they stated that the packages was delivered. If you are having similar issues, file a Police Report and then hire a lawyer, since they won't take responsibility at all and customer service, as well as the claim email, chat won't do anything but automatic responses and that's it.

If you see that the product you are about to buy online is being shipped by ONTRAC, do not do it. You will save a lot of time and stress

Unfortunately, this is yet another unreliable delivery service. I will be canceling my meal plans from the companies that use this delivery service, and no longer order from companies that use them at all. Disgraceful when people are relying on this to deliver their groceries.

OnTrac delivery has not delivered my package and has said they need a gate code to get into my apartment complex. Mind you, there is no gate code needed, you just walk in through the gate. This has happened more than once with this incompetent company. I order through Walmart.com and have told them not to use this company when shipping to me, they stopped for awhile but yet again, here I sit, waiting for something that will most likely be returned because OnTrac states "they need a code" to get in my complex. Fed Ex NEVER has this problem, ever!

Had packages arrive 2 months late. They also will sometimes mark "delivered" on the tracking, but not actually deliver anything. Not sure if the packages are being stolen or piled up in a warehouse, but don't plan on ever receiving them. OnTrac support is nonexistent. You have to contact the seller and see if they're willing to refund. In the rare case that a package is delivered it's almost always damaged and thrown in some odd place. Complete rubbish of a company that makes USPS look like royalty.
I get more and more disappointed to see most of the online retailers I shop at switching to this shipping company. They are so slow and there's never any updates. Every delivery has gone at least 2 days past the shipping date with no tracking updates or any way to find out what's going on with my packages. I'm super bummed I'm going to have to stop shopping at these retailers because I don't feel like waiting 2 weeks for an order that would be here in 5 days with USPS or FedEx. Unbelievable.

It's about a 50/50 shot you'll ever receive a package from this company. I have called several times to add specific delivery instructions to my address so that I will be able to receive packages and I still rarely ever get a package from this company. They tell me the GPS coordinates say it was delivered correctly, yet my video doorbell shows no package was delivered. Then they tell me to contact seller, there's nothing they can do. It's a bad, bad company. Possibly fraudulent and most definitely negligent.
I will never buy from anyone again that uses this company. For 2 days straight they said they were unable to deliver my package. I verified my address both days. They still obviously took it to the wrong home because they said the package was refused. I have tried to contact them to speak to someone on the phone and all you can do is a virtual chat or text. They repeat the same I am sorry and can you please verify your address. They need to be held accountable for lost packages and delivery people who obviously can not type your address in GPD and follow the directions (its that simple).
I was supposed to get an order on the 6th and all I get is a message saying " will deliver on the next business day" I keep trying to call customer service or get in contact with them but Im just left waiting for a little over an hour and I never receive an answer or get to speak to anyone. Ontrac is the worst I really don't know how they have contracts with companies. There's no type of communication from the company to the customer.
OnTrac said delivered 2 packages to the door. What door - outside in the pouring rain? No package came/no one buzzed/not in lobby or ag my apartment door (where required). Am disabled, and they ignored disability instructions. Packages lost.
I rarely write reviews, neither negative nor positive, but this company is so bad that I feel the need to. I can see that many others have unfortunately experienced service, or lack thereof, from OnTrac/Lasership. My package was stolen I am pretty sure, because it has been stuck in the same place for over a week. It's impossible to get in contact with their customer service too. This is just unacceptable.
Well there must be a disturbance in the universe cause ontrac actually got it right and made a delivery ahead of schedule and get this at my front door and not the driveway. I had to make a positive post and hopefully they will continue getting it right!
There customer service phone number is designed to ring busy 24/7 I tested this for every hour (with some help) for 21 hours...and to make it more difficult the photo has to be a certain "size" how ridiculous...why not just print FU your not getting any refund!
I've never had worse customer service. I've called, emailed, tried their chat, submitted inquiries through their website and nothing. My package was sent across the country then mysteriously disappeared. Of course it took 5 weeks to find anything out. What a waste of my Tim. You guys suck.

There is no customer service. You can not talk to a human being. You have an option to file a claim. But, nobody reaches out to you.
I have a package just sitting in a local facility. It never gets delivered. The delivery date just changes every day. I spent a good $150.00.
So many times it's been marked as delivered, only for no package! Or! Better yet! Delivery attempted, even though that's a bold-faced lie because I waited outside from morning until the time I got the message. If a business is shipping with contract (Bestbuy, Target, Macy's etc.) try your bet somewhere else.

C*******1892 Order tracking number your driver said he delivered 2 boxes but I entered the wrong address. Instead of sending back they kept the box! Or dropped it off at any house they chose which is stupid! So I doubt that happened. You break candles left and right according to bath and body works comments.
They keep updating my tracking to "will deliver on next business day" but never actually deliver it. This has happened every day for almost a week now. Any company that uses this service clearly doesn't care about its customers.
Ontrac shows as delivered yesterday at 430 pm. I was working in the front yard the whole time. Nobody delivered anything. Security cams show nothing. Sent three emails over a few days and no response. How do they stay in business?
They have had my package for 6 days sitting in chino, Ca. They won't reply to emails.
