I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
Ontrac shows as delivered yesterday at 430 pm. I was working in the front yard the whole time. Nobody delivered anything. Security cams show nothing. Sent three emails over a few days and no response. How do they stay in business?
They have had my package for 6 days sitting in chino, Ca. They won't reply to emails.

This is a horrible business: they falsify delivery information, which makes shippers look like liars. If you are lucky and something arrives, your shipping / tracking information still may be complete bogus. Don't believe it? Look on Yelp!
This is the biggest joke of a company. My package has been at a facility 45 minutes away from me for weeks. Every day is another postponement with no explanation as to why. I can't reach anyone on the customer service number. No one returns messages or emails. It's now 2 weeks later than their latest delivery date.

So, I finally realized that no matter who you complain to about this company, it doesn't get any better.
Just received a package in front of the gate at my complex yesterday.
The address says upper unit but, they just won't place my packages there like the other delivery services do.
Over the years they have been used (not by my choice, but whoever/whatever i was shipping through) I think in order to work here you have to answer all the questions wrong and they make sure these people don't or even know how to to deliver anything. Most recent, family ordered me and my kids some stuff for Thanksgiving. They paid the 2 day shipping rate. Its now almost mid December and still nothing. First delivery/order was somehow lost in transit/facility (in other words, someone stole it) so a new one was shipped out. My delivery was suppose to be a week ago, still haven't received it. Delivery date somehow keeps getting pushed back (day 5 of this now) and most likely when the box/items get delivered, it'll be damaged and most likely left right by the main road instead of the front porch like others from this company have been delivered before. Don't use this place. Dumpster fire of a delivery service
Ordered ink cartridges from 2 separate retailers on the same day & BOTH shipments are "Delayed" for 4 days now.
No explanation.

I never dealt with ontrac before but I know now to never again use them.I've been waiting on a package that was suppose to be delivered 3 days ago and now when I try to track the package it comes up blank.very unhappy.on top of it there is no way to speak to a live representative.just horrible with managing there business. I have never had good service with this company either they send my stuff to wrong address or it's late every time, it taking them 8 days to get me a package that's 20 miles away from me got a message saying it was gonna be late due to weather 12-16-22 I drove to Reno yesterday and all roads were clear as day

Ontrac is unprofessional, rude local customer service. Drivers are independent, so they leave packages where they choose. They never deliver to my Apt. I have complained for 3 years, nothing gets done. No one accepts responsibility for problems.

Ordered boots for my 4 year old boy from a reputable online retailer. Was sent on trac shipping info so I could track it. Item made it to distribution hub 30 miles away from us and then tracking said delayed seven times yes 7! Then all of a sudden it says delivered out of the blue. I go home no package. Check my HD security cameras nobody came to the house, there was no delivery. Full blatant liars. Called company they said it was delivered. Yea right bunch of scam artists. Don't use these guys at all costs!
Can I give zero stars? I just found two critter-eaten, soaking wet, molding packages that were supposed to be delivered about 3 months ago lying up against a concrete gatepost at the bottom of a rural driveway shared by 3 residences. This was 1/2 mile away from my actual house. I only saw them because I happened to go for a walk down the road. Only a complete idiot or a complete jerk would leave a package there. Apparently On Trac hires both. I will no longer buy products from companies that use On Trac.
After 8 days of delays I finally got my husband's Christmas present delivered. The young man who delivered it was rude as hell! He couldn't scan the label so my daughter went to go get her phone to use as a flashlight and he told me that she needed to hurry up he was on a time crunch. When that didn't work I grabbed my phone and gave him the actual tracking number. No thanks for your help, have a nice day or anything. He just got in his van and left without a word. Left us standing there like dummies. At least FedEx and UPS says thankyou!
After reading all these bad reviews after I purchased a water heater from Home Depot I got very worried... They promised 2-day delivery. Well ontrac came through. Delivered in less than 48 hours to my door... maybe I got lucky but I just wanted to write this so other people don't freak out or get worried like I did... Any delivery company that is hit-or-miss generally misses on the first attempt. Ontrac did not miss..
I thought I had seen disrespect in all forms until I ordered something for shipping with ontrac. After a 24+ hour delay and 11 hours of being "out for delivery," I still have no idea where my package is despite being ordered a week ago. I almost feel sorry for the employees. Maybe even the employers. If BAC determines toxic blood alcohol levels, then I can only imagine the toxic levels of physical $#*! in the drivers from overworked driving and metaphorical $#*! that the entire corporation must be founded upon. I hope that they could at least do the stressed and frustrated customer a favor and implement some damn gps tracking for Christs sake.
Nothing but bad experiences with OnTrac. They're totally unreliable and don't care about your packages. They'll throw them down the driveway or just leave them at the street to be stolen. I've complained many times with out any change and now it's pretty interesting that my packages have been "delayed due to bad weather" when it's sunny and 80 degrees outside AFTER I've made several complaints. I wish businesses would not use this shipper, they're the worst out there!

My order has been stuck in Chandler, Arizona for three days. Rather than providing a brief explanation, they keep updating to say "deliver on next business day." That is a misrepresentation of what is happening, considering I live a considerable distance from Chandler, Arizona. At any rate, they won't respond to my emails. Tried calling them and, lo and behold, the wait time was well over an hour. These folks have shockingly low standards for customer service. I run a business and had considered using these folks for shipping. That consideration has been completely driven from my mind. I'd wager they go belly up soon.
Their customer service sucks like crap! That rude lady told me - to call her back and wait for 1 hr on the line, she won't give the facility address to do the pickup request. Such a shady company.
My package was shipped on the 5th - it's not yet delivered, it's out of delivery for 4 days, where the hell is the *** driver delivering it.
The last two weeks we have not received our food delivery. We never have a problem when it comes via Fed Ex. I'm a huge internet shopper, I get deliveries almost daily. Another delivery I've been waiting for, which is a Christmas gift, has the estimated delivery date changed every day to the next day. Anytime something shows as being shipped via OnTrac it is hit or miss whether we'll actually receive it. Luckily the companies refund my money, but I wish companies that ship out would quit using OnTrac. The company is very unreliable.
Hmm where to start. Iv had five packages "delivered" by OnTrac, only received two. Zero help locating the three that went missing. I have a ring doorbell and all three times the package was marked delivered but nobody ever came by. All my packages required a signature, not one time was I asked to do so. Absolute trash company. Customer service is a complete joke as well. Avoid at all costs.
I had one bad experience with this company already to the point I swore I'd never buy from anyone who delivers through them ever again! After a weeks of not getting a package Ulta finally had to reship my whole order. I didn't realize Walmart was shipping through them and I'm currently in the same situation again and I can't seem to get a hold of anyone! This place is for real a joke! I have never had this happen with any other delivery companies and both times I've dealt with this one it's been nothing but a headache! And they have nowhere on there website or Facebook to leave reviews which is probably pretty smart in their part considering how terrible they are!
On trac has a terrible track record with our Blue Apron orders. The delivery drivers have refused to bring our box up three steps on our front porch (which every other delivery company seems capable of) to get the package out of the weather and out of sight from the road. About every 5th or 6th delivery goes completely missing or arrives more than two days late meaning that the food has become spoiled due to the cooling units thawing. Calling customer service brings further disappointment as there is no taking responsibility of the failed deliveries or attempts to make the error right.
The company that I'm ordering from uses them as a third party delivery service their delivery updates are always wrong packages say out for delivery for days without any updates. Just say no when it comes to this company and if you are getting something sent by another company pay for priority shipping so this company is not involved in any way shape or form should be obvious from they're reading approval.
Amazon has always been on time with deliveries, but this time the delivery was handled by Ontrac. On the evening of the scheduled delivery day, the delivery date changed to the next day. However, the next day came and still no delivery. The reason given was that they couldn't find the address - which is quite amusing, to say the least. You're in the delivery business, you have GPS. Amazon has NEVER had an issue finding us. Plus, there's a doorman at the reception who always accepts the packages. Let me emphasize that in 3 years there's never been a single issue, but these guys managed to surprise, and not in a good way.
I ordered a new cable modem from Bust Buy, next day delivery. The next day I get a message saying my package was delivered at 11:46 AM, but no package. So, I queued my camera footage from that time of day and saw their truck drive by my house and through the subdivision. Never stopped. Checked with all neighbors and nothing. What the #$*&! Do not use this company. I suspect that their drivers get paid by how many deliveries they make, whether they make or just say they did. This is just plain criminal. Luckily Best Buy refunded my charges. Next I'm going to write Best Buy about this. Hopefully they'll stop using them if they get enough complaints.
I was super excited for my shein package but it did not arrive to the right address, i can't even contact a live agent because it goes straight to a prerecorded voicemail or a bot to text. I don't think my package will be retrieved in this economy because people STEAL knowing its not theirs, and shein cannot send a full replacement since half of it is sold out and will never come back in stock due to black friday. If you can't type the address right on the GPS why bother becoming a driver? The idiocy is beyond me.
