I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one

“Cannot be delivered due to address!”

EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.

I have emailed this company everyday since my package was delivered and told them I did not receive my package. I have asked the everyday where they delivered it. I guess if there just Ignore my questions It will go away.

Tip for consumers:
Not use nothing is on time or you just don't get it. When you track you package shows delivered, BUT where is the question

None because they didn't deliver my package to my house it must be with there customers service

Never received package contact them many times they said it was going to escalate. No ever called me back I had to keep calling them and at the end they told me that they had delivered it and that their job was done to contact the sender.

Rings front gate. Then throws package over gate on the side that opens and then they leave. Then when I load up my oxygen bottle and drive out there the gate sensor on the inside senses my vehicle to open the gate and it smashes the package.

I bought some stuff from REI and they deliver the package through this company. I stayed at home the whole day and didn't see my package coming. Then I got one email and said they delivered my stuff at front of my door. My door is at second floor and a little hard to find. They don't have any evidence to show they delivered to right place. When I contact them, they just ask me to contact the store. You delivered stuff without any evidence, how come I contact the shipper.

Tip for consumers:
you may not have any option if the online store use this service. Hopefully more online store move away from this delivery company.

I have had other shipping companies send me packages and i've NEVER had a problem but i have used ontrac about 5 times now and there hasn't been a time where i didnt have to complain. All the times ive used ontrac they say oh it wasnt able to be delivered for purpose reasons but im always home when the package comes and the amazon lockers and mailbox do work so theyre just lazy and dont do their job. They enter to deliver the package and if they dont see the number where its supoosed to be left at they just say ooh i couldnt deliver it. $#*!ing lazy asses that dont do their job

And I thought USPS was bad! Ontrac won the contest by a mile!
Got the dreaded "we need more information to deliver your package". After several attempts I was able to reach someone on the chat, and after she verified the address, I simply asked why wasn't the package delivered if they already had all the information. At the response that they needed more information, I added the following instructions: "Park vehicle, take out the package, walk to the front door, place the package down slowly, take selfie with the package and leave." And that's when she left the chat...

Horrible! Ordered my son a laptop for Christmas. It was supposed to be here by the 26th of November. It is now the 30th and I still haven't gotten my package! Online it keeps telling me it's delayed but it's been in my town for the last 3 days! WTF

I just don't get it. I have never seen or dealt with a logistics outfit that is so inept! Just a pure inability deliver a package boggles their mind! The only consolation and the only reason I gave one star because if I could have given a negative zero I would have but the customer service agents over the phone tend to be very understanding and willing to make sure that you get your package the next or the third time or maybe the fourth time they attempt to make the delivery. It is so frustrating and so disappointing when I make a purchase online and I see that Ontrac is the logistic company that has been chosen to "deliver" my package... again SMH...

There is no tracking there is 0 organization. This is the second time I have had issues with them. They do not even bother to try and tell you when and where they are shipping from or when. I had to call them myself and the tracking is NOT updated. I have no idea why Walmart would even go through these idiots. This is the most garbage experience I have ever had with a shipper. If I could give under a negative I would. NEVER ship with them voluntarily!

I live on a gated road.My community receives regular deliveries TO THE DOOR from Fed-X and UPS. USPS usually leave parcels in a Postal locer at the gate per USPS regulations. OnTrac OTOH regularly DUMPS parcels on the county road in clear view of thieves...2 miles from my home. For years I have posted complaints. OnTrac driver even forged a Signature Required (Typed in) for an iWatch...then left it on the county road. Using LinkedIN I ws able to get through to a VP...got a call from a manger...promised the world...delivered ZERO. I make it a habit to declare failure of delivery to vendors who use onTrac and products fail to be delivered even if sometime days later a neighbor picks it up. I do offer them the option to send a shipping label and pick items up. This has been going on for well over 15 years...

Three for three. This company is without question the worst company to deal with. Tracking information useless. Said product be last Thursday till this Saturday morning. Used the SMS messaging...sent my text at 10:53 got a response at 12:40...with a message that says I must have stepped away...like I have nothing better to do? Like I said three for three...and my buddy owns a shipping company...he confirmed that this company is without question the worst...leaving packages by dumpster or delivering to wrong address...a delivery company delivers to wrong address...a delivery company!

Tip for consumers:
That I knew ontrac was going to be used.....and had a choice......because this is third time ontrac can't do as they say

Recently placed an order from Best Buy online they shipped using OnTrac delayed delivery saying recipient wasn't home but I was so clearly they lied! Never attempted to deliver my package and customer service is garbage I don't know such a terrible company stays in business

First time ever using on trac they completely just didn't deliver my package even though it said delivered. They did nothing to help with my package except say it's a shame that it's not there and to contact the vendor. They have no "photographic technology" to take photos of the package that they deliver… they have absolutely not verification to tell you that your package is delivered besides a small statement that it's been delivered. Just know if ur vendor uses on trac expect to not receive your package at all because they either don't deliver them at all and take them or they just never get to your address

I Can not believe antrhopologie.com uses ontrac! I have had several packages to my
"front door" yeah right, not so. Anthropologie.com is loosing money as they have had to refund my purchases and then I've lost interest and trust as anthro does not change from ontrac delivery. UPS and USPS far more reputable and trustworthy. I refuse to purchase from any company that uses ontrac, it is an incapable, dishonest company that lies about their deliveries. I see many consumers are at odds against ontrac and I am too. Doterra uses ontrac as well, and yes I have had packages lost or not delivered by ontrac, so disappointing and angering...

Tip for consumers:
don't use ontrac delivery they are 234th down on the bottom of the list. can't beleive doterra and anthropologie use this shipper.

OnTrac is a bad service and their worker's stole my package. I will never use this shipment as my shipping anymore. Never ever received the package. My carmera never show any shipment at this time. Used other shipping instead of this OnTrac shipping.

They will say they attempted to deliver your package and lie. They make no effort to deliver and lie saying address is wrong. I hate that Amazon still allows vendors to use them. They will also steal your packages l

They are thieves! They They steal packages and say they were delivered. They stole my first delivery of my order and the replacement order. I will never order anything online from any company that uses this delivery service.

Today I received my package that was delivered from on trac. And unfortunately it was open! I had no missing items but I still don't understand why it was open in the corner. It made me upset knowing someone possibly looked inside my package.

I just received an email saying that my package has been delivered at my front door. There was no package delivered to my front door. I been here all day and in and out since this morning. I sent an email to customer service and I am waiting on a reply.

Tip for consumers:
I would not order from any company that uses OnTrac.

When you buy anything from a store make sure they not ship for OnTrac the customer service phone number will not go through or claim once it does go through it take you all most one hour to get some for then if you went a claim they will tell you try call others number and that not go work even longer they will make you go back to here the sender you guy the thing at to talk them or refund it the worse company ever do not shop or buy from them at all or it will take you 3 day to get a ring from them to get through a customer for one house + worse experience with this company I will not do any think from them any more

The worst. Period. Whether through Amazon or other shippers, this company consistently drops the ball. Ontrac has a 90% failure rate in delivering packages on time to my address. They will show on their website that a package has delivered, but in reality they are delivering my packages to some other address. Occasionally, MONTHS after I have reordered and received replacement packages (through other, more reliable couriers such as UPS, FedEX, or USPS), I finally receive 3 or 4 packages that had been "lost." My assumption is that whoever Ontrac is delivering my packages to eventually calls Ontrac to let them know.

After waiting 15 days for an order to be delivered, I was informed that they had finally delivered it. Except they hadn't. When I called them, I was told that the delivery code was wrong and in fact they had lost the package. They advised me to reach out to the vendor and get a refund. This is not the first package they have lost, and I'm sure it won't be the last.

I have had On Trac deliver many of my packages and never had a problem. In fact, when I see they are the delivery company I am very pleased. I have 2 packages coming from them today from 2 different companies, I feel assured there will be no problem.

This company can't predict shipping dates if their lives depended on it. You make a plan to be home to avoid the porch pirates, packages get rescheduleded day after day after day. Its as if they're trying to bloat fast service to their customer yet way under deliver to the consumer. Its rude and if I was a business I would choose another company for your deliveriss, it makes you look bad as well.

This company delivered a package to my home at the bottom of a hill, one way in, one way out, hit my car and sped off. When they were informed it couldn't possibly be their guy, he's been with them for a long time. We'll, it couldn't possibly be anybody else. No one else was here…I heard it, but he was gone by the time I got outside. Beware using this company, they aren't honest.
