I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one

“Cannot be delivered due to address!”

EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.

I don't know how they still in business everyone in the company lies they say they come for delivery and they never show I have cameras and I can prove that. They stole my package that is theft. You call the 800 phone number and the employee hang up the phone...

Once I learn a vendor uses On Trac, I won't buy from them again! I get a lot of shipments and some of the companies I buy from use On Trac because they are CHEAP. The problem is that they are also liars, are understaffed, and have horrible customer service. It would not be a problem if they told you prior to your order that it would take 5-7 days longer than other shipping companies so you could plan accordingly. However, you have no idea they are going to be the shipping company used and they promise that it will arrive on a certain day every time you make a purchase then you are notified of "shipping delays". When you try to contact anyone to get an estimated date of delivery, it is very hard to do so. If you actually do get a live person, they will lie about the delivery day OR they have also on occasion when I call them out on this, even offered that I can pick things up at their warehouse, in my city, instead of waiting for another 2-4 days for my delivery.

This company is shady. Imagine a logistics company of such have no actual phone number to atleast speak to someone to resolve an issue just before it turns to a problem. They only use text messages or chat and will quickly end the chat on you. They simply have no interest in making sure package are delivered right. They will not hold your package for pickup, provide you with delivery window time, reschedule the delivery for later day or even get a signature. They do not accommodate the recipient in any form. Once they have your package forget it, just pray it doesn't get stolen, or lost etc, that's if they even make it to the correct address.
They careless about how you will receive your package and the will never work with you to accommodate sechdule. First time my company to use them and this will make its the last time. They ruin relationships between sender and receiver

Every time my package is shipped with this company, Every single time I have problems with them. They say that my packages are delivered at my front door. I never receive anything from them. This shipping company needs to be discontinued!

One time, my package showed as delivered, but never arrived.
Another time my package was half open. I guess the deliver guy looked inside the package and realized it seemed sth he can not resell/use so he put in my front door.
I had to contact both the merchant and the credit company to resolve the issue, and huge waste of time.

I placed an order with Walmart and wanted second day delivery. The order was shipped by OnTrac. After waiting at home for 5 days and many calls to Walmart customer service, the order was never delivered by OnTrac. OnTrac claims it was delivered on M 8 at 11:57 PM. I was home, my son was at home, my neighbor were at home and there was no delivery. If you place an order with a store and OnTrac is the delivery company do not expect to get your package.

Waited 2 weeks for my computer for the customer service rep. To tell me they lost my package and I would have to call Best Buy to get a refund or redue my order!( On hold FOREVER then had to speak with corporate)!
So after I had to re-order my computer it was finally delivered 5 days later and left outside of my home by the bushes! I mean it was visible ANYONE could have just picked it up and went on with their day! No knock No signatures nothing! This is by far the worst delivery company I've ever had to deal with! If I could give NO stars I would! I hope you have a better experience!

These guys are absolutely the worst! Nothing arrives on time, it is sent back to the sender without even trying to deliver, and the one that did make it was thrown in the snow at the street. Why in hell are these guys in business!

I had a package that they attempted to deliver but there was an error in my shipping address. When they attempt was unsuccessful I contacted them the day after and spoke to someone who said they would correct it and reattempt delivery within 1-2 days. Two days later I contacted again and the address was not updated and the agent then updated it and told me it'll be delivered within the next 1-2 days. The following day they gave an expected delivery date of Sunday. On the Saturday I just happened to check and they changed my expected delivery date to Saturday but it also said "returned to sender". I called and the agent said sorry there's nothing she can do. Their updates are unclear and their agenda are unhelpful

This place is full of thieves and scams. The need to be sued and forced to give all of their customers the items they stole and their money back. They need to go out of business at the very least. Will be refusing to order from anywhere that uses their "services" from this point on.

I bought some tools from The Home Depot prior to Christmas
I was hopping to get everything before the holidays cause i had a small project coming,
I am not sure why Home depot didn't send everything through the same carrier, anyhow some things where delivered via UPS which i got in two days as stated during checkout. As for the box that was supposed to be be delivered by this $#*!ty delivery company didn't arrive the second day as stated during check out not only that i was supposed to get my last package by 12/23/2022 its 1/03/2023 and they just keep changing the delivery date...I also left a review on the home depot site for doing this it has been a huge inconvenience...Yes i tried purchasing everything through the store however no stores close to me had everything i ordered in stock. Milwaukee miter saw, table saw, brad nailer, stands for both table and miter saws, and a few other Milwaukee products. If i had my choice i would never choose On Track as my carrier of choice!

Two different deliveries, two different days, never received either. This is the absolute WORST delivery company ever! They say they left one of the deliveries at the front door, and the other on the front porch. We are in a business park, in a business neighborhood, because we are a business. There is no front porch! I think the drivers steal everything and keep it for themselves and just claim to have made a delivery. I will not purchase from a company that uses OnTrac for their deliveries - that's one of the first questions I ask: Who is your delivery company? If they say OnTrac, I will cancel the order.

I ordered a very expensive motherboard for my pc set up. I have a ring security system that has a 100% view of my patio as well as the neighbors. The package was claimed to be delivered at 3pm. I was home at this time until 4 o clock and my ring videos have no record of even an attempt to deliver it. I called OnTrac to see where my package was. The rep told me they couldn't ping the driver due to Newegg policies so I contacted Newegg. To my surprise there turns out to be no such policy. So I called OnTrac back to explain and the rep told me that they CAN ping the driver but cannot open an investigation without Newegg's approval. VERY STRANGE AGREEMENT. Why protect dishonest employee's unless you're a corrupt business hiding something. I'm clearly not alone so hopefully this business gets shut down.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a Robat Vacuum and mop Robatic Floor Cleaner. Nothind was delivered and nothing was received. On Track which we should say out of track and other scam companies are getting our money and keep you waiting for months and they say delivered the merchandise. And claim, it is stolen or lost and give you 20% of the money. They pocket 80% or the money. It appears the good is coming from China but it seems the operation takes place in Ca. Watch out! I am not sure why these scammers have not been caught yet. They claim delivered in front door. This building has manager and camera which showed no one ever came to deliver the package as they say.

Tip for consumers:
It is really sad that people are making money by cheating and stealing from their fellow American.

According to OnTrac, my package was delivered to my porch on 8/31/20 at 7pm. It was not. There was no package and no video of any delivery on my Ring system. I followed up with OnTrack and they said they'd have to "open an investigation" and would follow up with me within 48 hours. That was 5 days ago and not a peep from them. I'm typing this as I sit on hold with them AGAIN to try and get an answer. How does a company say they left a package on your doorstep, complete with a time it was left, when they didn't? They should be able to reach out to the driver and find out what happened, no?

I'm still giving them a negative rating.
It happen again, I am expecting my package today untill late night, i keep on checking it says "out for delivery" and then I check it around midnight it says "delivered". Oh my I'm waiting the whole day until night...
Please please please make an action for this!

This is the second package ontrack bas lost they leave it who knows where... the driver still the packages. The drivers are all drunk and drugged this company needs to stop doin the shipping... I'm pissed they lost a 300 dollar item

Package stolen after saying my address was undeliverable even thou temu send me 4 packages and hires ontrac and tracked my package too them in Orlando and everyday I confirmed and had management prioritize my package no update at all called every day for 5days being told it's on the way to find out it's now stolen or lost from them after I called yet again and was gonna be told the same thing until I read what they sent me saying it was missing! All the time I lost waiting on this and how many calls to fix this and they have a thief!wow or lost

I ordered several items from Temu and have yet to receive them. The status keeps saying shipment delayed and its been this way for 2 weeks. I've reached out to ONTRAC via their site and I get NO response. I have even texted the number they provided and again NO response. What's the deal with this company. I ordered several other things after this order and I've received them but NOT the one I really really need. So frustrated!

They tried to deliver a package to a college on a Sunday, lied abut that. Said package was delivered to our Mailroom, which I work inside our Mailroom so lie 2. Customer Service argued saying their driver delivered package to right location no more said. They did no wrong and we never received our Home Depot order. They are simply awful...

Tip for consumers:
If you order online from Home Depot....never do the free delivery. ONTRAC is TERRIBLE!!!!!

They have now lost TWO of my packages totaling out to $700! You can't call their number, you can't reach them and theirs nothing you can do about it. I ordered items from the company Evo for snowboard gear and now I don't think I will again.

I've ordered almaot $400 worth of clothes from target since it's colder now a days and my kids put grew their last year winter clothes. The first 3 boxes came just fine via UPS I'm not sure why but the last package was being shipped by Ontrac it's been almost a week now and still no delivery of my package online it keeps saying that it is delayed but yeah I've never had any packages of the baby yes when my package is going to come why it's been delayed or anything this is the worst delivery service I've ever experienced in my life.

They lie about delivering packages and mark them as delivered in their system. There way too many complaints about this company for them to STEAL be in business. Yep, STEAL not still. They definitely should atleast be required to provide picture at drop off like other companies do, to hold them responsible.

On September 23,2022, I was commuting to work in Phoenix and had my car totaled by someone driving a van for this company. The driver tried to hit and run, but hit another car in the attempt. The driver was clearly being negligent, as traffic was at a standstill and the driver was going full speed, only trying to swerve at the last moment. As of today (Jan 26), I have been told at last that their insurance company will not be covering the damage because the driver of the van was not listed on the insurance policy. They can apparently hit you with impunity, so be careful if you see them on the road.
