I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
I have never had a good experience with OnTrac. I always give specific instructions to deliver my package to my door. It never fails, that the package ends up being dumped outside my apartment on the street or in a community mail room that has a sign posted to not leave packages there. I have had several missing packages that OnTrac claims they delivered. They can provide me no proof that they did. I work from home so I would know if someone left a package. I always reach out to customer service but they just say they will pass the information along for future reference. Well it has been 2 years since my first complaint to them and nothing has ever changed. There needs to be serious investigation into this company because it seems criminal.

Worst shipping company ever. I live 2 hours from shipping point, yet OnTrac can't deliver my patio furniture to save their lives. Website keeps saying will deliver next day, yet nothing shows up. I'm trying to be home so my package isn't stolen from my driveway. This has gone on for 4 days now. Each day I speak with them on the phone I get a different story, now they're telling me my packages are "Lost." Yet Home Depot won't reship my furniture until 5 business day's have past and since it's now Friday, I get to wait 3 more days... in the mean time, you can bet my pieces will then be out of stock. This is always my experience with OnTrac. Home Depot needs to use a different shipper or I won't be back... just look at the reviews, always the same for this shipping company... pathetic

I can not believe that this company is still in business. They can not deliver your packages. Numerous phone calls, still no delivery. They state "out for delivery" but it never arrives. They state that "the driver ran out of time" Not my problem... hire more drivers! Have been waiting for AC unit to be delivered for 6 days now from 60 miles away, OMG.
This company is horrible. They have been hoarding three of my packages for a week. I have called, contacted, chatted, and am now writing this review. I am so sick of this company. Their customer service is horrible. It took me an hour to get a representative in the chat room just for him to say "we can't do squat, sorry not sorry." Any company that uses ontrac will be boycotted. If anyone knows how to place a recommendation to use any other company, please let me know. I am so sick of this company. The world would be a better place if this company simply did not exist. They are horrible. Absolute trash. Deserving of zero stars.

I am so irritated with ontrac's delivery people just tossing my packages over the gate! I've emailed and called and was told they noted my account that all packages to be placed at front door and that doesn't happen! So frustrating especially when these lazy drivers can't follow simple instructions!
Any body out there ever had an OnTrac delivery guy ask you for gas so he could get to a gas station? Well, I did. I gave him about about 1 1/2 gallons to get him out of my sight. Even when they deliver to the right place, they have some problem that becomes yours. Absolutely no professionalism with this outfit.
I purchase online from Walmart on a fairly regular basis. Most of the time, deliveries are very fast and dependable. HOWEVER, when they use OnTrac to deliver my packages, there is always some problem. Usually they deliver it to some other address, once 7 miles away from my home. The person receiving the package called me to say they had my package. If it does get delivered to my home, I have to perform a search around the place or check with my neighbors. I have tried to convince Walmart that this company is not a good choice for delivery, but they insist on using them, even when they have to replace a lost order.
OnTrac is the most unreliable delivery service I have ever seen. They have lost packages twice and other boxes are delivered smashed and barely held together. All of my experience has been items delivered from Zulily. I've complained to Zulily and asked them not to ship my packages via OnTrac. They claim they have no control over who ships their packages once they leave their facility. That seems very hard to believe. They would be better off eliminating any connection with this inept company.
I've been promised a delivery going on three days now as it sits in a local warehouse with no hope of it ever being delivered to me. The worst part about it is I can leave my house until 6pm each day, because I know the item will be stolen if I'm not around. Every day I just wait around until the clock reads 6pm, and I get the latest your delivery has been delayed message. Poor excuse for a company!
I have had multiple instances where OnTrac delivers to the wrong apartment address; majority of the time they deliver to the wrong address. Also, if you attempt to dispute that you did not receive your package from them, their method of a confirmed delivery is their word they delivered it, no actual proof. They have no customer service to speak to about the issue. They also will are much slower than regular postal service and the majority of the packages shipped with OnTrac do not deliver when the merchant estimates a delivery. I would rather wait to have normal post office, UPS, or FedEx deliver my items accurately. I will not be using online purchases for merchants that use OnTrac. No secure delivery, no recovery, you do not receive your items, and you lose money.
I ordered clothes month ago. Site still says my stuff is in route and will be delivered on December 16,2019? Makes no since seeing that is December 23,2019. Ive sent many emails and stayed waiting on call machine for about hour and half. Never will I buy thru them again. If I see Ontrac delivery, stay away!
Two different online vendors I order from use Ontrac as their delivery service. Of the eight separate orders I have placed over the last two months, Ontrac has not succeeded in delivering a single item. The reasons given range from "no such address" (every other delivery service has no problem finding our house), to "delayed at warehouse" to "item lost". I have left explicit instructions (unnecessary with other delivery services) and called their customer service line multiple times with instructions and complaints. It is remarkable how incompetent this company is!

If a company uses this business for shipping packages, do not patron them, your money, time, and sanity are worth more. They are impossible to speak to, the phone will just drop and you will fall into a rabbit hole of incompetence that would make the patience of Job bust a gasket. They are horrible, I would rather try horse and carriage or bird for a delivery than work with these people. How can any company justify using this business and expect to keep customers? They are the only reason I do not use Sephora. I will never order from anyone that uses this company because it means they don't care if I receive my product or respect my time and money!
Over the past 3 months, 4 packages were not delivered, driver stated "delivery address not accessible". UPS and Fedex are able to drive to my front door and deliver. During this time one package was marked as "delivered at garage" it was not delivered, I was in my garage all day working on projects, driver never came to my property. Another package was left in the street and was damaged beyond use. These were all items from Sam's club, Walmart and home depot. Finally replacements were shipped via FedEx and were delivered to my front door in perfect condition. ONTRAC is absolutely the worst. Poor customer service and incompetent delivery drivers. 13
OnTrac could not possibly be more off the track. I paid 40 dollars for express shipping, and the only thing expressed about it was my disappointment in knowing my package will never arrive. Their 2 day estimate was delayed 8 days. My package was likely stolen. RIP package. Press F to pay respects.
I have never had a successful experience with them. My package is either lost for days and no one can do anything, or it says delivered at your door, and the package is no where in sight. I live at an apartment complex that uses the lockers, yet the still manage to screw up deliveries. The absolute worst delivery service.
All shipments sent by merchants with Ontrac magically never show up but are labeled as delivered to my front door! I am not sure how this company stays in business! They hire thieves as drivers! This is my fourth shipment that shows delivered and never was! I have surround security cameras and no activity for dates and times their driver claims to delivery merchandise that never shows up! The company has zero accountability! Beyond ridiculous!
Delivery was 2.5 weeks late! Poor customer service. They say that they'll have someone email you with a status on your package but no one ever does. They also have tracking information that is incorrect, the status says out for delivery but it doesn't even get delivered. This is the most inefficient, slow, disorganized company ever. It must be dirt cheap for all these big companies to use it.
OnTrac has been wholly unreliable and uncooperative. They refuse to deliver properly in spite of leaving specific signs, addressed TO THEM, just throwing packages on the property. They have lied about delivering at least one package. They leave packages out in the rain. Just lazy. What is the root of this problem? Why doesn't OnTrac figure it out. They are horrible. I wish Nordstrom would find a different carrier.

Slowest delivery service ever. They spent all day with no updates on my package and said it would come by midnight. Extremely rude. I doubt people stay up until midnight for a package. All I asked was for text alerts and updates like Amazon on where it could be and instead they kept saying midnight it would arrive. Rudest service. Maybe if they would care more about customers and stop being lazy and watching football on Sundays, things would get done. Others have lives and jobs too.

If this place is your shipper, good luck getting your package on time or even at all. You can't talk to anybody or even text them. Just toss your package any where and are expected to play hide and seek. I live in gated community with 1,200 homes and they just leave it anywhere. Companies are losing customers because of you shoddy employees
Three times now Amazon has sent my packages via OnTrac. All had reported guaranteed delivery by 8 pm, but arrived after 10 pm. I have a letter sized computer printed note attached to wall by door asking delivery drivers to knock or ring bell. OnTrac never does. UPS, USPS, and FedEx always do. I check before I go to bed and find my package. Company needs to train their people to do their job.
If a company tells me they use ontrac I won't purchase from them. I never get my stuff on time. They will take it to the wrong house, even the wrong state! Beware. Ontrac is the worse. Pay extra and use UPS or fedex.
